I typically dont mind this Costco, its pretty much always fully stocked and have a decent variety of items. However, I like to get their rotisserie chicken to make lunches through out the week because I dont have a lot of time to make food for ever meal. They are typically hit or miss with just right or over cooked. Except this last time I bought one, it was grossly under cooked and I had to throw it out because I didnt have time to drive through traffic and deal with mall parking to return a bad chicken. I will not be buying rotisserie chickens from this Costco anymore and I wouldnt recommend anyone else doing so!

Need a 3lb brick of sharp cheddar cheese? 20 gallons of chicken stock? LUGGAGE FOR YOUR DOG?!? Look no further than the spectacle that is Costco. The price you will pay is a parking lot and store full of insane people that are oblivious to their surroundings. Prepare to be bumped into and have others standing in your way without even looking at you. Otherwise nice place ☺️

Always the best price on gas! This is one of the best perks of being a member at Costco. Today, with the pipeline ransomware crisis, lines were long. However, Costco employees have done a great job in redirecting the lines to avoid traffic jams and entryways. What appeared to be a 45 minutes to an hour wait, was approx 15 min.

Who doesn’t love Costco?!? I love these praline pecans, can’t stop eating them. We picked up this chocolate cake with mousse inside. I’d give it and 8/10. Just spent $500 today, not sure how but loved the experience. 😂

This branch is not much different than other costco’s. They have a very wide range of products like all the other ones. There is a only difference i knew is this one has good jewelry collection. Also, customer service representative told that, this branch do not charge on jewelry return.Also, cheese slice is one of the best in the local area.Huge deals as always.

I just want a rotisserie chicken! Weve literally been in there three days in a row and no rotisserie chickens. First evening, sold out, second, closed for labor day and today, chickens cooking. Not a one ready 😫 Im going to go tonight, cross your fingers 🤞

Pretty good, staff was friendly and everything. Inventory is a bit lacking in some areas compared to other warehouse stores Ive been to.I went here to buy a battery for my car, but they dont offer to install the battery for you so be aware of that if you happen to need to get a new battery. Chances are that youll be coming here if you have a Costco membership because you most likely wont find a better deal on a battery anywhere else, and you spent $60 or more dollars in that membership anyways so you may as well use it.

NEVER have I ever felt so DISGUSTED with a customer/employee interaction at this store. 10/19/2021 @1:28pm. A employee (made it know she was off the clock and shopping ) felt she HAD to voice her concern on a customer allowing myself and children to go first upon arriving to the check out line within seconds of one another. Rambling off stating she doesn’t cut people in line (as she also arrived seconds after (Insinuating I did).When Asked why she had childish behavior and a issue with the young gentleman allowing me to go first. She decide to reply I work here and I saw you cut him. When I asked if she could provide me her name since she was an employee she rapidly answered I don’t have to give you my name and continue to check out after going in front of me (the irony)and sped walked herself in the break room. This behavior is the up most unpleasant and disgusting on the representation of how THIS employees off the clock interacted with me and my children . I go frequently as much as 3-5 times a month I believe this employee I can not name failed to provide the expectation of the Costco motto and behavior requirements off the clock while shopping in stores.

Overall good selection but other locations in Atlanta have more variety. The staff are helpful.

Good selection. I visit this location unless I need to buy liquor. This location doesn’t have a liquor section. If you want hard liquor you need to go to the Brookhaven location

Took my mom there for hearing aids. Great experience. Then took her for her flu shot... Waited an hour. Parking is horrible.

I like going to Costco for the cheap gas and to see what items they have. I like that you can discover all sorts of things there. You never know what they’ll have. It’s like an upscale flea market. They also have pizza, which makes everything better. Parking is good. I enjoy going there.

First of all I entered the building to get my membership card the membership desk is horrible. I stood there for a while no organization is at this desk yeah its a return line but for someone to get a membership photo or information thats unorganized. Lucinda was on duty and to other people I had to get in the return line to get help because people just jumped in front of me the back to Lucinda that sorry she had an Attitude maybe it was a stressful day I started to ask for my money back on the membership based on the membership desk. Get organized !!!

Dont buy stuff online from them! Big fan of the warehouse. However I will never buy anything from Costco online again. I have two large items they cant locate or provide a competent update on.They shipped both with third parties and take no ownership of their partners in ability to delivery the items. When you buy an item the seller should make sure it arrives. Horrible experience!

Very disappointed with the girl that answered for the tire center today at about 2:30pm. Noticed a slow leak and called in.Asked if they had any tire services as I was visiting the area and she said “If you mean fixing flats, yes”. Then I asked how much and she said “11.95” and I asked how it looked in terms of scheduling or do I need to come in and wait, and she just rudely told me I could do either and they were booked through Saturday.Obviously, people don’t plan on getting leaks/flats, but don’t be so rude when talking to people, either.Whomever this person was, needs to learn how to speak to people, politely.

Theyve added a self checkout line was makes it very easy to get in and out. Very streamlined operation. Runs efficiently. And of course they have a huge inventory with great prices. Definitely stop and if you need to stock up on a lot of stuff. Just be careful because you always end up buying more things than you planned on when you came in the front door!

Normal Costco. I prefer Costco over Sams but thats just personal preference. If youre looking for alcohol this location has beer and wine as opposed to other locations that have a liquor option too. Good selection and of course some items differ from what you can find at another Costco like the one at Perimeter.

I love Costco and normally go to the Brookhaven location but they were closed today. At this location, I had a return and renewed my membership. They were great. Check out was another story. The two employees were more interested in talking to one another than helping get my items into the boxes I had. They were slow as molasses. And I repacked everything so that frozen items were not touching paper items...etc. Maybe Im spoiled by the speed and accuracy of the employees at Brookhaven Costco or the one on Everett MA where I lived prior.

I love Costco; Im a true fanatic.So Im sad to say I had to remove one star, because starting around April 2020, when C0VID hit, the employees have become incredibly unhelpful and somewhat rude at times, regardless of how patient and nice I am to them. Its so odd, because the previous 12 years that Ive been shopping here, the employees were amazing and it made all the difference! But since April 2020, it seems like literally only 1 in 20 employees will give me the kindness and experience Im used to.

Always great especially when I shop early or late...never come on weekends after 11 am, its crazy busy. We get so much here, food, household stuff.

Perfectly serviceable Costco-employees are kind (when you can find one) and somewhat helpful. No Kosher foods section (thus no corned beef), no alcohol sales beyond beer and wine. Parking (as with most Costcos) can be an issue, and the parking here seems a bit more limited that nearby Dunwoody or even Brookhaven. My advice to leadership-add Kosher foods and alcohol.

We love Costco. The quality of their merchandise is excellent. The pricing is fair. As things have begun to return to normal we look forward to the full experience again.

I give them 5 stars because they are Costco and service is pretty good universally.I do, however, have a hard time coming here and not being able to find the same things, specially snacks/food wise that I bought in recent weeks. Sometimes, I go specifically because they had something I wanted again and it’s no where to be found.

Very clean and nice location also has gas station with good prices for the gas but the lines were huge.The store was very organized.There is enough parking in this location because this Costco is located in a MallSo dont warry about parking.

Costcos animal welfare policies are outdated. Theyre still using battery cages for their chickens -- this needs to change now. I hope to see some action on this soon or I wont be coming back!

Went to fill up on gas. There was a long line. Do not fill up your gas on weekends, if you are short on time at Costco.

Its a great location but the gas area is a real pain. I know there is limited space but they needed more pumps from the beginning.

I am new in Georgia. I was looking for a Costco store close to me and GPS took me to Cumberland Mall. I bought almost everything I had on my shopping list. They dont have the staff to help customers, it was difficult to bring down paper tower pack. This Costco is far from me and I dont intend going driving down there anytime soon. I took me 40 minutes drive from Austell.I wished its a little closer to me it will be my day in day out mall cus I love to shop.

I usually love Costco. The lines this evening, on a Tuesday, were like Walmart on a good day. I didn’t need anything in my cart, so I left it and went to Target.

Extremely Busy! If youre looking to get in and out in a short time, dont come here. Parking is difficult to find (considering it shares a parking lot with one of the entrances to Cumberland Mall.The place is usually packed and so are the Costco Gas Pumps. If you need gas, go shopping first and the wait in line for 30 plus minutes to fill up your gas tank.They have a pharmacy, install tires while you shop, they have a vision center and can perform eye exams, hearing center that does hearing tests and sells hearing aids, they sell appliances inside like washers, dryers, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, ceiling fans with lights, computers, printers/ink, cell phones, Big Screen TVs, fresh produce, butchered meat, tasty (cooked) rotisserie chickens (on $5), clothes, home goods and upon checking out (lines are 30 plus minutes long including the self checkout lines) on the the other side of the checkouts is a snake bar (serving fresh pizza, hot dogs, smoothies, fountain drinks including pink lemonade, weird sandwiches, churros and other items).4 stars because the the aisles arent marked and its difficult to find someone in the store to ask where something is. I circled the store twice looking for Pepsi (36 pack for $10) and couldnt locate anyone to ask where something was. Hopefully, theyll get their act together like Walmart (Walmart has an app for your smartphone that will tell you about a product you are searching for like which aisle, where at on the aisle and how many in stock of that product; this makes finding things easy without having to pull out your hair trying to find a store associate to help you locate something).Store hours of operation are as follows:Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:30 PMSaturday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PMSunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PMHope this review helps others out!Sincerely,JacobAugust 11, 2019

Costco is my second home but my 1st time visiting this location in Atlanta. Im from Chicago, so there were a few differences but nothing major.

I am a shopper in Costco for more than 6 years but what I experienced today was horrible.Right at 8:30 PM, they started yelling at all customers and starting behaving like shepherds and us as sheep’s.I always shop at this time and they always gives customers 15 mins time to wrap up shopping.But today. OMGCostco is not customer friendly anymore.

Wholesale club. Need membership to get in and to make purchases. You have to pay with any Visa card or Debit Card or Cash. Products are of very good quality, especially clothes. You will have to buy most items in bulk or large quantities. But, its cost effective. Costco gas is also usually priced lower than other gas stations. Costco also has one of the best return policies among its competitors.

Typical Costco warehouse with unnecessary marked up items that you can only buy with a paid membership. But if you dig around you may find something worthy. The exit lines are super slow when it gets busy. I added an extra start because their gas price is one of the lowest in the area

The Good: Low and competitive prices on bulk items (just do the math). Freshest bulk meats, and packaged bulk meat dinners. Cheapest gas prices in Atlanta.

I would rather drive pass BJs and drive allllll the way to the Cumberland Costco. But I do need to add a question here... when is Costco going to build on the South side of Atlanta? All these well off Black people (and other people) here and Costco does not support us.

Worst Costco I have been to. Their rules are different from all the other Costco locations I have been to, they would not put air in my tire of my RV. All the previous locations in various cities have always done it.

Large parking lot with plenty of spaces.They do a great job of having the necessary carts.Store is clean and well put together. Things are easy to find and there is a wide variety of items.Customer service is high quality and they are always efficient at handling a large number of guests.Overall no issues.

Its busy no matter what time of day you go.I shop here about once a month, and this location is generally good about timeliness of checking out.Ive been to a few other Costcos, and this one offers the same experience: bulk buying, excellent quality of deli and bakery products, but be careful to stick to a grocery list otherwise you end up with more than you intended and over budget!

Extremely crowded parking lot. Not a lot of variety like the Kennesaw location.

Almost Everything you want is sold here. It’s an wholesale store. Better for bulk shopping at very affordable prices.

Our favorite wholesale club. The gas savings alone pay for the membership. Great deals. Really good food court. Only problem is that the secret is out and its always busy.

Costco is my heaven. I love this place. The employees are typically very helpful. If you fall in love with a product go back and get it quickly because they sell out super quick. Its just that good.

Keep in mind parking at this Costco is a bit rough. This is especially true on the weekends. Plan on having to hike to and from your car.

Nice Costco that was busy but not too packed full of people🛒 It was easy to get into the parking lot & find a space to park; easy exit out of the parking lot as well. The Costco gas station did have long lines to fill up because it was such a convenient location near the freeway⛽ We found what we needed & more!
