Stopped in on my way to some place. Oh, how I regret that decision. Have been driving back and forth to get a refund on items they overcharged. First day, while in the store, the manager would not come from the back. Second time, manager on a phone call and would not come out (was asked to return in 30 minutes). What in the entire world. The cashiers were not empowered to do anything except offer apologies. Sadly, I was not the only person this happened to. Perhaps they need an assistant manager since clearly the manager feels that the $3.09/gal of gas and wasting customers time is no big deal. At this point, I would not even return, but Im getting all my money and I just might return it all. The cashiers are 5-star. Manager... well, go figure.

I was told i couldnt wear my hoodie on a cold rainy day like im a child and was refused serviced and a lady walks in right behind me with her hood on and nothing was said to her and its also a very nasty place trash and boxes all around the building grass not cut this is a horrible place with horrible management

Always items and new inventory in the isles blocking the carts from being able to navigate the isles. Generally rude staff that acts as though youre interrupting their good conversation. Parking lot always has tons of trash blowing around. Also worth mentioning that their hours show they open at 8 but generally its later than that.

Was able to find what I needed. Was in and out in a flash. Friendly cashier.

They notice you when you walk in the store and they are very polite too you by speaking too let you know that they are aware you enter into the store and im very happy with that.

The website says it closes at 10 but it closes at 9 p.m. Someone needs to change the time!

I love my local Family Dollar. Never crowded like Wal-Mart.

My experience at this place was not great they never speak they are very rude and accused me of stealing out their store me and my family i just go to that store when my grandmother ask me to take her there and i might look around but i never took anything from there period i was leaving with my grandma and the supervisor was talking to the cashier and she said a women who look like me stole from that and i wasnt supposed to come back it hurt me only to be blamed for something i didnt do. No stars given the worse experience ever.

Very excited, and thankful, for the changes coming to the Gresham Park area. The addition of Family Dollar, with its awesome staff, helped liven up what was looking like a run down corner. The store itself is clean and organized and the prices cant be beat. Great place to avoid the rat race at near by Wally World.

I dont stop at this location often, but my visit last Sunday was very pleasant. The ladies working the registers were very friendly and professional. One of the associates took the time to help me understand digital coupon policies and I made a no hassle return. Other stores in the area are often under and or poorly staffed.

This is ridiculous.. This is my 2nd time coming up here before I go to work and they are close when they suppose to open at 8am. They need to get a responsible staff to come in early.

This was my first time going to this Family Dollar. The store was not clean, some of the aisles were cluttered, and the customer service was just ok. The parking lot was trashed with a few potholes.

This family dollar is absolutely terrible the first time I went, the cashier was on the phone trying to figure out how to get some guy out of jail. The second time, another cashier was ordering food both were on the register while customers were in line me being one of them. Bad look.
