My machine is brand new and I felt like Brian would have told me if the problem was so serious that I needed to address it with the manufacturer. Bryan was on time and on point. His years of experience was evident from the start. Got the treadmill disassembled and relocated. Keep in mind he doesn’t do the moving. You’ll need to hire help for that portion. But he knew how to take apart, service, and reassemble. Got a cleaning and a tuning. Circuitboard was damaged and he helped us find a technician to service, repair, and return. Treadmill is running strong and successfully relocated two stores down into our new gym. Great company. Hire them without hesitation.

They sent Brian out to diagnose the problem with our Cybex Arc Trainer. He really knows his way around that beast and put in an order for the part. Ed sent out an email with the price for parts and repair. Brian was back out about a week later, and we are very happy with the process. He wore a mask, too, so its not a problem for staying safe.

Scheduling was easy and they were very accommodating of my schedule. Bryan showed up right on time with a mask and was friendly and fun to talk to. The treadmill bottom had sprung into an open position and I wasn t sure if it could be assembled but he took right care of it. He also gave me general advice and pointers about the treadmill.

My treadmill wasnt assembled correctly at the factory so my alignment was off as soon as I started using it. I tried to fix it myself but I wasnt doing right, so I hired FMT. Called Monday, service technician came first thing Tuesday. Diagnosed problem with 15 year old commercial grade True treadmill and ordered simple part for repair. In the interim the tech, Bryan, showed me how to safely keep operating the equipment while waiting for the new part. Love having a company nearby that shows up quickly and provides short term and long term solutions to keep good equipment running strong.

Ive used this company for two treadmills -- Bryan is incredibly knowledgeable and in addition to capably diagnosing and replacing a dead motor, has given me good advice on evaluating and managing electricity draw and some good ideas for setting up a treadmill desk. He also has a friendly and respectful demeanor. Communication with HQ has always been good, and prices fair even in comparison with local competitors. Will be a repeat customer (although hope I wont need them any time soon!).

Our True treadmill died after many years of service. When I called True, they referred me to Fitness Technicians.The tech arrived on time and diagnosed the problem, a bad circuit breaker. I was very impressed with the tech as the circuit breaker didn’t exhibit the normal indication of a failure.The replacement circuit breaker arrived and was installed. My treadmill is back up and running.The techs observed all the current social distancing rules and acted professionally at all times.I highly recommend this company.

I had plodded through the self-help YOUTUBE instructionals on the task of flipping the board, changing out a new belt for a torn one, removing stripped and frozen screws, and aligning and lubricating the expertly swapped walking belt. It is a sturdily built gym quality treadmill we rescued 9 years ago from a garage sale where it was still used for drying laundry. Our treadmill has been used religiously in its long tenure at our house. My wife reads on her laptop as she treads and I chuckle along with Colbert or Seth Myers while getting my jog on.
