I love this store! Everyone is so kind! Eve was my makeup artist and she helped me find the PERFECT shade. She was super attentive, personable, and helpful! The store setup makes it easy to navigate with a wide variety of products! Also, the store personnel helped me find my keys when I carelessly dropped them in the store - so thankful! I will be back, for sure!
You need to come to this store and ask for Monique. I came by today looking for some guidance on skincare. Monique helped me SO much and took time to look at my face/skin to recommend the best products. I felt so cared for and left with some great products!! I loved how she wasn’t trying to sell me on expensive products either. I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me. Got really lucky today finding Monique!
Great customer service per usual
The Sephora eye shadow is reasonably priced at $9. The eye liner was $22. I felt as if I got off cheap with a $43 bill.
Awful experience. Planned to spend 200 and ended up spending much less. The store was super dead with 6-7 employees lounging around in the front and middle of the store. Looked up and down at me as I walked in without saying anything, but were super welcoming to another shopper. One employee completely ignored me and stared me down like a hawk although she was quick to help other customers. Yeah Ill stick with Sephora at Lenox.
Just wanted to say I came in last Saturday and there were two employees that were more then helpful. I believe the girls name was Dena and she’s originally from the Lenox location. There was also a young Caucasian male...sorry I didn’t get his name. I just wanted to say that were both patient and so helpful with their recommendations. I’m still a beginner with doing my makeup but they informed me of some great products to use and I’m thankful.
Great crew! Real helpful! Loved it!
They were out of everything, the only reason I give it 3 stars is because the salesperson was wonderful..
Jasmine (pretty purple hair) was so kind, helpful, and patient when helping my grandmother find the perfect shades. We lost the receipt for the survey but wanted to give her a great review for her above and beyond service.
Ive been before but it just felt old, slightly dirty empty and odd. I think their clientele has changed and not for the better. I was still able to get what I needed. And as long as that Sophra store is there I will always go to this mall. Unless I move away from the area.
It was my birthday and first trip to Sephora. I was looking for a fragrance. I pulled my mask down to smell a sample and was immediately scolded by an employee. I was going to spend over $100 on perfume but decided to spend my money at a store that understands that people need to smell a fragrance before buying it. The cashier was very sweet as was a young man who worked there and was very helpful. But, being pounced on and scolded, ruined my first experience.
MeMe was super helpful. However, there was another employee that followed me from the time I entered the store until I checked out and followed me out. I had money to spend and if it wasnt for the very nice and knowledgable MeMe (forgive me if I have misspelled her name) I would not have spent over 70 dollars. I normally dont spend if I am followed. ( this employee was the same color as I but felt the need to single me out, why?) and I made eye contact with her on my way out just to let her know that I see you.Do better and be better. You can observe without stalking your customers.
Love this place I buy a lot of perfumes from them just some of their employees act like some people dont have money other than that it usually have what you need in women and men and I love to smell great
The customer service is AWESOME! I called before I drove 40 minutes for a product and the lady who answered located it in the store.I had an amazing experience; Li was knowledgeable and pleasant.I found a new foundation. Thank you
Got what was needed and a few good tips.
Always, a great experience. Purchased a new fragrance, Juliette has a gun!
Giving this location 5 stars because of their star associate Alesia, she was so helpful and accommodating and that’s what it truly takes to make for a wonderful shopping experience. Thank you to whomever hired her!
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered from Brandon. This must be the only place hiring. The regional/district manger needs to wake up. My toddler could do a better job of hiring. Will never return to any Sephora.
I always have the hardest time try to even have some one help me but after being passed around to different associates on June1,2020. April helped me in finding the perfect shade for my concealer and made sure I had everything I needed to achieve the look that I am trying to complete. She took her time with me and I did not feel rushed at all. I will definitely go back for her to help me. This lady needs an award on her great customer service
Easy to find your items and staff is knowledgeable and friendly
They have wonderful customer service and were very informative. I love the new makeup line they recommended for me!
I had a great experience here just yesterday! The store is larger than most Sephora locations and there are plenty of sales associates to help you with. For me, I had bought eyeliner in the past but couldn’t figure out how to put it on how I liked. I told an associate that, and she set me up with Andreea. She taught me how to put it on perfectly and she recommended a product that was exactly what fit my needs even better than the review I had!! When we checked out, Shawna was at the register and she was extremely sweet! Great place.
Just shop online the mangers will follow you around like you are a shoplifter even after you make a purchase of $120.32. It really made me feel uncomfortable and I will be returning everything ASAP.
Easy returns and lots of help. Very clean.
Good customer service...fast checkout
Exelent
Extremely lazy workers who close the store two hours before closing time just to be lazy, and get paid for being on their phone and chit chatting.I checked store hours on sephora.com to clarify the closing time that is displayed on Google maps, and it was exactly the same time for closing hours.
Horrible! Now let me start with saying I understand that some people may abuse the samples process that Sephora offers. However, I assure you I am not one of those because I almost always prefer Ulta bc of Sephoras customer service. Well surprise! I was in the mall and decided to stop in Sephora. I asked a representative for a sample of a primer I heard was really good. I wish to goodness I remembered her name, but I want to say something along the lines of Elena..she was a Caucasian lady maybe in her late 50s early 60s, wears glasses. Anyways, I asked her for ONE sample. I kid you not, this lady didnt even squeeze enough to cover half my nose. I kindly said thank you but can I please have a little more as this will not cover my face, she snapped that will be enough. I have attached a picture to show this ridiculousness. LOL she was so careful to not give me any, it didnt even hit the bottom of the container smh! Again, this is supposed to cover my entire face? and Im supposed to somehow decide if I like this product or not and buy it depending on the dot size of product you gave me?? Okay no worries, you did lose a potential loyal customer though. I did leave and later bought the full-size product at ULTA. I didnt even use the sample as most of it stayed in the container due to it being sooo little. It was embarrassing as a beauty company that wants people to test and buy their products, I could not believe it. I will not even waste my time going in there again and will never recommend this location, if youre seriously looking for a new product to test and purchase.
3 helpful staff great selections and they really work with you even through This virus.
Started going here because Ulta employees follow me around the store. Unfortunately this place is simular to Ulta now...
Bad customer service! Employees act like doing favors on customers by helping them and makes it look like employees don’t get paid! Looking at the behavior of the employees don’t feel like giving this location any business!
Bryan and Anna both were incredibly kind. I needed help picking a lip color, Bryan suggested some colors I really liked. Even though the place was slammed they took time to help me. Bryan was really knowledgeable and by sharing what he knew it helped me feel confident in my purchase. The experience meant a lot to me. Great crew.
Because of Covid, we couldn’t test or sample any products. Pam was INCREDIBLY helpful with finding necessary products for a specific look, and she figured out my exact foundation shade just by eyeballing my skin tone. I’ve had several beauty advisors sample shades on my skin and I still went home with the wrong products.
They have their own private entrance so I absolutely LOVE that. Everyone who has helped me here has been kind, but I must say that Vion was amazing! She spoke to me in terms of color that I understood as an artist. She walked me through my color complements and explained why certain colors would or wouldn’t work (warm vs cool browns, corals vs pinks). I came in for makeup removal wipes and my Beauty Insider Birthday Gift and I left having spent $80. 🤣😓
Wow, terrible. Shop online. They charged me twice for an item so I turned back around, fought mall traffic and parking to be refunded. When I asked for a free sample of a product for my troubles the manager and employee rudely threw a tiny face cream at me and started laughing. Guess there’s a reason they work at Sephora in a mall
Wonderful store. Friendly and helpful associates
Place is usually always busy. But staff will help you find anything your looking for. Nicely stocked found everything thing I was looking for.
Quite busy, item looking for not in stock
Can’t even walk into the store with my girlfriend without them staring at us & all gathering up right by to (more than likely) see if we’re stealing... which is hilarious, because our money is just as good as the next person’s & we’ve never stole from them. It’s just annoying being treated sub-par/like thieves when we’re actually trying to shop there, got my girl’s Dior lipgloss there. Worth every penny! Stop harassing us just because we’re young n Hispanic looking around to shop!
My experience was great here. Melissa, the store manager was extremely sweet and she helped me find the right shade for the foundation I was looking for. Thanks Melissa!
Good selections
This place absolutely puts a strain on my family of 6. And its because it bewitched my wife long ago and now we have to go ALL the time for her makeup needs. I barely want to pay $4 for a stock of deodorant, but the missus doesnt even bat an eye at $40 mascara. If my debt to income ratio gets skewed because of Sephora, itll be the wifes fault.
I really rarely leave a negative review, Im pretty forgiving. Ive been a makeup artist in the area for going on 12 years and the last few times Ive been there Ive either been talked down to (because apparently you should just assume a man would not actually be a makeup artist) or Ive been followed around the shop while looking at products like I was a thief. Ill be passing on the perimeter mall location from now on.Thought the last snarky comment was worth a laugh. Helping a female coworker look at foundations and she asked which I liked better. I commented on the warmer tone being more flattering and a rep standing nearby laughed and said listen to him, like he knows something .... wow
Great store wonderful friendly employees, they also have a pretty great selection of color and skincare.
Zero stars if I could. I walked in, exchanges in hand, and excited to get new product!! No one greets me, but I brush it off as they were pretty busy. I get what I need and line up to be rung up.Heres where it really hits the fan. I explain to the bald, British, nametag-less cashier that I was exchanging two $15 mascaras and a $42 foundation for two different $15 mascaras and a $39 foundation. She refuses to return them both, so I re-explain, adding that everything was purchased the day before. Keep in mind I bought the $42 foundation with a gift card, and it could only be returned for store credit (cannot be used online). She proceeds to exchange the mascaras with no issue, but makes me pay for the foundation. I swipe my card, and then she returns the $42 foundation. Again, explain that I need to use the original foundation to pay for the new one. She freaks out and YELLS that I shouldve told her before, and keeps huffing, puffing, and rolling her eyes. Who yells at a customer??I kept my cool as she called her (super kind) supervisor who fixes everything. Baldy repeatedly checks the returned mascaras with disgust, even though they were brand new in packaging. Needless to say corporate will be hearing about her abhorrent behavior, and Ill stick to their North Point, Cumberland, and Town Center locations (amazing service)!!.
Great selection and service. Fragrance desired was not easily found - service rep was very helpful and check out easy. Kudos!
Really hit or miss... either you catch a good shift and you actually get help.... or you just dont. The past few times Ive been ignored or walked away from. I asked for help finding my shade and instead of helping they just said yeah its over there. I know where it is.... Im asking to be matched... This is one of those Sephoras where you have to come in with a full beat to be helped half the time. No one was in the store, but there were acting like they were too busy for one person. Anyway, girls behind the register and in fragrances were nice. At least they acknowledged me lol
Sephora has gone downhill. I went in trying to get matched for a powder and no one wanted to help me. Finally, I was able to obtain help but the lady acted as if she was annoyed that she had to help me. She picked out a color that she said matched only for me to take it home and find out that it is too dark in regular light. I returned it the next day ... even throughout the return, they never asked me why or if I would like to try another color.
Pam and Richie are the absolute best! I was so lucky to have met them and have my makeup done by Pam with collaboration from Richie! So happy :)
Customer service is not great
Voni was wonderful. I left feeling pretty, with a lovely bag full of wonderful items. She was patient and kind. Thank you Voni!❤!
The associates in this store were very cognizant of social distancing measures and kind. Grabbed what I needed and was out in no time.
Visited this place three times in the last two weeks, and the service I received was consistent. On each visit, I was almost immediately asked if I needed help, and when I expressed my interests and concerns, the sales associates were very responsive and attentive. I was looking for foundation, and each time I went, the associates would give me swatches, clean me up, and make suggestions as many times as needed. They took my preferences into account, but they werent afraid to offer brands that I hadnt considered but also suited my needs. They also gave me advice about application, blending colors, and brands. They seemed very knowledgeable and experienced.I ended up going twice because the foundations that I had picked out didnt work out both of those times. (I have a complicated undertone, and the foundations oxidized / looked different in natural lighting, but Im here to review the Sephora store, not the products and brands that it carries.) The cashiers gave me no problems with the two exchanges that I made, and they were courteous but prompt because there was a line. Its probably why I felt like I didnt wait terribly long to check out.Honestly, the best thing about this store is that one end of the store has floor to ceiling windows to the outside. On my third visit, I went back and forth between the foundation section and the windows so that I could get a better idea of what my foundation would look like. (Natural lighting is so important!) The sales associate (Ilana?) was very patient and knowledgeable, and one of the vendors for Dr. Brandt products even gave me great advice. I left with a final exchange for products, and Ive been very satisfied with this final purchase.I dont know what the fuss is about the service, but Ive had great experiences recently.
Its a great place
My daughters were racially profiled at this store. It happened so fast, and escalated to the police being called. I dont like these commercialized stores anyway, I rather buy from a small business where I would be seen as a loyal customer and not as a dollar, this further proves my point. The feeling after this is done is so humiliating I cant even express fully. The reason why we were there, my daughter heard they had a good make up selection and wanted to visit, she quickly got a first hand lesson on being a person of color in this world and the burden it carries.
Always a pleasure. I went in for a good cleanser came out with a new beauty regimen.I was given extra special treatment, before they knew I was a VIBR!!! Gail, Ms Gillian and the whole crew always give excellent service.Love it! 💋💋💋💄💄💄
Love playing around in this store. Great customer service!
We got what we wanted and people were really friendly.
I’ve always been wary of Sephora because I don’t think the ppl there are friendly. I was curious about some products and went in to see if they had them and get more information. I walked around the store and while many gave me eye contact, no one acknowledged I was there or asked me if I needed help finding anything. I finally decided to ask someone and she told me they didn’t carry the product, and then went on about her day. She didn’t even try to show me other items similar. The other employees were too busy singing along to the radio for me to ask someone else for help so I just left. I really wanted to give them another chance, but I’m over it.
Great customer service. Had to return and exchange two products. No hassle.
Edited 2-22-2020Changing the review from 5 star to 1 star. This place has good products but really bad customer service.I was only allowed to get a sample if I bought something else for at least $100. Also another person dressed a little better was given a lot more samples without any purchase. Clearly people at this place need sensitivity training. #SephoraSucksOld review:Good place for your cosmetic needs. This has a wide variety of options available for women. It also has a small range of products for men.
This store alone is the main reason I shop at Ulta and order my usual Sephora favorites straight from the manufacturers. They stare at you until you touch something and then come to you and ask do you need help. The only people that actually smile are the girls at the register.
If they dont have what you need in this store then I dont know where you can go to have a bigger selection and staff very helpful
Not a great experience at all I asked for help the help came and she stood me in the middle of the floor to try and test the powder very unhelpful ..they made me feel as if I needed to look a certain way..i.e. what ever the considered pretty..I will never go here again..rude rude rude.
This location is by far, one of the worst in Georgia. The customer service is horrific, the managers suck, they’re never on stock of anything and the people on the floor are not even knowledgeable about their own services and/or jobs. An employee tried to color match a new powder foundation for me a couple of weeks ago and it ended up being a little cooler than expected for my complexion, so I went back into the store for an exchange. They didn’t actually have the one I needed in store (surprise, surprise) so I had have it ordered to my home. The cashier asked me how would I like to receive my refund, back to the original card the transaction was tendered from or via gift card. I said, “A gift card would be fine because I’m literally just going to use the funds from the exchange towards the online purchase for the new powder. But whatever is easiest for you.” She then said, “ok, I’ll just put it back on your debit.” So she proceeded to issue the refund traditionally, followed by attempting to order the new foundation on a mobile device. When she went to swipe my cash app card, the funds were not released back to the card yet so the transaction wouldn’t go through. So I then said, “ what’s going on? I thought you said that the money going back to my debit would be fine?” Her nasty response was, “ Well I gave you a choice, Do you not have another card?”. So at this point, I could see where the interaction was going and I didn’t want to go back and fourth with her. So I just simply said no and left with my refund. But my whole thing is this, any smart person or adult with a debit card, knows that refunds can typically take up to 3-5 business days to be available in your. Why wouldn’t you use common sense and put the money on a gift card if it was going to be used immediately towards another purchase? I mean honestly, even if she wasn’t sure she could’ve asked someone. But it’s like use your brain, what’s makes more sense for the company. If I would have made that online order, I would have ended up paying for a more expensive product. So she would have gotten the money from the exchange plus more. That would have made more sense instead of me walking out of the store with nothing. I mean seriously, know how to do your job. And one of the managers made it even worse! So I stopped the young gentlemen and briefly let him know what was going on and he basically told me it was my fault! He said, (and I’m totally not joking) “ well didn’t YOU say you wanted the easiest way? Ok, then that’s why she did that.” At that point, I was just completely blown away at how incompetent they were and the fact that he couldn’t even acknowledge that his employee had made an error. This was by far one of the most awful experiences I’ve had at a Sephora thus far. I do not recommend this location for any services at all. The employees are nasty the customer service here is terrible.they never have anything in stock so just save yourself a trip and order online.
This evening I went to Sephora at the Perimeter Mall and had a worse experience. I needed a help with NARS product. Although I asked for assistance many times from different employees of the store, most of them ignored me and got busy with either packing up or other ‘preferred’ customers. Only one employee responded, but with minimal focus. I felt neglected and a pinch of racism during this quest of mine for a product not so much known to me.
Me and my good friend decided to by and purchase a few items and personally I dont think well stop in at this location again. The evening shift staff was very dry, didnt greet/acknowledge us, and walked off when asked for assistance. This isnt the first nor second time experiencing poor customer service at the location, and hopefully (soon) sephora hires on professional and enthusiastic employees to represent their company. Period.
Ive wandered through Sephora a couple of times since they moved to this location at Perimeter Mall, near Von Maur. The concept of Sephora is great - a beautiful room filled with excellent skin care, fragrance, and beauty products from great brands, staffed by knowledgeable people that are passionate about helping people enjoy makeup. That last part is what sometimes doesnt go right - the staff. The first few times I walked in, I was ignored. It could have been for any number of reasons: the store was busy, the staff was busy, I didnt present as a serious buyer (no makeup on, etc.). Regardless, after 10 minutes of poking around by myself, I left and went a couple of doors down to the MAC store, where I got great service and dropped a good chunk of change on brushes, foundation, and some eyeshadow. Again, nothing wrong with Sephora, but they couldnt provide the help I needed, and because of it, have dropped out of consideration when shopping for makeup. That all changed last night, when a friend talked me into giving it another shot. It felt like divine intervention when Alexa approached us to help. Even though we came in less than an hour before closing, she was game to help us shop for a big event that will require lots of photos, changing her suggestions of products to better fit my needs.First, her skill: Alexa made excellent recommendations for my event and skin tone, and tended to color match on the first try. She has an excellent eye for color, and is extremely honest about what will or wont work for someone. I appreciate her not wasting my time letting me try things that wouldnt work on me.I also really appreciated her taking the time to clean her brushes when needed. Its always a bit scary to use the samples at any makeup store - you dont know who used them before you, how they used them - but her methods were very reassuring. She wiped testers before using them, she used disposable applicators when the situation called for them, and she did it all as part of her usual routine.Where Alexa really stood out, though, was her customer service skills. Its clear that her willingness to help people is an inherent part of her personality - she is outgoing, friendly, willing to joke around and share her personal experiences with makeup. She was a real human being, providing great service. She made the experience feel like a high-end salon mixed with a middle-school sleepover: expertise mixed with a fun time hanging out.(Also, as an aside, her makeup is flawless - always reassuring when youre taking makeup advice from someone.)It should not be hard to get good service here. But it is hard. Even Alexas amazing skill, personality, and dedication couldnt turn this review into a 5 star because of previous experiences. But I will say this - I will be back, and Ill be coming back for Alexa. Clone her a few times, and youd have people driving from all over Atlanta to shop here for makeup.
This is by far the most horrible location!! The few times I went here no one acknowledged me. Do not go here. Im a manager at a high end store in Lenox Mall. Unlike my store, this store has older employees. Therefore, I expect good customer service. Sometimes its hard to get attention from a Sephora employee because customers are outnumbering them. I completely understand! However I dont understand how can employees who arent busy can ignore customers. After waiting for employees to become free for 10 mins, I finally just asked an employee who was walking fast by me for help. She said what do you need help with with a very dry tone. She helped for 1 minute then disappeared. I decided to go to the facial part of the store because theyre never busy. I wanted suggestions on facial cleansers. I told an employee excuse me waited for 20 seconds because she didnt turn around then I said it again!! She kept walking away. I talk very clear and loud. She was maybe 2 feet away. She had to hear me because customers in line were looking at me. 2 days after this happened, I caught my associate who was ignoring a customer while she was begging for help. I immediately felt how I felt being at Sephora and got furious. I disciplined that associate. Unlike this Sephora, my store values our customers.
Great help from Tatiana. Love the tutorial of eyeliner. She explained every small details and step of it.
Great service and overall fun
Always busy yet friendly and ready to help staff
I just went in there to get my wife a simple eyeshadow thingy, my wife always complained about how they were not helpful at all, so this time I accompanied her as she is really new into this makeup stuff. And I saw it with my own eyes, the people who work there outright ignore and if they help you it is as if they’re doing you a huge favor for free. They sigh and heave as if they are shuffling bags of cements if you just ask them where the lashes are. I work at the mall as well, these people aren’t here so that they can help customers, they’re here just so that they can constantly keep their own make up on. Terrible, utterly terrible and useless customer service. When my wife was trying to check something in the “line starts here counter”, the lady at the register yelled 3 times, “Next Customer!”, like hey, shut up, I am trying to but another product, if it is so much of an issue, then don’t put products where the line to check-out is supposed to be.
Ricky in perimeter Sephora is the most helpful person Ive EVER came across in a Sephora period ! He took his time to listen to my needs and blended my foundation to perfection ... I ONLY shop with Ricky ... loved his positive upbeat personality !!
Besides the very nice lady at the register who was very pleasant, friendly and polite, the one who was doing a make tutorial and the other people checking out customer, the other people are virtually useless!! They stand around while people are in there wandering helplessly looking for foundation. I guess after 4 circles around the same aisle they decide to ask you finding everything ok No!!Was it 2nd or 4th circle that gave it away??This isnt a representation of all locations because I have been to two other locations and they stayed with me until I got all my products because I had a lot of questions. If the purpose of the additional team members are to assist the customers, be sure to train them on interacting with the public. If not, people like me will call you out. Customer Service is everything.
This is now my go-to Sephora store. Kevin has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to find what I was originally looking for and knew exactly what I needed when I described wants and needs. Out of all of my Sephora experiences, this has been #1. 10/10 recommend.
Perimeter Sephora has the best employees and service
Why are you closed at 7pm when your website and google say 9pm?
I’m super chill but they have the worst customer service. If you know exactly what you want or ok on your own you’re good.
They Need to Have Sales but I Love This Place
Very friendly, and super helpful!!
If I could give no stars, I would. I came in to get a color match and when asked someone for help, she pointed out where the product was and walked away. I went over to the station to match myself as maybe 4 or 5 employees stood watching, it was an early Sunday afternoon so it was not busy. I politely walked out with my mother in tow, as I loudly stated why. I will not spend my green or plastic, anywhere that does not have at least decent customer service. I wish I had read all the negative comments before wasting my time coming to this store, it is terrible and clearly the GM and does not care.
Ive actually learned new techniques about makeup. Very helpful staff!
Horrible experience today! I have been going to this Sephora for the longest and I’ve never experience this poor behavior before. I went inside this location to exchange a foundation (Brand new, never been worn) for a Fenty highlighter. I go in line and let the cashier know what I wanted and she said ok go get the product you would like to exchange. I came back with the product and patiently waited for her to finish with a customer. As soon as she was done, I let her know that I have the product and am ready to proceed with my transaction. She rudely told me to get back in line. I stated that SHE was the one to tell me to go get the product so there’s no reason why I should go back in line. Very poor customer service. I really hope management does something about her. She was a black lady, with long, light brown weave and hazel contacts.
Go to another Sephora this one has Rude staff I went in to purchase Murad invisablur when I walked in the employees were chatting with each other I waited for about 5 min then someone ask did I need help I said yes and he went and got a lady who brought me an open box I ask her would it be discounted because the seal was broken she said no she was dry and rude and all the employees had the same dry attitude. Please get these people some water
Even though mostly crowded, it is easy to return items. You are allowed to try makeup at your leisture.
Its time I address this. . . . As an employee had mentioned yesterday during my visit, Ive been at this location longer than most employees. Except for Ms. Gail (shes an absolute delight every time). As a matter of fact if it wasnt for her, & a few exclusive brands, Id never return in store. Ive been VIB Rouge for about 3 years now except this year. Ive been shopping at ULTA because not only are the rewards better, but so is the customer service.Granted I only spent about $70 yesterday, Ive never known it to matter how much I spend. Im treated with utter disregard at this store.I did bring my mom in yesterday however because she was looking for a new foundation and my father was looking for a certain cologne from Y Saint Laurent. I cant figure out why Tatiyana actually watched us suspiciosly outside . Im bothered by so many things thats happened here in the last 2 years, but yesterday was the last straw for me.Sephora, your employees need an attitude adjustment. IF theyre busy looking for thieves, please take that obligation from them. They have NO TIME OR PATIENCE to do their real job. Im taking my 500+/mth to Ulta, until you do.
Employees here are super nice and took care of me when I needed to find foundation. I know nothing about makeup and was treated well.
First let me state I only came to perimeter (from Henry county) to spend MONEY (a couple hundred bucks) in this HUGE sephora because of the awesome variety. I brought a friend along as well to purchase her first lipstick. I stood and watched 3 different associates stand...literally stand and watch people not assist people. So I picked up the color match tool so that my friend could get suggestions. And asked an employee (I believe Melanie, an older Caucasian woman) to assist with the color match process. She looked at me with an evil look, snatched the tool and said thats our tool (duh) and I can put her on a wait list...what!? Yall got associates literally just standing and barely greeting...a wait list? Girl bye...Ill keep visiting my little sephora with their poor stock because at least they are friendly and actually helpful even if their stock is always low
Ive been there twice and was treated the same both times, ignored and left searching for help.In the makeup area no one approached or welcomed me, so I wandered the store and asked for samples which I did receive but that was it. No one cared to make suggestions or have a friendly chat. On my first visit I made a purchase and received major tude. The second time I wasnt even able to find anyone in the area I was to help me find an item to purchase so I ended up just walking out.I must say, the skin care department is very friendly and attentive. Fragrance was also MIA.As a VIP Rouge I usually enjoy my Sephora visits. Only come here to be in and out..if youre into that sort of thing.
I was greeted and helped by three different employees and each one was helpful and personable and attentive-happy to help. Out of the three, Monie really stood out to me and my sister. She was so energetic and helpful- answered any questions me or my sister had and found us products that we didn’t know we needed. We really appreciated her help. Her personality in Sephora was uplifting and not at all intimidating, which is something ive heard a lot of people complain about in the general instore setting. That wasn’t the case with this Sephora! Monie is a great example of what customer service should be like. I reccomend going here if you are looking for helpful employees while shopping. Plus, it seems well-stocked.
The cashier have the long and blonde hair was very rule. She checked my stuff and throw it on the bag.
Only Sephora near me. Horrible service I always get followed by employees. White man with long hair is obviously lost prevention. Fat black girl with caked up makeup I think her name was Jessica told my sister to make up her mind because she was going to help someone else !! WOW just wow .. They are rudeASF honestly. Management needs to step in honestly look at the reviews
Poor customer service. Only interested in customers that APPEAR to be big spenders as I was not greeted when I entered the store. Cashier Leslie does not pay any attention to details, she let TWO customers cut me in line.
Great selection of products but why are the sales reps so freaking arrogant and judgy? Thank goodness for online shopping.
Jumpy security breathing down your neck, be careful
