Jim and his team did a fantastic job on my drivers side seat. I had a tear in one of the seams and asked them to replace the panel. Not only did they fix the tear, they were able to save the original leather doing it! These guys take care of you and look to do whats best. I took my Headliner and visors in for repair. I took it home after the repair and had some fitment issues. I brought it back to Walt and he solved the problems. Walt was very respectful and took care of me. It fits and looks great now.

Jim epitomizes customer service and care and his crew does top-notch work at a very reasonable price. Many upholstery shops either wouldnt work on my Porsche seat to accommodate my width or quoted me prices that pushed me towards just purchasing a different seat altogether. Upon a strong referral from my mechanic I went to Jim last. He presented a very reasonable plan and worked me into his busy schedule. The wait was well worth it as the moderate changes Jim suggested worked perfectly and the seat retains the factory look. While waiting in the customer area as Jims very talented upholstery expert Walter made the changes and had me test, I enjoyed conversation with Jim and found him to be the consummate car enthusiast as well as all-around gentleman. I will be bringing my boat in at some point as Contemporary Upholstery can do it all.

I worked with Jim to have leather upholstery installed on my truck. Walt did the work. I was very happy with how it turned out. They kept me updated, had it completed in time, offered me a great proce and most importantly, the quality was great!

I have a 2006 VW Bug Convertible that needed a new top. Contemporary Restoration did a great job at a great price - then when I had an issue with the roof liner (that had not been replace) they fixed it free of charge. Where else do you get that kind of service. I highly recommend Jim and his company.

Took my 2010 370z convertible there today with some convertible top trim where the stitching was coming loose and allowing the trim to come loose. I worked with Jim on a previous project a few years ago.replacing the seat bucket covers and a rip repair on the drivers seatback. The quality of the work was great. The seat bucket was purchased but the seatback was a custom repair to the left side of the seat. In a lesser shop, it couldve looked like patchwork. Not with Jim. There was no seeable difference between the existing, the purchased seat bucket and the custom repair. Amazingly skilled work.My previous excellent experience brought me back to Jim and Contemporary Upholstery on another project. Jim was extremely reasonable working to complete the job! I highly recommend talking with Jim no matter the situation. I believe he would give the very best effort to try and help fix the problem!

Excellent! The ceiling of my 2004 Mini Cooper was dragging and Contemporary Upholstery did a great job with the repair. These guys really know their stuff and take great pride in their work.

The location has changed to 5042 Winters Chapel Rd, Dunwoody! My headliner was sagging and in awful shape! So bad that it was obstructing my view during driving!
