Caribou Coffee is such a great space to grab a drink and enjoy a conversation. The staff is always very friendly and personable. There is a good selection of coffee, merchandise and various snacks. Plus they service breakfast all day long.The fireplace is a nice touch in the indoor cafe seating area. The patio is small, but nice place to sit.

I think Im biased because Im from Minnesota where this gift in a cup is roasted. Nope! Its just great coffee. The white chocolate mocha is sinfully delicious. Of course mine is always a large since I indulge whenever Im on that side of town. Pair it with the chicken apple sausage sandwich to make a nice quick meal. We also got 2 16oz bags of coffe for $20. Twenty bucks??!! Sign me up! About this location, were always greeted warmly and our coffee is always served how we like it. Restrooms are clean and pre-Covid you could always find a place to sit. Ive only done drive thru since. The employees wear masks so Im happy. Only down side is there are too few locations.

While the employees are great, at this location, management does not give their employees breaks to eat or drink water. There is no lunch break and these employees are constantly on their feet. It is wrong and I will not give my money to an establishment that does not have their employees health and best interests at heart. These employees need reasonable breaks to eat and drink water. Working them like this is not healthy for them and is dangerous. They could easily become dehydrated and pass out. GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES LUNCH BREAKS AND WATER BREAKS!!!

I had a really nice iced mint mocha drink from here. The mint was very refreshing and the drink was not too sweet overall - perfect balance of flavors

When I arrived at Starbucks after opening time of 5:30 and they werent open I walk across the street to Caribou coffee.. much nicer decor and great seating area with a fireplace. obviously from the ratings you can tell Caribou is a better spot to get coffee. I would recommend visiting here instead of Starbucks at least in Buckhead.

Why oh why did they close down half of there stores. So much better than Starbucks!

İ am customer of Catibbou cafe same location since 2007 used to be great place but not anymore, resttoom doors not working properly for months and no Earl gray & black tea for a week, now İ want to ask how many manager responsible of this store ????

I like Caribou. I asked for an espresso blended without sweetener and the drink was sweet :/. The donut barely had glaze on it but was good enough. The gluten free spinach egg something was kind of flavorless.

The craft cold brew is my favourite and I have yet to be disappointed with the breakfast.

Caribou coffee is top tier! I do not understand why there arent more locations! The staff is sweet and the drinks are delicious!

The drive through experience and coffee were fine, but the staff in underwhelming. Maybe instead of shouting at coworkers “Why is no one coming in until 8:30 on a weekend?” while handing the coffee to the customer there should be customer interaction. Seems like they have more issues though and should hire more customer friendly staff.

Service is bad! Takes forever. Speaker keeps breaking down. Coffee taste isn’t that great either - like how it used to be! Will never return to this location, the worst!

Caribou is a great alternative from Seattles biggest coffee chain. For more that 20 years they have been making delicious coffee and tea.Try the mocha mint condition. The chais are also good.The staff at this location is particularly fun.Remember to play the trivia for a chance at a discount.Wheelchair folks can easily get in and vegetarians will be fine.

Cute, quaint and very friendly staff! I hail from Minnesota, so its nice to see my favorite coffee chain when Im away from home - considering they dont branch out of the Midwest much. However, its funny that a Caribou in Georgia has more of the Up North cabin/cozy feeling (a literal cabin), than the locations that are truly Up North - Minnesota needs to follow suite. Well done, Buckhead Caribou, well done!

Good customer service and the place is nice, I love to take a sip of coffee while relaxing in the morning, such a good place and the staff are really kind and friendly.

1st time visit and their coffee is splendid. I ordered the Caramel High Rise and it was so flavorful and fresh. I also ordered the turkey bacon and swiss sandwich which was also delicious and filling. I also love the hand sanitizer at the door. I wish more cafes and restaurants did that. Will be back!

This place is located near Lenox Mall, the employees here are very nice. We went to the drive-thru and we ordered blended coffee drinks. Both of them were very good. They have pastries, bagels, tea and all types of coffee drinks. We got through the drive-thru in a good amount of time. We will definitely be back.

I used to visit Atleast 6 days a week.. I used to order white chocolate mocha and vanilla white almost everyday. Since from a week.. the quality doesn’t seem good. It’s tasting like water like not at all chocolaty and sweet. I know how it tastes like. I used to give 400-500$ business every month approx. Probably I will stop visiting this store sooner. Sometimes I get chocolate bean top of it and sometimes not..Not sure about the intentions of this barista. Quality is always important when we do business

It was my first time at a Caribou in years and I had a great experience! The barista was really patient with me and helpful at suggesting what to get based on my likes. The final product was delicious. Will come back again!

This is my favorite coffee spot in Atlanta. I alwats get fantastic service from my friend Christopher. The customers here Love him because he makes them feel welcome everytime they walk in the door. He really cares about the customers and that makes all the difference. Great job😁

Drive thru service is always friendly, drinks and food test very fresh. Be prepared to wait a little bit for the drinks since they are made to order, but that is expected so no complaints.

The first Caribou Coffee I ever went to way back in 2007 and its still a favorite. Though not as big as I remember it way back then, its still a cool space that is always bustling and brings a bit of the North to Peachtree. I mean...seriously...its the only log cabin in Buckhead! And it has a fireplace! The coffee is fantastic and its a must stop for me whenever Im in the area. It might not be Brash but Caribou is awesome and way better than Starbucks! And Im not moosin around. ;)

This is the 2nd time in the last few months that Ive had to go to Starbucks because you guys dont open on time. 6:36 and you have people waiting outside a dark store... and still say another 15 minutes. At least this time, someone answered when I called. The last time, I was at the drive thru window and could see someone inside and she wouldnt answer the phone and offered no apology once opened.

Lost our breakfast sandwiches and spent 25 mins waiting for them. They said another person grabbed our order. They lied. The guy running the BOH expo screen missed it I watched them point it out to him. Coffee was decent but get your systems in place. This experience is precisely why I own an espresso maker and almost never buy coffee out. Thanks for the reaffirmation.

It was nice, the employees a bit scrambled cause of the lack of space behind the counter. The holiday decorations were cute though.Had to ask what a fa la latte was cause no description to what it was, its an eggnog latte. And I was satisfied with it.Also there is a working fire place!

My first and last time going to this coffee house. Large black coffee and a small egg souffle $9. Wow, didnt even get a napkin. I walked end with no greeting and got minimal info in their products. I hope for yalls sake this is an isolated situation.

Friendly staff! Got a coffee, black tea, and lemon lime sparkling water. Plenty of drink options. Coffee was a bit acidic for my taste but still good; the tea and water were yummy. It can get a bit busy inside at times, but theres many different seats and tables. Only downsides are that there arent any booths and the only cushioned seats are the tall stools surrounding the cafe, so it could be a bit more cozy.

Such good quality taste and flavor. Has bigger sizes for smaller prices. I highly recommend

I love Caribou coffee. Thos establishment/coffee house is so cool. The staff has been consistant in their welcoming of the customers and willingness to help us try new menu items.I travel 45 miles on the weekend to enjoy my favorite beveraghe of choice and also theor teas are enjoyed by my wife. I have a little Keurig stash at home for the week days craving.

The atmosphere is more cozy than the more popular coffee place (🔯🦌) and is more affordable to boot. The patrons and staff are not stuck-up like the other place. The coffee is just as good if not better. I will return as often as I can. Thanks!!

Average coffee. My order is rarely right and has been forgotten about more than once. Nice place to study. People are usually friendly. I like that they promote organizations that support a good cause with their products.

Love, love, love this place! Coming from Minnesota I am disheartened to see that metro Atlanta has no concept of great coffee. I say that because there are so few Caribou locations! Speaking of locations, this has always been a favorite because it is such a classic Caribou experience with the rustic decor and great customer service. Did I mention that they serve EXCELLENT coffee??

Fireplace adds to the cosy feel. Mobile order and pick up worked smoothly. Loved the passion fruit flavored sparkling water.

The hot chocolate here was tasty. Not to sweet. I also ordered a halloumi sandwich (I think). Nothing spectacular but it was nice and warm. I did have to wait around for my order even though they werent service anyone. Probably a communication issue between staff. Other than that, Id go back.
