Was having the worst day, emergency locked myself out of my phone and had to factory reset, these guys went the extra mile to get me back online when I was turned away by two other locations(T-Mobile & Best Buy on LaVista Rd). Will most definitely be doing more business with Chamblee-Tucker, very much worth the drive.ππΏ

First of all, yes, the store is busy. Yes, the agents were helping other customers when I walked in, so I waited patiently and played with the smartwatches, like a normal person ;) But Im writing a review because Nairoby was truly a gem. Its so obvious that shes an expert in her work and she genuinely cares about her customers. She was dedicated to resolving my issue and on top of that she was so personable and understanding I felt like wed been friends forever. Really I was lucky she was there to help me!

Today I brought my son to Tmobile because he keeps paying for his bill online an every month he gets a text after that he hasnt paid which is ridiculous. The customer service was terrible today. They had two ppl in store and they were both helping the same person for almost an hour and they 3 customers waiting. They need better help or more help lol thats like how many ppl do you need to change a light bulb or how many ppl do you need to call corporate

Amazing service
Both of my parents needed updated phones (still had flip phones from I dont even know when) and a new plan. They are older and were a little anxious about the new technology. Cornelius waited on us. He was patient, friendly, and explained everything clearly. His calm and upbeat manner really set my parents at ease. Now they both have new smart phones and a much better plan from T-Mobile. I really appreciate the customer service given to us by Cornelius. The store was clean and well organized. But the reason that Im going to come back to T-Mobile and that particular location is because of the wonderful customer service provided by Cornelius. You have a great team member there T-Mobile. Please let him know. Its employees like him that make a business successful.
The customer service was really terrible. I had an issue opening a line and getting a new phone the night before. I had to come in the next day with my social security card.. I walk in, 2 workers are helping other customers. Fine, wait your turn, thatβs fair. Maybe 30 min later, theyβre ready to help me.. ok, already a little irritated but, they arenβt rude workers. They definitely need more workers and computers.. I have more issues... Long story short, Iβm still in the store 2 hours later, my ID and social security card scanned twice. I havenβt paid or anything. I donβt know whether itβs this location, T-Mobile headquarters, or both. The thing that irritated me about the customer service here was that they did not keep me updated on the status of opening my line. I would have to get into their space to get some feedback and that was like pulling teeth.! Iβm very patient and understanding that issues arise, but decent social interaction tells you to keep a person up-to-date.! All the while, customers come in and out. Maybe itβs because Iβm black and everyone else is hispanic, so sad.

Miserable customer service. Incredibly rude staff. Took them 5 minutes to acknowledge I walked into the store, and after waiting 15+ minutes they couldnt help with my issue. I am glad I changed carriers so I never have to deal with these people again.

Horrible experience. This location has horrible customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I was in there todau simply to get a new phone. I already knew what phone I wanted. There was only 3 people wlrking there and when I walked in they were all assisting other customers. After being there for about 15 mins a lady walked in, looked at the phones, went straight to the guy and asked for assistance. Instead of the guy letting her know people are in front of her who also needs assistance, he told her he would be right with her. So Im waiting to see jf this guy is actually going to skip over 2 people to get to this one person. So he finishes one customer, hands the mam his paperwork then he takes a phone call. Im still waiting. Not only did he have to help the customer on the phone but he also had to call customer for that customer. Im still waiting. Once he finish with customer care he immediately takes the lady he told hell be right with her. I then go immediate to the associate with the sign in sheet and ask why he is taking someone who is not even on the sign in sheet. She asked him what hes doing and explained that the customer was not next in line. You would think they would have apolozied to the customer and informed her that its first come, first serve. NOOOOOOO! That didnt happen instead the guy days well I really have to go to the bathroom and I thought she had something simple. What kinda of customer service is that. It ok to skip customers if you can find one with an easy problem. The lady with the sign in sheet actually told him its ok. Why is it ok for him to skip customers? Why is it ok for him to waste my time? Why is it ok for him to violate proper protocol? I ended up leaving without being assisted because I could not wait any longer especially since I went from waiting behind one person to waiting behind 2 people. So basically the guy thought it was better to assist a customer with an app and fixing the app than making a sale (money for the store).
These young ladies served me very well. Highly recommend it!
Terrible experience. here. Phone was defective tried to return/exchange within tmobiles 14 day period to be told they cant because the manager wasnt there. So the 14 day period is only good when its convenient for them. Imagine if this had happened on the 14th day.So instead of letting me return/exchange my defective device the first time I showed up they denied me a service that tmobile is suppose to honor. So I wanted to make a formal complaint to tmobile and asked for their names. One was obvious because they were wearing a name tag but the other person working that I had interacted with did not and was not wearing a name tag and I asked for their name to also add to the complaint.They took offense to this and decided to call the police because I asked for their name. Needless to say I did end up returning my device another day but not before they wasted my time and called the police on me and wasted their time as well. I will never go back to their store again and I am debating on if I want to switch my service to another carrier instead.
The new manager Joe or something is nice and was really trying to help.But another lady that I initially made the purchase from was misleading and intentionally hid information only to make the sales (and probably make the bonuses).
