Stopped in for a quick steak burger order. The staff was very nice and the burger was better than Burger Kings, and I like Burger King. Ill return here if Im in town. Try some ice cream next time.

So i order a 3 piece chicken dinner from this place. My chicken was was still raw aka pink as hell I call back up there and they lied and said they never took a 3 chicken dinner order. According to the night manager but guess what i have the Receipt showing they did. And then hung up the phone in my face. I would advise you to never eat at this place at all they are very nasty the inside was had trash everywhere. And night crew was unprofessional. I know nothing will be done because the owner can care less about customers complaints. Food for thought if the owner doesn’t care why would his employees care either. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY UNTRAINED AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I literally visit this location at least 5 times a week. All the staff are familiar with me. There is a new employee and her customer service is horrible!! After my first time meeting her I’m like maybe she’s just having a bad day. 9/14/2021 she just basically threw my entire order out of the window at me. She is terrible and with the prices going up that I don’t mind paying but no one should have to tolerate that type of service. Something needs to be done about this promptly.

We stopped for ice cream and fries after a trip to the zoo... very busy, but the ice cream order was on point (we have several kiddos that needed ice cream, plus a few adults, and were pretty specific) and it was well worth the wait...

The food was horrible. Make this place your last choice. I was truly hungry when I went here so I got a fish and a foot long combo. Both went in the trash. Very low quality food and the woman at the drive thru was pretty incompetent taking my order

Stopped here for one of my favorite fast food like footlong hot dog basket, delicious as always and courteous and friendly service, been a customer for quite sometime, a well know fast food icon and historical restaurant. Right at the corner of a redlight intersection, highly visible location. Plus theres many other amenities you might need in all directions. Things to consider when your out traveling. 🚐

Bring your patience. Always crowded. They close at 10, but lock the door at 9:30 (crowd control) Food is always on point when you go in. Drive through makes them rush and the food is greasy to the 13th power. But it wont stop me from going.

Okay so the food at this location was horrible and they overcharged for items like the 12 pc wing combo @ 17.99 and when it was questioned they were not rude just unprofessional you shouldnt tell a customer hey its gonna be more if you dont get the combo concept so when she added it the way it wasoriginally ordered it was cheaper instead of the combo. I ordered the Chilli dog with slaw it had unseasoned chili no taste and just down right nauseating.I took a bite and could not swallow the food. For the prices they charge the food should be stellar. This is not worth the money or time.

Drive thru was super slow 45 mins and footlong hotdog wasnt fixed right and I threw it in the trash.. Zestos has really gone down all over.. except the Lindbergh location.

I love coming here! My dad used to take our family to Zesto off of Moreland Ave but this one is closer to me. Every time we come in our food is hot and atmosphere is always pleasant. We’ve been many times and will be back of course!

Zestos is my real go to for comfort food, the recipe on all my 40 years of life has not changed. Their ice cream beats Mayfield and Blue Bell any day of the week. The best part the machines are always working and so is the friendly customer service!

Just came from Zesto and ordered a turkey burger with extra pickles snd no tomato. Should have checked the bags. Got a chicken sandwich with tomato and 2 pickles. Very disappointed . Then I tried to call and they wont answer phone. I was very underwhelmed with the gizzards as well. Stick to the dessert menu is my suggestion.

This is usually my go to zestos but they were a bit off. First I had to wait for shiftchange to place my order.... cool no problem. Once I ordered and finally got my food it was not good at all. Talk about having to throw away 33 dollars worth of food. The wings were awfully big, undercooked, and the wrong flavor. Chicken dinner was good but could have used some seasoning even a pinch of salt🤷🏽‍♀️ I guess they can be hit and miss sometimes but Ill give it another shot

This was my first trip here. I am not kidding, we sat in the drive thru for over an hour and 10 minutes for two combo meals burger and fries and a fish meal. The meal comes with fries and onion rings, we only got two onion rings (that tasted terrible). The fat burger was lukewarm, and the fries was cold and stale. I figured if we waited this long that the food would be fresh. Once the drive thru window opened the girl was fussing at the manager about getting off from work and that she wasn’t staying, and was supposed to have been off: said some girl that work there was tripping and didn’t wanna do her job and she wasn’t doing it for her: furthermore, as we received our cold meal we asked for ketchup and extra pack of tarter sauce, they shut the window on us and listen…. NEVER EVER came back. Went to go inside, the door was locked and they said no, just go through the drive thru that we just waited over an hour in, and the line now was way way longer than when we first arrived.There is a Burger King, Kroger and Popeyes in view where we saw people go in and out the entire wait; I suggest you try these places first. We had to go to Kroger to buy some Frank’s hot sauce, tarter sauce and ketchup just to enjoy, that was 3 minutes wait.

We waited 35 min for 2 banana splits and 3 nut crowns and a burger ! My family and I arrived around 8:40 ish and got kicked out because according to corporate they are to close the lobby at 9:30 pm on the dot !! They should have told us this before we even ordered ! And they said they put a hand written paper on the door that said drive thru only !! After we were already inside and had ordered!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Go to the Zesto in Lindbergh! They have the better customer service .

My husband wanted me to try this place being that I love burgers and he is from Atlanta. So we went to the drive thru. Which took forever. We ordered burgers and fries, wings, a chicken sandwich, chilli dog and onion rings. The burgers were ok. Nothing special. The fries were good, their wings were delicious and worth the long wait. My son said that the chicken sandwich was good, and my other son said that the chilli dog tasted like rubber. The onion rings were the worst onion rings Ive ever tasted. None of us ate them. I would have taken them back but we were on our way back to Florida. The service was horrible. The lady at the window got mad with us cause they forgot to put the onion rings in our bag as if it was our fault. But honestly after tasting them I wish I would have left without them. If we do go back it would be for wings and fries.

My food was what I had a taste for. My foot long was good!

Old fashioned sloppy burgers and foot long hot dogs smothered in chilli and slaw are just a few of the greasy classic foods youll find at this historic Atlanta fast food restaurant. Southern comforts like crispy fried chicken and golden fish and french fries are intermingled with fun foods like Hot Wings and Gyros. And let us not forget the tasty softserve ice cream cones and hand spun milkshakes, My favorite is the Nut Brown Crown which is a chocolate dipped vanilla ice cream cone rolled in peanuts. This visit we had the Jimmys Combo which is served with 4 hot wings, 2 Chicken fingers and 2 pieces of fish as well as slaw, celery sticks a roll and dipping sauces. At $9.25 its a great combo to share for budget conscious daters. :-) The only downside is the age of the establishment which leads to the look of unkemptness and dirt. The seating is not plus size friendly as they are older style pressed wood booths and the restrooms doorway are also quite the squeeze. However, if you can overlook these minor things, youre in for a treat of a throwback meal accompanied by old school music, boiling grease smells and smiling hair net wearing staff! 4 stars from me!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Yet again today they have the drive-thru open and the front counter closed. Want an ice cream cone? How about a 45 minute wait in the drive-thru? Common sense should tell them that they should open the front counter and close the drive-thru if they don’t have the staff. The reality is that the employees and management are lazy and don’t want to deal with all of the customers at the counter. I sincerely hope that this place goes under and closes, because it’s sure not doing much being open. The tree definitely fell on the wrong location.

I specifically told them how I want my food, just for them to give me a burnt patty and make my sandwich wrong . I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and the service has went down completely ! The prices are going up and the food isn’t even worth it . The cooks laughed in my face because THEY messed up my food just to remake it and it was still disgusting . Honestly they need to close they location down or hire new staff that’s actually willing to work .

All Im going to say about Zestos is I had the chili slaw footlong and the banana split in the cup with the nuts

Its something about the coleslaw! Omg! This location is the only one that really good coleslaw. Not taking away from those awesome banana splits that you can have in a cup or boat! After a 30+ minute drive-thru wait, just a little disappointed with the texture of the chicken fingers (in that they are not from the breast or tenderloins) and the cole slaw (our local Zestos has a more finely chopped and creamier consistency). Also did not receive any cutlery in the bag, nor the ranch dressing we asked for.

Service Was TERRIBLE Long Line, Inside Still Not Open, And To Top It Off My Order Was Way Too Expensive!!!!!! NEARLY 40 BUCKS For A TURKEY BURGER, 2-6PIECE WINGS Combo AND 2 Pieces Of Chicken (Legs)!!!!Also A Strawberry Shake Never Again!!!!!!
