Went To This Amazing Store To Deck Out Out Baseball Themed AirBnb! Had Everything We Had Been Looking For! The staff was pretty friendly and the merchandise wasn’t stocked all the way( due to back orders) but you wouldn’t even notice since they have placed the products so perfectly and neat! I tell you it definitely got me excited for a game and I’ve never been a sports girl whatsoever. This is the store to gear up and show your team some love!

More expensive than online stores like Fanatics and MLBshop.com but this store offers tons of Braves collection. If you are a Braves fan, you have to visit!

If you are at a game then you have to visit the Clubhouse store to get your gear. Theres a wide variety of items and its a nice experience.If, however, you are trying to order an item online or over the phone, you might as well hop in the car and drive down there yourself. So first say you want an item that they have advertised they have available in the Clubhouse and you live out of state. Well, you would simply call in to speak to someone to place an order. Once you call the Clubhouse it tells you the hours on weekdays, weekends, and game days, which is very helpful. Because if you call during the game day, but not during the hours, there wont be anyone to help you.But the joke is on you! Even though they advertise hours on their automated system for game day hours theres STILL no one to answer your call. Thats right, even though they have people staffed during those hours, and the gates arent even open for the game, theres no one available to answer your call. The ONLY reason I found out they dont have anyone available to answer phone calls during game days (which is absurd in the first place, especially if the gates arent open, I could understand it more if the gates were opened but I called four hours before the gates opened) is because I replied to the item I wanted on social media and their team replied that during game days they dont have anyone available to answer the calls. Which again, is totally false according to their automated answering machine when you call.So the people on social media recommend to fill out an order form on their page. So you do that. They say theyll have someone reach out to you for your order or information. Its been three business days since that happened. No one has attempted to reach out to me.And for the last straw, one of my brothers went to a game during all of this happening and looked for the item I wanted and they didnt even have the item I was looking for - or they ran out of stock. Not sure if it is going to be back in stock or when. And I cant go every single day to find out.Highly disappointing experience. Easily one of the least professional experiences Ive ever had. Basically, if you want something, or need something done, with the Braves organization - DO IT YOURSELF. Theyll make sure you do all of the effort. So dont expect them to be helpful or assist you at all - they wont.

Nestled in the middle of Truist park also known as the Battery, this along with many other great stores and boutiques along this super modern area are awesome places to bring friends and family for a day of shopping and baseball fun.

I bought a shirt online and had it embroidered. The shirt size was a little smaller than usual, luckily it had a snag on it and they replaced it with a larger size. Im sure that they were not happy with this but the tailor mustve seen the snag and decided to go forward with it. For $165 dollars and a birthday present I wanted it to be perfect.

The prices actually werent completely outrageous. Huge selection of hats, as my girlfriend repeatedly insisted on buying me one, and myriad choices of shirts and hoodies.

Great options for everyone, but really impressed with the adult-like quality in the kids section. Lots of options for my 6 year old and customer service was typical southern-charming. Besides some regular priced items, I also picked up stuff from their annual sidewalk sale/clearance event (Nov1-4, 2018).

Wow, what an assortment of colors, styles, sizes and selections of New and Retro jerseys, hats, shirts, jackets, foam tomahawks, souvenirs, autographed merchandise .... you want it .... they have it! Columbia, Tommy Bahama, Nike, Under Armour .... everybody! They have a kids and a Womens area and I bet they had over 200 styles & colors of hats on one wall alone and most were $25!Overall, a Lot of very high quality merchandise to choose from that wasnt stupidly priced!!

A bit expensive

Very expensive. Who wants to pay $100.00 -$200 for a simple Braves polo shirt. Its to the point that a family cant afford to take their child to see a ballgame.

Great shopping in a low key situation. No game! Small crowd! Chance to chat with some employees. And even saw the field manager shopping!!

Seems kinda small inside. Too many staff members which kinda get in the way. The prices are higher than what you would pay at a regular outlet store. I guess its convenient to buy Braves gear while there to see them play.
