They have a good variety of dance shoes and garments in store. We received very nice assistance from the gentleman who worked there, and everyone was very friendly as well. The parking lot is a little cramp due to their location though.

Our experience was wonderful. My daughter was for four her first pointe shoes. The sales lady was very patient with her and insured the perfect fit, vamp and toe box for her foot. Thank you well be back again.

This is my preferred place to buy my daughters dance apparel. I have gone to 2 other places that were not as personable. Dance Fashions always has exactly what I need in stock, size, color, etc. Along with the best customer service.

Walked in to find some tights. I use them to reduce leg fatigue, capezios are just one of the brands I use. Shortly after walking in I was greeted and offered assistance.I did buy some tights (capezio) xl two in suntan. The fit is correct.

The store is small but somehow they always have what we need. They take the time to for dance shoes which is so important. The parking is a pain so avoid Saturdays if you can.

If I could give this place an one star I would, this place does not honor its pricing they tell fables and make up things as to why that price has changed. I even got when you have shown them the pricing online.. they even verbal attacked me three young ladies while the manager watched when I stated this was a discrepancy and need to be fixed they even told me “I need to go to church” which I don’t know the point of saying that when it’s a dance store like what does my religion have to do with what is right.. I HIGHLY TELL YOU TO TURN AROUND DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! They need to re-evaluate there customer service seriously

They are so very helpful. We got our praise dancing outfits from here. Every step they help. I kinda got frustrated with trying on stuff due to my size. But they was so kind and was like its ok we have the perfect dress for you and they did. I also got my daughter dresses there too. No problems at all. Will continue to go here with further purchases. They give out discount for Churches. This is awesome place might I add they have all different kinds of dancers stuff period.

Today was my first time going to this store. The only negative I have is that the parking was very limited. Other than that, the staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable. This is the only store in the Atlanta area that Ive been to that has such a nice, wide variety of dance ministry attire. The prices are reasonable too. Ill definitely be going back!

I really enjoyed my time in this wonderful store, all the sales people was kind and gentle and the discount are a great way to keep me coming back. Every time i call to have a item set aside for me, when i come in i always see it right by the desk. there is no reason why i can go to this store to purchase one item but come out of there with a lot of things. I would be coming back in September to order for a large Group.

The Arts Ministry of our church came here to get fitted for uniforms. We had been doing fundraisers to purchase. The fitting was hostile and uncomfortable, we were told if we werent purchasing that day we needed to leave. The clerk TINA was rude, unhelpful, and blatantly disrespectful. Even with all of that we created an invoice and asked it to be held for 1 month so we could purchase the uniforms. We were assured that the items would be in stock, and when we came back to pay off the invoice all they would have to do is pull the items. I called an hr in advance to let them know we were on the way so they could pull the pieces before we arrive. When we returned a month later to purchase the items on our invoice in an effort to reveal them at our Churchs Anniversary; we found out TINA had thrown away the size chart, and never actually entered the invoice. She decided because we werent able to purchase at the fitting it wasnt worth her saving. We were devastated. The atmosphere in this place makes you feel like theyre only working because they were told to not because they want to help.If you want good service, reliable and friendly, (and we literally saved almost $300) go to the DANCE FASHIONS SUPERSTORE 10400 Alpharetta St, Roswell, GA 30075.

I will shop here again. Friendly and informative customer service. The young lady gave me brochures, assisted me with whatever i asked. The place was clean and organized. They have a lot of inventory and she reassured me they had my size.

They always have what we need. Especially for my daughter who is heavier and has large feet. I can always find what Im looking for here and if they dont have it, they will order it.

I found everything I needed and the person helping me helped instruct me on how to buy shoes for dance class. Very helpful not having ever done dance class as an adult very formally.

Needed shoes for my daughters performance and they was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable about picking out the correct size and make adjustments to make it fit a 12yo foot.

Looks disheveled and dirty. Smelled like cigarettes smoked inside. People are nice and friendly, but 1st impressions are important. They need to clean the store and organize and get air fresheners.

Customer service is HUGE with me and this business has none. I was making a huge order for my church ( $1600 purchase) and that did not make a difference to them. Keela, the manager, is very condescending and called me ma instead of my name. She did not take the time to hear me. I have never felt more disrespected in my life! For a business to be in the business of selling praise dance wear to churches, they do not embody the principles of the spiritual. As a business, they will not look out for whats best for the costumer. We will take our business elsewhere.

I have had very good experience with them. But, my last order was a nightmare!! I ordered 18 of two different dresses. When I received the dresses, one was correct. The other dress was incorrect. The invoice had the correct number but the dress had a different number and style. I spoke with them and was told they would send FedEx to pick them up from me at my office since it was THEIR ERROR. FedEx picked up the dresses on the 18th of December. On the 21st I had heard nothing back from Dance Fashions so I called them. They told me they would send my correct dresses once they received the other ones back. FedEx shows no record in their system of picking up the dresses for some odd reason. There were six people standing there when she picked them up. I have relayed this information to Dance Fashions. It is now Dec. 27th. I have no dresses. I have spoken with them several times to be told OUR POLICY IS ONCE WE RECEIVE THE WRONG MERCHANDISE BACK, WE WILL SEND YOU THE CORRECT MERCHANDISE. So, I am out of $800 until FedEx and Dance Fashions figure out what happened to a pick up that Dance Fashions ordered and FedEx has misplaced!! Very poor customer service. Why am I as the customer being made to pay for a mix-up between them and FedEx!!! I will never order from them again!!

By far a five star Dance supply store. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and will always work with you to get what you need!

I didn’t have good experience shopping here. It started with wrong recommendations. And when I figure it out by practice after two weeks, they refused my request to change/return it. So two lessons from my experience - first, they don’t have good knowledge of what they are selling; second, if you get used to shop with Amazon then you want to be careful to shop here cause it’s hard to change/return items.

So grateful for this wonderful business! Such kind and attentive service, with a wide selection of high quality products.

I just left this store and I have to say that I am very disappointed with how my issue was handled. I spoke to someone over the phone that told me I could get the online price in the store, but of course when I get there the gentleman conveniently forgets that I even spoke to him. I didnt actually buy anything because I was so dissatisfied. I really needed them today, which is why driving to the store was a better option than ordering online.In order for this not to happen to someone else they really need to display Online Price Only for the items that they will not honor in store. I did not know they would not honor your online pricing since, especially since it was confirmed with your employee that they would. I shop at this store for most of my dancewear but because I am so dissatisfied I likely will not go back to this store or refer anyone else. Id hope if this ever comes up with another customer theyd consider the customer first as I do not have any reason to lie about something like this.
