I just contacted the Pharmacy with a very quick, simple question and had the most rude person on the other end of the line. Ive never had a bad experience with a Walmart Pharmacy in my life, until this morning. Her cold demeanor does not belong in the field in which she is employed. I would like to see a supervisor monitor their employees when they handle customer phone calls. I also read a few other reviews and I see Im not the only one who had to put up with rudeness. Please have someone more professional answer customer calls or deal with customers period. Shaking my head. I will never deal with this WalMart again.

Pharmacy manager is argumentative and rude. I asked about a prescription and she abruptly cut me off and said there is no generic version of this product. I responded by telling her I had spoken to a pharmacy representative who told me there is a generic version, but Walmart did not have it in stock and I would have to wait a couple of days for them to order it. I had no problem with this, but she insisted the generic version does not even exist. I do not like to argue, so I just said ok and left it as that. The other pharmacy techs are nice, but she is not.

Just an FYI, this pharmacy says on their phone message that it closes for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:30pm-2pm, however sometimes they change the time at their leisure and close for indefinite periods of time. We were told today that it is actually 2pm-2:30pm.

Im from Ohio and ive been getting my sons meds from here for several years I love this pharmacy ive never had a long wait and allll my questions got answered no matter how many I had love you guys if they dont have wats on the script they will politely order it for you.

Shop here all the time for home goods and quick meals.
