Excellent Customer Service. My epoxy concrete floors needed polishing terriblely. I’ve been apprehensive about other contractors polishing my floors because honestly when dealing with epoxy floors experience is necessary. These contractors were responsive and showed up for quotes and delivered as scheduled. I’m so happy with the results. My floors are beautiful! Thanks Max & Sean and definitely to the guys who assisted in getting the job done!

When it comes to concrete coatings projects, epoxy, polishing, stamping and overlays, we leave it to these guys. They come highly recommended by the manufacturers. Max is well known in the region and he runs a tight and well trained crew.

Horrible customer service! According to Yelp others had the same issue. I called, and I was very specific with what I needed, and even offered to send video so they can get an accurate idea of what I needed quoted. Each time I called, the same person would answer and say text this number (the number listed as their phone number), and I will call you right back. Never get a call back, it is all a ploy to get you off of the phone. It is a wonderful sign for them because if they treat potential customers like trash, they must have enough current business to keep things going. Great for them, horrible for new customers. Do not waste your time here, search elsewhere.UPDATE: Ironically - if you call it that....less then an hour after this review was posted I automatically got a phone call from Shawn / Sean (-sp?) who said he was the Estimator for Concrete Masters. Just got off the phone with them on a recorded line where Shawn was calm, cool and collected, and easy to speak with. Max or Matt (difficult to understand through his uncontrollable anger) on the other hand is unable to control his emotions and took the phone and was incensed. He raised his voice, cut me off, and he claimed I had no right to leave a review because I was not a customer and because of my review they do not want my business even though THEY called me back to schedule a time to come out and quote. Hmmmm, you only return phone calls of those who leave negative reviews? Max or Matt then proceeded to hang up the phone. Thank God I was not a customer and waste my hard earned money on businesses who treat potential customers this way. I can imagine how they would treat me if I had a question, whew short tempered people. I am not sure if they are aware they are aware, but thanks to platforms such as Google Reviews and Yelp, customers and potential customers are able to accurately leave their own experiences customer or not. No wonder there are no other reviews. If you leave a bad one, Mad Max will cuss you out! HAHAHA! I am glad I did not waste my money. Check Yelp if you do not believe me. Other customers have had the same issue, and notice as of yet NO ONE has left a detailed positive review. Go at your own risk.
