For starters, the company was late and pushed our meet twice, but that wasn’t my issue. The technician that came by, the dispatch manager, was my issue. Unfortunately, he and I had an unfriendly yet unprofessional exchange in which I felt insulted my intelligence. Consequently, I’m displeased with the service. I was hesitant about giving him my card information on his personal cell phone and because he did not come equipped with his reader, that was my only option. In explaining my hesitation, he questioned how long I’ve been using a card implying I was ignorant to technology and how to utilize my credit card. In addition to that, he further questions my personal use of my card implying identity fraud could happen at a gas station as if I was ignorant to that as well. It is my opinion this individual wasn’t well equipped to handle the job without the knowledge or help from my spouse and I as he also indicated this with regard to his lack of training on the “new” technology the washer has. After the transaction was complete, I did not receive a detailed invoice explaining what I purchased, just a receipt showing it was paid. When I inquired about this, the technician mentioned that he wasn’t going to reach out to any married woman for an invoice - this late. Overall, this was a bad experience.
I was forwarded to this repair shop by the TV OEM customer service. I waited fir the spare part for 3 weeks. However they didnt show up at the time of appointment. I called them and Mr Ronald picked the phone and he said the part might (??) not be available anymore, even before checking it. They had already confirmed me that they received the part just 3 days ago and upon the arrival of spare part they gave me the appointment. When I went their address to escalate the issue to a manger or boss, there was another shop located and no such company called Epac located there. So address is fake, dont bother to go there. When I raised a complaint on the phone they simply chose not to give the service to me and that I can cancel it with LG. They are far from a professional approach and customer oriented service. Try to avoid Epac if possible.
I am very disappointed in the customer service. The technician says that he will be out at a certain time but hasnt made it on time yet. There is always an excuse that the part didnt come in, the part came in broken, the part was sent to the wrong place...I would not do business with them again.
It will be a practice of patience waiting on the repair to be completed but now that it is completed I am completely satisfied with the results. My OLED tv had a 2 inch wide line going from top to bottom after less than 60 days of ownership. It is now working as it should be.
What a joke. My TV warranty department tried to use this company to repair a burn in on my tv. Things were fine at first as the guy from epac called to schedule an appointment and left a voicemail saying he would be in touch in 7-10 days when the part arrived. 2 weeks later I reach out multiple times and get no response. And the voicemail is full. They finally cancel the appointment with LG so now I have to wait for a new company to be assigned the case. What a joke of a “company”. I wouldn’t let these people close to anything in your home.
If I could rate this a zero I would. The customer service for this company is deplorable. The dispatcher Mr. Ronald told me himself they dont provide white glove service and I needed to find another company if I wanted good customer service. They never followed thru on anything they said they would do except order the part which took 2 weeks. And then no one still contacted us to let us know or schedule an appointment to repair our appliance. We had to keep calling back to find out what was the next step in the process. Mr. Ronald stated They dont work on the customers timeline. Mr. Ronald even admitted they dropped the ball at following up with us but still was very dogmatic and disrespectful when I tried to set up an appt. for the repair. Do yourselves a favor and choose a different repair company!! It will save you lot of time and headache. You will receive better service elsewhere.UPDATE to THE response from EPAC: Im not sure what recording you listened to but your statement is FALSE. You never came to the house to repair the product. Mr Ronald refused to set up a date for a technician to come to the house and make the repairs unless I gave him the approval code first that LG provided us. I would not give him the approval code because he had not kept his word thus far!..CONSUMERS PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY MAKE FALSE ACCUSATIONS AND HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
Very efficient and knowledgeable. He was on time and shared Valuable information that help me make the best decision on my challenging situation. I would definitely use his services again for any home or electronic needs or services. Thanks for job well done
Terrible company! I called them to fix my screen on my TV. They picked up my tv on 1/18/20. They told me the process would take about two weeks. After the two weeks I checked on my TV to find out the part didn’t come in. So I was told that it would take longer and that I am on the waiting list for the part. Another week went by and I checked on the TV and if the part came in but they told me it did but was the wrong screen and that my TV picture was dark. I asked what we would have to do they said order another part to fix the picture and that took another week or so. I finally got tired of waiting and a month later after dealing with no communication, having to continue to reach out to them I called asking for the status since it was too long. They told me they couldn’t reach Sony (my TV brand) and that they would only wait for so much longer. After having my TV for over a month and a half they finally told my the couldn’t do the repair and would return my TV back and they money. Today is 3/8/20 and I just got my TV back in the same condition it was in when I gave it to them. When it was time to give me the money I only got back half of the money that I put down for the deposit for the repair. I was never communicated that I wouldn’t get back the full amount. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I feel like they are a scam, even the address they have online doesn’t take you to them (only mobile company). They write on their own reviews (Ronald Pace works for the company and is writing about his own review). Stay away from EPAC!!!
I had a very good experience with Epac TV and Appliance. I explained to the technician the issue I was having with my 60 tv and he came the following day. He explained what was wrong with the tv in detail, what was needed to fix it and how much it would cost. Very nice and informative guy. I would highly recommend Epac for your tv and appliance repairs.
Refrigerator broke and I was able to get a repairman out same day. Quick, friendly, and responsive.
Great quality service came out fix my TV with no problems will use him again
The guy who answered the phone was very helpful, and he told me how to check a couple of things on my own to make sure that I didnt end up paying for a service call for something they couldnt fix--wonderful!!!
EPAC Company did a great job fixing my washer /dryer . I’m glad that I contact Mr. RONALD and he is absolutely accurate to response, very knowledgeable for what he does and I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much !
This experience was horrible. Do not use this company they are a scam. The location is a place that doesn’t exist.
Not a good experience. Bait and switch on repair estimate. Details posted to BBB and provided negative feedback directly to LG.
Great service in a timely manner i will use this company again
Didn’t want to help me because I am under warranty and they didn’t want to reach out to LG to receive their money.Avoid these people at all costs
They were AMAZING, they couldnt fix my TV because the parts that needed to be replaced had been discontinued. But they came to my apartment, then took it to the shop, then brought it back without any charge. Very professional and committed, 100%.
These guys are a total scam. Ive never written a review in my life. Run from this business.
Fast, friendly, professional service. So happy to be back watching football on my big tv.
I have been a customer since 2008. The technicians are always professional and polite. I have been thoroughly satisfied with the service Ive received.
STAY AWAY from this guy; or better yet take a hammer to your equiptment. It will work better then if you let this guy touch it.
Had brought a 65 in HDTV from h h Gregg with the surround sound system guy at d store said that they would hook d surround sound system up, but when they delivered it they only hooked d TV up and said they didnt hook up the surround sound .So I called up E pac and he came out to McDonough I didnt have the right wires so he when with me to get the wires that I need an hooked me up.
They have moved or closed down. Jersey Mikes subs now occupies the space
