Was great when it opened. Now it is dirty and overrun by homeless people. Just not a very pleasant place to go.

Rude employees and very lazy. Filthy bathrooms that consistently appear out of order. Night staff are even worse in behavior and customer service. Better off going to a competitor instead of dealing with this headache.

It seems a bit cheaper than the BP on spring st I usually go to..The thing that gets me..Is has a police station in the back..but homeless always trying to hang in front of it..It usually has security inside. I do like the ready cooked hot dogs..

I am a frequent shopper here, and the employees are consistently among the best of any QuikTrip. They are well-trained and obviously well-managed. Moreover, this is an urban/ intown store without gasoline. It should be noted that the neighborhood is eclectic. Predominantly gay,tolerant straights, students and a cadre of street people make up the demographic. The homeless/street people tend to congregate outside the store but a strong police presence and an expert security team provide a positive shopping experience. It should be noted with approval that the internal security team expertly balance the need for security in and around the store with compassion, respecting the dignity of the street folks, many of whom suffer from mental health issues.They are firm and tough when necessary but warm and compassionate to all. With the exception of the occasional aggressive panhandler, the store is a delight, offerrng essentials and sometimes lively entertainment.

As someone who travel you look for the 24 hour spot for a quick bite to eat this place is awesome I had a cold burrito and they had a microwave so I could have it hot from pizza slice etc fast efficient service atm inside coffee, lot of indifferent individuals but wasnt an issue for me love the location

This location never has the restroom open for customers. You are serving food here. Hot dogs and pizza etc. People need to be able to wash their hands. Its disgusting. Especially because Covid 19 is still out. If your employees at this location dont want to clean bathrooms and keep them open. Please relieve them of their positions and hire people that will. The managers at this said location should be fired immediately. You cannot take money from a community, yet not allow them to use your restroom. This is the only Quik Trip in Atlanta that does not allow customers to use the restroom. Ive been here late night. Ive complained to management and now even in the day time its locked. Employee said they painted. Yet theres no paint smell at all. So if they did paint at 8am this morning the paint is already dry and they need to unlock the bathrooms. People have medical emergencies needs could be diabetic and really need to use the restroom. But you have the restroom at this location Only locked 24/7Make no sense and i will be calling Corporate and Dirty Dinner. If youre serving food customers and employees need somewhere to wash their hands. DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS.

The employee, Edgar S, at this store is awesome. He is always so polite and professional to everyone that comes in. When you go by this store make sure you thank him for his kindness. He deserves it.

QT in Midtown is amazing. Its unique in the way that its not really a gas station, but its a true convenience store. Beer selection is good, prices are great and its my spot in Midtown to grab ice cream.Definitely check it out, its clean and the staff is friendly.

This QuikTrip does not offer fuel for your car! Do not be fooled!

Its captivating to have QuikTrip around the turn.I have been an unafraid customer to QuikTrip and store is the best clearly.Its much fundamentally ill defined to a comfort store, except for it is humbler. Nevertheless, all scarcely recognizable detail that I require are here. The sustenance, stock, drinks and different stuffs, I can get it here.I in addition like how the proprietor manages the store. He was altruistic and satisfying. He is fairly talkative yet it demands of me. He a portion of the time give me controls on a few things.For those reason, Im giving 5 stars. Keep it up!

Great place for a QuickTrip nice parking lot

Staff is young, they dont seem intersted in interacting with guests; more interested in conversing amongst themselves. Ice cream is .7 cents tho! Cant pass up that.

Its a shame to see this place go downhill so fast. They have a prime spot, but QT management has completely abandoned this location and left it to die on the vine. Given their midtown location, youd think theyd be ready to capitalize on people looking for late night food, but theyve stopped stocking everything. The past few times Ive been in, theyve been out of pizza, ice cream, and sandwiches. Theyve also stopped staffing the location properly, so when they actually do have products in stock, theres not enough hands on deck to prepare the food, meaning a 20+ minutes wait for a milkshake. The management has run this place into the ground; Id be surprised if its still in business 3 months from now.

Staff is always friendly and store has a little bit of everything. The folks complaining are probably fragile children from Alpharetta. Yes, you do have to wait for food at 2am when every other drunk person in the city is also ordering food. Get over yourself.

Went into this store at 828am. The restrooms were filthy. There was a urine smell and urine was on the floor. The sink was stopped up and theres no hot or warm water coming from it. The trash can was running over as well. The store itself was well kept but I didnt buy anything because the bathroom made me leave asap.

I just had the pleasure of attending the private Grand Opening and it was an awesome experience! From the AMAZING service of the staff to the great quality of food, I was thoroughly impressed! Vincent C. aka Vinny (Lawrenceville, GA) and Chef Nick (Tulsa, OK) were among the team of folks who were personable and inviting. They definitely made my visit more than enjoyable! I expect this store to be very prosperous and look forward to my next visit!

Clean and excellent customer service

I usually never write reviews but this is the second time I have been given a sub that is not what I ordered. I custom ordered a veggie sub tonight and it’s like they didn’t even read what was on the screen.

Delicious vanilla ice cream cone for $0.79. Cant beat that deal. Moreover, the server who made the cone was incredibly friendly, and he made me a new cone (unprompted) because the first attempt wasnt perfect. Great service.

There was a sign on the door saying that they would open at 12am but an associate came to the door informing us that their waiting for the security guard who showed how 15 minutes late and showed no urgency about having everybody wait outside for him. Ridiculous.

From the outside, it looks like it would have been on par with some of the remodeled Quiktrip buildings that have the larger beverage options but the inside of the store is closer to some of the smaller locations that have gas. Its great having a new choice in the city to walk to but it could have been better had it better utilized the inside space.

Lots of drunk, under the influence, mental and homeless and/or all of the above people always hanging by the entrance to the point that we of longer patronize this place. Most times people hanging out will use the restroom inside but couple of the times saw them peeing nearby. Many times, they try to engage in conversation with passerbys. Businesses near are closing and couple of the them shared their concern about activity going on outside this etablishment. Sad because this business could be great to residents and workers nearby.

It is what it is. This QT has plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to choose from. The restrooms are well kept and the staff is friendly.Actually, I went in the other day asking about bug spray. The cashier said they had a can but once he realized the price he suggested that I go across the street to CVS as it may be cheaper. I ended up just getting it elsewhere, since CVS was just as expensive but really appreciated him trying to do me a solid.Ill definitely be back when I need a last-minute six pack.

As someone who has to suffer with the nasty 7-11s down in Miami where I spend most of the year, this QT is a pleasure. Best roller food in the US handsdown. The drink selection is bananas, love it. Not to mention QT only hires ppl with a positive attitude, most service sector employers should follow that model. Look forward to visiting this store in my monthly trips to Atlanta every time!!!

Visited this location 7/31 between 1:35am and 1:42am, both restrooms had signs saying out of order. I asked the employee David M., how are both restrooms out of order in an establishment open 24 hrs with employees on duty. I asked David M., so QT company is leaving you in a building in the wee hours of the morning with no restroom facilities to use. A 3rd party security guard (black male) working was exceedingly rude, and attempted to interject as I was asking questions of the team member David M., I found the whole visit totally surprising. I believe that David M., placed signs saying out of order to prevent customers from using the restrooms, so they wouldnt have to be cleaned again. Its really the only scenario that makes since, after being a 15 year customer of Quiktrip stores. David M. and the 3rd party Security Guard on duty failed to deliver quality service this morning.

Clerk cant read a date on a Canadian drivers license for cigarettes... and I am 38 years old. No problem in any bars. But this girl could not understand that date of naissance is date of birth. Even offered to translate with Google translate.. retard.

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT SELL GAS. I have been told that out-of-towners assume that this location sells gas (which is a reasonable assumption) and are running on fumes when they arrive. When they realize it does not sell gas, they need assistance from AAA or the police to get enough gas to drive to another gas station.I have tried to have Google update the category of their listing to convenience store, which they did, but it has been changed back to gas station. I also want to suggest that they modify the description to remove the part where it says they sell gas, but I did not see a way to report this error.This appears to be a new concept for QuikTrip, an urban location that doesnt sell gas, but is a convenience store with Made to Order food and coffee drinks available 24/7. Most locations do not offer made to order items after 9 or 10 PM, so this is a big plus. It is a hit with the locals and we are very happy with the addition to the neighborhood.Employees are always friendly and the store is clean.The only real con is that there are only 4 parking spaces and cars often park in a way that only allows 3 cars to park in the designated space. The whole parking lot used to be available for parking, but then the police station put up signs and reserved most of the parking spots for police vehicles only. It does not appear that this police station is fully staffed, if at all, at night and/or weekends, so it would be greatly appreciated if some of the parking spots were available when the police station does not use the spots.A minor thing that could be improved upon is the city needs to have more garbage cans nearby. The existing ones could be emptied more often as well. I have seen them overflowing onto the ground many times. Someone that lives nearby said he has notice much more trash in the area since QuikTrip opened. I am sure this would become less of an issue if there were more trash cans available.

This Midtown Quik Trip location doesnt have a gas station. They offer a variety of snacks and drinks plus they has Georgia Lottery very convenient.

I always LOVE QTs but this location has some rude and lazy employees everytime I come in Im lucky to have condiments and toppings for a hot dog and the condiment cups are always ran out and youll be lucky to find a donut.. and the fact that they only have 4 free parking spots is a pain (I didnt even realize the 4 spots until I got a boot on my car across the street at the $5 lot) The only reason this location isnt getting 1 star is because I love that the kitchen is open 24 hours and that they have subs but I shouldnt feel bad when I ask about the onions, pico, or pickles especially when it isnt busy at all. I grew up with a qt less than a block from me at all times and I have been shopping there for 20 years I know they hold a higher expectation than this. Im a Lyft driver and I choose to go to qt every time because I know 9/10 times the bathroom will be clean.

Its a quick go to place. However the lack of parking can cause issues. Also, the constant beggars outside can be a deterrent. It would help if the manager or Midtown Blue or APD would discourage the beggars and others from harassing customers.

I live a few blocks away and I go there regularly. I have never had any issues with the employees or the products like previous reviews. QuikTrip reminds me of Sheez and WaWa. Has a made to order option. Lots of beer compared to the CVS across the street. Love the iced tea section. The prepare your own hotdog is great with plenty of condiments to chose from.

Good selection, friendly service, and the normal atmosphere you’d expect from a QT. Note that they do sell alcohol, including wine and beer but not hard liquor.

Extremely disorganized and workers are slower than snails! I ordered a Birthday Cake Shake and waited for 16:54 and the cooks still had not even begun the order... 16mins and 54secs! Can you believe that?! That shake is nothing but vanilla ice cream with sprinkles stirred in... #QuickTrip either hire a staff who can count 9 Pepperoni Slices in less than 2mins or get your act together with your establishment routines or reevaluate your training capabilities.P.S. The cashier had no idea on how to refund my money when I cancelled my order... Shame, shame...

Quiktrip without gas is friggin useless!

Very nice and great service, and it open 24/7 is good to have this option in Midtown (note that this location is just a convenient store, not a gas station) I stopped going there because of the limited parking occupied by share ride drivers (Uber/Lift), but now the changed to 15 mins max and) now easier to for a QuikTrip stop.

I havent witnessed such a blatant display of homophobia at a business (by the security guard on 10/13/18 around 2:40 am) in a few years. Will not be coming back.

Restrooms are rough and the night managers don’t greet or ask you to return. Instead they just stare at you.
