It was a cold rainy day and my tire light had come on. (Low tire pressure) I literally had $2 cash on me. I pulled in and asked the gentleman could he please put air in my tire, that I had $2 cash but could use a card if need be. He replied with a warm sure no problem, get back in the car, I got you. That gentleman was Alex and I certainly recommend if your in the area and need any tire help stop by and see him. Great customer service!!!

After I purchased two new/used tires from Watkins my tire pressure light came on so I stopped for free air at another tire shop and was informed by the attendant that the two replaced tires were the wrong size for my car and that one of them was too worn down and dangerous to drive on. I returned to Watkins Tire and informed several employees of the situation who proceeded to argue with me about how I couldnt be certain they werent the same size that had been removed. My light had never come on before this. They refused to replace the tires with the correct size or even replace the bad tire they had sold me. Im frustrated they would take money from a single mom at Christmas time and further potentially compromise the safety of myself and my family by selling me a dangerous tire.

Fast and friendly service. I bought tires elsewhere and they installed them here for $20 a tire, including wheel balance and tire disposal. Another $70 for a 4-wheel alignment. All in under an hour on a Saturday.

Had a slow leak and took my car to a Goodyear Tire Center on the other side of town. They said the leak was coming from the tire not being sealed to the rim well so they mounted and balanced that one tire, but the tire continued losing pressure over the next few days. Stopped by Watkins and he found a nail deep in the tread within a minute. Had it fixed in 5 and the price was really reasonable compared to Goodyear, who didnt even find the actual leak in the first place. Would definitely go back here for the tire pro!

If I could give zero stars I would. I came to have my passenger side tire replaced with a 225 as I stated to the employee... he then proceeds to put the wrong one on and I told him it was wrong he’s telling me i’m wrong when clearly one was larger than the other and proceeds to ask for a tip.

I filled up my tire earlier in the day. When I got where I was going and noticed a tire sensor come on. I picked up a screw in the back passenger tire. For ten bucks he pulled the tire ejected plugged it and reinstalled it. That aint bad.

Greg, the store manager was extremely helpful. He went beyond the norm to be helpful to me.

These guys are the real deal. Fast service and very reasonable prices. They’ve never let me down and I’ve been going to them for years for tire maintenance. I’ve been to the larger chain tire places only to be disappointed because they lie to me, overcharge me or take all day to help me even when I’ve made an appointment. I’m never going anywhere else for tire maintenance.

Went to see Greg on a referral from a friend, and Im glad I did!I recently purchased a brand-new car from a national dealership and picked up a nail in my tire within the first couple of weeks of having it. After waiting 3hrs (with an appt), the dealership told me that it couldnt be patched/plugged, and I would have to buy a new tire for $200+.Greg checked it out, patched/plugged it, and got me on my way in less than 20min for less than $20.Ill be coming back to this casual local shop and recommending it for all tire needs.

This is the only place I will get my tires fixed or replaced. Greg is the best. I trust him to be honest with me and he never lets me down.

Had a nail in a run flat tire. BMW road service said I needed to take it in and buy a new tire, but our friends at Watkins were able to plug it and get me back on the road in no time. One week later and everythings running just fine. Quick, easy and very friendly. Were lucky to have these guys in the neighborhood.

Really friendly and efficient shop. Plugged the crack in my tire quickly and cheaply. Id never been to a neighborhood tire shop before, always the big chains, and wasnt sure what to expect, but Watkins was great!

Sister went in to get a flat repair done. I then directed my sister to go to Discount Tire to get it double checked and sure enough they told her the tire was damaged from driving on it flat. I called the Watkins tire and they said We told her it was bad and she told us she wanted it plugged that was not the case and they should have not repaired a damaged tire. The price of a repair is worth more to them then the safety of their customers. Who ever reads this make sure you go to Discount Tire. They inspect the tire, air it up, dunk the tire in water, mark where its leaking, disassemble the tire, pull out the nail, drill the hole, pull a pull through it, snip both sides, grind it down, clean the area with rubbing alcohol, apply rubber cement, put a patch on, stitch it, and then put rubber tar on the patch, remount the tire, dunk it again, balance the wheel, install and then they torque all four tires, and check the air in all four. for a cheap price of FREE!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM WATKINS TIRE!!!!!

A great spot for flat tires that need a quick plug. $15 cash in hand and you are usually out in 15 minutes.

This place is horrible. I went to this place a few months ago. I know it was a use tire but it should of been giving a problem a week later. And come to find out they gave me a smaller size. DO NOT GO HERE

I had a leaking tire they fixed right away. At $15 it was a deal and they did great work.

Stopped by about 9am. Sat in the car and waited while the man was finishing a flat repair. He then yelled over to me What you need I said just need a little air. He rolled his eyes and shook his head no with a look of disgust. I said, I cant get any air? He said no. The other customer looked away as if she couldnt believe he was saying that. The only reason I knew about this place was because I had a tire plugged about a month ago. I try to support small businesses in the community but I wont be coming back to this shop. Support goes both ways.

I have used this tire shop for several years and was happy with them u till recently. I have bought 3 tires from them in 3 months 2 for the same tire and they were wearing quickly because the alignment is off. No one at the tire place said anything I had to figure it out myself then when we came in saturday they told us they have a new alignment machine and would do it for free since they were training on it but Id have to wait until during the week because they guy that does it wasnt there in the weekend. I came in Tuesday was told they arent training anymore and he didnt even check to see if HIS guy had promised anyone anything he just said no he wouldnt do I knowing full well I have bought SEVERAL tires from them. Save ur $ and go a mile in either direction basically to find tires well priced and better customer service. I got a tire almost $10 cheaper right up the road. Def disappointed to be writing this review. Hopefully they learn in the service business customer service and repeat customers go a long way.
