I am allllll about mom & pop shops! Even better when it’s 2 generations working together. Eric & Caroline have the patience of saints and are exceptionally knowledgeable of their product. The handful of times we were there, Caroline answered our questions & was never pushy or hovering while we made our decisions for the bikes that were right for us. Thank you, thank you for all your help! We love our bikes and the accessories that we purchased from y’all!

This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had in a bike shop. Eric and his crew are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I had been thinking of getting a bike online for the ease and convenience of having it shipped directly to my home but after meeting Eric and doing a few test bikes, I decided to get the Magnum Cosmopolitan. I’m so glad I did! I had a brake issue a few weeks in and Eugene replaced the brakes with new ones. It’s assuring to know that when you have any biking needs, there’s a team of people that can help solve the issues. Buy a bike from them, you’ll be happy you did.

Extensive selection of bikes, components, and accessories and the owners and great people that run and operate Electrobike have been stellar with any issues, questions, and speciality components. I will buy another bike from this excellent family operated spot again no question.

I would give 10 stars! Eric, Caroline, and staff are so friendly, professional, and eager to please ---- even after the sale. That is important. I had a small bicycle mishap, and while the manufacturer hesitated on fulfilling their warranty, Eric did not. He had my back from the beginning and made sure I was a happy customer. First Ebike here. ElectroBike was first store visited and subsequent stores I went to were all sub standard in comparison.Owner is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. And as opposed to other shops, there is always good inventory. Really enjoying the rides during this crazy time.

My wife and I just purchased a second Magnum e-bike through Electrobike of Georgia and Eric Hunger.Our first purchase was a Magnum Cruiser in late February early March 2020. Work sent me to Salt Lake City for an extended stay and with Eric’s enthusiasm, network and knowledge I was able to rent a Magnum Ranger. The idea to buy second bike where my wife and I could ride together started in Salt Lake City where I commuted daily on the bike and enjoyed the scenery of the city. The service I received in Salt Lake reinforced the idea that Magnum was the place we to start.Our main priority was to find a bike to fit my wife and for her to be comfortable. Magnum came through perfectly. Eric’s knowledge, honest opinions, and customer service are truly a rare combination in this day and age. We chose both of your companies because of the customer service that we have previously received. We never considered another shop besides Electobike. We did our research and test rode a different bike to make sure that we had the right choice to begin with in Magnum. This only reinforced that Magnum was the right company for us. Everything from the quality of the bikes, the bike features, the bike fitting, and the customer service made this a very easy decision.While there are plenty of quality e-bike manufactures, Magnum is the right company for us and it took Eric all of about a minute to figure that out and point us in the right direction.

Purchased a e-bike from here. Competitive prices and decent selection. One of the best consumer experiences I have had. Very friendly and informative salesperson. I was never pressured to buy the most expensive item, instead they took the time to explain differences between all the models they had and had me test ride a few different bikes so I could narrow down what I liked. I highly recommend this store for your e-bike purchase if they carry the model you are looking for.

There are a lot of different bikes in all price ranges available. Well... how would you know what to get ?!? You go to Electro bike and they can not only tell you the difference but also let you test drive individual models. Big seller for me ! I am extremely happy with the bike I bought.

Recently purchased a Bulls LaCuba with Electrobike. Excellent bike. Have 120 miles in and many many smiles. Great workout while keeping it fun. Great customer service and follow up when I had some operation issues. Owner even FaceTimed with me due to distance. Careful of the return policy. Make sure you buy exactly what you want. Other than that I highly recommended the business.

I bought a folding ElectroBike Air 33 in the winter of 2017 for use as my daily commuter.Riding it pretty rough over sidewalks full of bumps, cracks, and potholes, I ended up with quite a few maintenance issues over the first couple months.After six months of daily use, and a broken throttle or two, the motor gave out.I took it in and the owner of the shop honored the 1-year warranty and gave me a brand new bike.Riding the second bike a bit more carefully, six months later I still had some of the same maintenance problems as the first bike.Specifically, the battery locking mechanism broke off, the throttle kept breaking, and most importantly, the front fork was creaking badly.A few weeks ago, I ordered a similar folding electric bike from a different company.In the end, I feel like the bike I bought was of decent but not great quality, and had a lot of non-standard parts that made maintenance and upgrades difficult.The service I received from the shop owner and mechanics at both their main shop and the Bicycle Barn down in Inman Park was also of good but not great quality.From my personal experience, I would recommend ElectroBike for people who arent planning on riding their bikes very hard and arent interested in learning bike maintenance themselves.My newest bike was an online order and admittedly having a local shop down the road for specialized maintenance is something Ill miss.

These bikes are awesome! They look dope, the technology is amazing, and they really work. Pedal assist maintains all the fun of bikes and without the hassle. The shop itself is incredibly welcoming - the owner and employees are more than generous. Would highly recommend!

First class experience here. Staff is knowledgeable and took their time to explain the pluses and minuses of different models to me. More importantly, they provided a free tune up as I broke the bike in and never seemed to be rushing me. They take care of you when you purchase your bike and beyond. Thanks again guys.

My wife likes to bike with our little dogs in baskets, but with the hills around where we live, it was difficult for her to get up the steeper ones with the dogs. Now, with our Electrobikes, we manage the hills easily while still getting exercise and enjoying ourselves. We can bike longer and easier than before. And, if weve had any questions or needed any assistance, Eric has been available to us and very helpful. Its been great working with ElectroBike Georgia (N. Druid Hills) with their excellent customer service, and well definitely buy our next bikes from them.

I went in just to try one out, see what the bikes were all about and I was totally amazed. The bikes are incredible. I ended up buying 2 different bikes and could not be happier. Everyone was very helpful and took the time to go over everything and make sure I got the bike that was right for me. I now bike commute to work and use it for fun. I have recommended them to friends and would tell anyone to try one out. Take a ride. You will be surprised.

Had a question on where to find a charger for an electric bike that I did not even purchase from ElectroBike. The owner asked if I could send him some photos. He called me back right away and walked me through a website on what exactly I needed to purchase ... who could ask for better customer service!

I never thought shopping for a bicycle would be so much fun! When I was there, Michael and Eric not only helped me pick out a bike that was exactly what I needed, but they also taught me everything I needed to know about the bike in detail. Plus, it was also fun test riding the most awesome bikes on the market today! It is not everyday you get the red-carpet customer service treatment. These guys are the best period!

Amazing experience. I was quite unsure about what bike I should get. I am a complete novice, but these guys showed me the ropes. They gave me detailed description about each product. Highly highly recommend this place!

The owner treated my older parents like garbage, ripped them off and put the new $2500 bikes together so poorly, they lost a part, couldn’t even use it on camping trip, and had to replace the part themselves. My folks bought two of the most expensive bikes (izip e3 dash) and an expensive rack for their camper, and it was like he couldn’t get rid of them fast enough upon pick up. Then, when they arrived to their destination, not only had the seat of one bike come loose, the quick release skewer had fallen off! How’s does that fall off!? They had to replace it themselves, again, after spending $2,500+ per bike!! What kind of service is that?!? To make matters worse, he had promised them throttles for free, and when they picked up the bikes, he decided to charge them for it, just because he thought he’d take advantage of older people. When my mother sweetly emailed to complain about his service, he wrote “glad you’re enjoying the bikes” ! Folks, stay away from this business. It’s not what it appears to be.

I was committing home on my ebike and got a mail through my back tire, of my read hub driven bike. I was just lucky enough to be within bike-pushing distance of Electrobike Georgia. Eric booked me up with a new tube installation even though he was about to close up shop. So, great service!

Besides the selection and quality of the bikes, you will be pleasantly surprised at the affordable prices. My wife loves her new ElectroBike and I couldnt be more pleased to have her out riding with me again.

Based on my prior experiences with Bike Shops around the area I was certainly not expecting much in walking into this store. Upon my arrival and first steps in the store i was completely blown away! The store is exquisite, the staff particularly Michael and Eric were very helpful, courteous and, an overall joy to do business with they were both very patient and knowledgable as someone who has never used an electrobike I was not only surprised at how accessible it is for any type of person It was also beyond fun and exciting to ride. This store is a must go and the product is outstanding!

My bike was received damaged. I notified them immediately and after some troubleshooting they agreed to send me a new battery in hopes to resolve the issue. After numerous follow-ups I would periodically get responses saying that they were working on getting my new battery shipped. They even tried to ship it twice, but did not provide the appropriate shipping documentation. Eventually they stopped responding to me all together and now I have a bike, not an e-bike. Ultimately I was dealing with upper management and this was the end result so beware of making any purchase there because once they have your money they are only interested in further sales.UPDATEI was contacted the CEO and my issue has now been addressed. I would have given them 4/5 stars if it wasnt for all the trouble I had to go through to get my issue resolved. None the less I was very pleased with the service I received this time around.Thanks Electrobike for resolving my issue!
