I was so pleased with my experience here that after I moved 700 miles away, lived there for four years, and then moved back to Atlanta and need some framing done, I went straight to this place. I was immediately reminded of how good that decision was. The friendly person who helped me was the same guy as before, and he was equally as professional and pleasant as he was years ago. His ability to hear what I was asking for, and then provide me with a selection of great options was a huge help. Having an eye for this kind of thing does not come natural. Briarcliff Frame Shop did an excellent job framing a piece of art I brought in. However, when I hung the picture on the wall, the color of the mat didnt work with my wall color and the lighting. I brought the piece back in and picked out a new mat color. David and his staff replaced the mat and didnt charge me one penny. In fact, the staff couldnt have been more gracious.I highly recommend Briarcliff Frame Shop!!

I had used Briarcliff Frame Shop for something very special and they did a terrific job. I recently had something that needed framing and I was directed to another store who does framing but doesnt specialize in it; however, when I took the item there, the price was ridiculous and I was very hesitant to pay what they were asking, not get it back for 3 weeks AND framing wasnt there specialty.I immediately took the item to Briarcliff Frame Shop. Well, they did it again!! I showed the item to Emily and explained where I had taken it & the cost involved. She came up with an idea that not only looked better, it cost me $100 less! To top it off, I explained that if possible, I would like it finished within a few days. It was ready earlier than I requested and it looked better than I had imagined it would!! I used to work near by so I had the Frame Shop reframe a antique mirror of great sentimental value as well as another sentimental project. The staff are amazing, helpful, and kind. They just try to help you pick out what will make you happiest no hard selling or pressure. The workmanship was excellent and the mirror looks great (probably better than when it was new). I will be going back even though we live on the other side of Atlanta. It’s worth the drive. Much more personal service than a big box store.There is parking on site too.

These are the best framers in Atlanta. Ive used only them for years. I rely on Sharons expertise to find the perfect combination of size, mat and frame for whatever I have, and its been a varied assortment: posters, oils, original pen and inks and pastels, treasured mementos, antique articles Ive picked up in my travels. She knows her inventory (she buys a great selection of both traditional and whimsical frames) and she has a creative eye. Weve had Rod come to the house to hang things on the wall; he, too, has a good eye!

Briarcliff frame shop does an amazing job. Its clear that they take pride in the work, and the end result is a superior custom frame. I have had 2 pictures 1 canvas and 1 photograph done here, and they came out well above my expectations. During my last visit they even took 15% off of my order since I am becoming a more frequent customer! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they get the job done right. The staff are helpful, patient, accommodating and knowledgeable. They gently steer me in the right direction (they notice things sooner than I do!) based on lots of visual experience....I was always satisfied with the results. My only comment in general about the framing industry is that people would reframe art more regularly if it wasnt so expensive, cause like paint colors and kitchens, frames do get dated.

I always go to Briarcliff Frames to get anything framed (and also their smaller pre-made frames are awesome). They do an amazing job and work within your budget. I found them 7 years ago and recommend them to everyone I know.

The folks at the briarcliff frame shop are awesome. Although big chain stores like Michaels might be slightly cheaper, if you have a piece that you really care about and want to make sure it gets treated carefully, this is the place to go. They are also super helpful when making suggestions about what would help to make your piece look great. I had a fabric piece and most places were uncomfortable handling it and said that theyd be willing to frame it but not do any of the pressing or stitching, but the folks here did an awesome job and it looks great.

After having been through a number of other frame shops in town this is the only place I will go. They do a great job making recommendations. Of course most important they do a fantastic job framing your art. Their prices are good. They do a better job and are less expensive that places like Michaels. Even when you account for those Michaels coupons. They will even deliver your art to you. Which can be very important when talking about large pieces. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you.
