Nice people at Ponce location, particularly Luq and Antwan. Luq in Copy & Print helped get my laminating project done in a flash, even though it was 10 minutes before closing time. Another copy place had botched it several days earlier. The manager fellow came over while we were working, to make sure I was being taken care of. Great results, will use their services again.

Bad customer service. Cashiers often rude upon checkout. Just poor customer service and rude communication from many staff. However, some of the newer staff (younger girls) working here have been very polite, courteous, and friendly. Seems an issue with longer term employees and management.

Staples uses Empire Parking Services to survey people on their property. Even if you are a patron, this company covertly takes pictures of every person (without consent or warning) in case you leave the property so they can boot your car- even if its only one member of your party that does! The businesses in this location need to put up a sign at the entrances saying as such, as well as consider ticketed entrance/exit.

This is a very small Staples. It is fine if you need something on a hurry. Just dont expect much of a selection of good prices. It is not generally busy so you can get in and out pretty quickly. Service is really slow if you are trying to use the copy/print center or UPS drop off.

There is one really helpful person in the store and its Kate in the UPS department.

Customer service is horrible...1 Guy was to busy on his cell phone to even make sure I could find the item . I then had to go find a manager to get help.. He didnt know where item was or about the product !! Went to Office Depot 3 people greeted us right away!! And walked us to our product and even thanked us for shopping... # staples no more...ponce location..
