First time in today. Needed a paddle and a pfd for my wife. Staff was very helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. For any first timers going to the store, its a little hidden. Turn in where the orange kayak is leaned against the pole.

The gentleman there was nice, and took the time to answer my questions. They had the kayak in the color I wanted - I ended up buying a it during my visit. Watch the drive into the gated area when you are ready to load up your boat, there are some large potholes

I called looking for a kayak, but did not buy a kayak here because the item was out of stock. To be fair, it’s out of stock pretty much everywhere in Georgia due to our pandemic circumstances.With that said, the customer service via phone was excellent! I believe it was ‘Fletch’ that kindly told me they didn’t have the item in stock and directed me to another store that carries the kayak I was looking for. He didn’t have to, but I really appreciated it and would definitely buy from this location in the future.10 out of 10 customer service.

Bought a lure 11.5 from Fletch last year. He was very helpful during the purchasing process and spent a lot of time answering a lot of questions I had about gear, fishing spots and transporting my kayak. Since then Ive continued to go back for occasional upgrades and equipment. I would highly reccomend checking Westbrook supply out if you are in the market for a fishing kayak, gear or just need advice on a purchase.

In todays time of the fast paced 24 hour economy we live in, Great customer service is so hard to come by. I totally thought that those days were gone years ago until today. I stopped down to get some kayak education after a few bad experiences with other kayaks Ive purchased and met Fletch at Westbrook Supply Company. Not only did he educate me, and go out of his way to get the boat ready I purchased in record time, he is as genuine and kind as the day is long. If your looking for a kayak, or kayak accessories do yourself a favor and stop down and see Fletch and you will be happy you did!
