Mandi was amazing. I found the perfect dress (actually, she found it!), within 30 min of entering. Since I was a Covid bride, I thought it was going to be a nightmare rescheduling everything, but Mandi made it so easy. Also, Jessica did my alterations. She literally had to restructure the whole dress...then wait a year, then adjust everything again. By the time I was a couple weeks out from my wedding, I had lost weight. She took the whole thing in an inch overnight. I had no idea that was possible! Her work was absolutely impeccable and she was such a pleasure to talk to. These two ladies really are miracle workers!

Mandi is the absolute BEST!! She provided the most wonderful shopping experience for my daughter and helped her find the perfect wedding gown. We adore Mandi and are so grateful for her!!

I flew in from Chicago to dress shop with my daughter for her upcoming wedding and we were blown away by the above and beyond service and attention to detail given to us by Mandi Jackson. My daughter chose a Monique Hlullier gown and Mandi offered suggestions such as how to customize the gown with sleeves and add a custom veil. We celebrated with champagne from crystal flutes for the dress as well as for the ease of the entire process! I highly recommend purchasing your wedding gown from Mandi Jackson- you won’t regret it!

This is a wonderful wedding boutique. Mandi, the knowledgeable shop owner, personally helped my daughter pick out the best dress for her wedding. Mandi listened to what the bride was hoping to find and helped select many dresses that were perfect for the bride’s figure and her vision for the dress. When it came time for the bride to decide, Mandi gave us time to admire the dress and make sure it was what the bride wanted. There was no pressure to “say yes to the dress” like at other stores. We came to this shop after going to many other shops in the area. Mandi really knows the dress lines that she is selling. She also gave us advice on how to make some custom alterations to the dress so it would be unique to the bride. Her store has been helpful with the alternations. I did not want to buy a wedding dress without a plan for alterations. This store is handling all of it for us. Such a lovely shop with a caring person who runs it. This will be the first boutique we head to when buying the dress for our next daughter.

Sadly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had while shopping for my bridal gown. The shop owner seemed didn’t seem interested at all in helping us with the gown we were looking to purchase. She was rude and acted like she had better things to do. Thankfully Wedding Ángels in Roswell quickly made space for an appointment and I bought my dream dress that same day!!!!

I cant say enough great things about Mandi Jackson! My best friend and I came in January from Jacksonville, FL to Mandis store and left with the most beautiful dresses! Mandi and her team were so helpful throughout the entire process and the designer (Sareh Nouri) of the gowns that we purchased happened to be in town that weekend. It made the experience so special. Her shop is very clean and spacious and she truly listens to what your vision is for your wedding gown. She also recommend a shop for our moms to get their mother of the bride dresses. I would HIGHLY recommend Mandi Jackson!

My experience at Mandi Jackson Bridal was something out of a dream. Mandi is extremely attentive and knowledgeable about wedding dress designers. I walked out of Mandi Jackson Bridal with not only an insane Mira Zwillinger wedding gown but also an awesome rehearsal dinner outfit. None like I had ever seen before and I felt like a rockstar in both!Mandi made us feel welcome and was so encouraging regarding wedding planning. She helped us get our wedding together with numerous recommendations and ideas. We so appreciated all of her advice and experience. It was always so refreshing to go in there.I used Stephanie to alter my gown and rehearsal dinner outfit. She was so awesome that my mom brought her MOB dress in to have Stephanie alter it as well.I cannot recommend Mandi Jackson enough. If you live in Atlanta or the South in general, this really is the place to purchase your wedding gown.

Ive been to several bridal stores in Atlanta, and this was the worst service Ive ever experienced. Mandi was inattentive and rude, and this was after charging a $100 fee. My mom had to help with all the fittings and carry the dress train. Mandi was apathetic about help fitting the dressings, to the point that for some dresses, she didnt even bother to clip them as they were falling off of my body.Then, we asked her if we can to try on the dresses and walked to a section in the store. Instead of following us, she continued to be disinterested and on her computer. Because she wasnt helping, I was carrying the dresses to the fitting room. When she didnt like the way I was carrying them, she became suddenly angry, and rudely said my mom and I are being out of control. I was just trying to carry one dress. If the dresses are so precious to her, I wonder why she left me to do her job and then yell at me for not doing her own? She never apologized and came up with all sorts of excuses, accusing us for for excluding her from our conversation. In reality, my mom and I were just having normal conversations about the dresses, while Mandi sat far away looking bored and annoyed. I came to pick a dress with my mom, not to babysit and entertain the store lady.I cant believe I had to spend my time and money to receive this kind of horrible service.
