Outstanding service and products! I have shopped at Buckles for 14 years for my children and could not speak more highly of our experiences.

Sherry was so helpful and great with my little guy. He just started walking and I haven’t been able to find any shoes that fit his chubby foot. She immediately knew which shoes would work for him and helped me find versatile shoes so I didn’t have to buy 5 pairs since he’ll out grow them so quickly.

I am always recognized (even masked!) when I enter the store and am greeted warmly. The shoes are always a great fit—even for a boy with thick, wide feet and they hold up very well, enduring the rough and rumble world of toddlers.

This is the only place we shop for children’s shoes. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, gracious, and welcoming. She knows her stuff and her recommendations are always right on the money. Great selection of cute and functional shoes.

We had the best experience here! Sherry was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy- a perfect combo for shopping for “real” first shoes for my son! The selection for boys and girls is wonderful- so many options for dress and casual shoes. We have already decided to purchase all future shoes here- we know my son will be sized correctly (and get cute shoes) and that we will receive great service. Definitely worth the drive and easy to park right in front of the store.

I found this store after looking and LOOKING for shoes for my son who has very narrow feet and was a first walker at the time. We had been everywhere and tried every brand. I saw online that this store carried Naturino, which is a brand that can work for narrow footed kids. I was desperate, so drove the 12 miles to give it a try. Long story short, we walked out of there with the only pair of shoes to fit my baby son after trying on about 20 different pair at several stores. Since then we make a trip to Buckles to buy him a pair whenever he needs a new size. They do a great job sizing/fitting and generally we end up with Naturino which are very cute and work wonderfully for both my kids, though they are a spendy brand for kids shoes. But hey, you do what you gotta do when your kid has hard to fit feet. Buckles makes it easy!

As other dissatisfied reviewers emphasize, the service is rude and the prices are high. It seems like the same people have worked here for a long time, but they dont actually want to sell shoes for a living. The boys selection is much smaller than the girls, and while I was trying to find a shoe that we liked and fit well, the sales person didnt even care to fetch shoes for them to try on. She said offhandedly that they wouldnt look good, or didnt come in the right size even though we had just tried a very similar shoe from the same company. At one point she said that my son looked like an old man. I happened to be in the store a second time, and that time she was complaining to a customer about how tedious a previous customer was, so mine wasnt just a bad day.We needed the shoes, so afterward we went to a discount store that ended up having better service and some similar quality shoes for half the price. Next time well skip the hassle and save the money; I can decide whether my toddler looks good in a pair of shoes all on my own.

Excellent shopping experience! I have 3 boys and the clerk will even help my mom fit my boys in the right shoe with a drawing of their foot if were all too busy to come to the store. Very friendly and the shoes are on the pricier side because the quality is so great!

The women who owns the store is very knowledgable of kids, especially small kids shoes. She was great. Lots of options to choose from too.

I called the store looking for the manager . faith answerd the phone and was very rude to me would not tell me her name I was trying to get some information I called back she hung up on me two times (Faith The store manager was very rude I called back the third time got a hold of a sales associate and finally got the name of the manager her name is Faith. If you want rude service and like to be treated badly just asked for faith

Buckles Childrens Shoe Boutique is top notch here in the Buckhead, Atlanta area. I have had the pleasure of working with the owner for a few months and highly impressed with her attentiveness to the details and the sincerity that comes with her service. I do not have children yet, but will gladly bring in my nieces and nephews to purchase her shoes. They have an amazing selection, plus an exclusive dealer for Naturino shoes in Atlanta.

They have a great selection of kids shoes and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a lot of cute sandals and Sperrys in great colors for summer!
