I will update again once the install is complete.I was okay with GA Granite up until I realized that they had not offered me a choice they should have offered and then said they did. Im a normal consumer, purchasing countertops for my home- I dont know everything about granite. Everything felt a bit rushed, and I have NO memory of him asking if I wanted leather texture countertops or polished. I would have certainly chosen polished as thats what I was expecting and thats what I saw in the showroom. I received leather texture.I guess Im okay with it, but its still not what I really wanted. Buyer beware to make sure you know exactly what you are agreeing to and ask questions.on me.

Had an amazing experience. The quality of their product is undeniable, and the quality of customer service is just simply the cherry on top. Especial thanks to our salesperson Barbara who was very insightful, caring and willing to help with our questions and concerns along the way. Installation took place very quickly and we’re overall just very happy the results - our new kitchen looks incredible. Would totally recommend it!

This is our second experience with GA Granite and we couldnt be happier with both our kitchens!From the selection ease in their open warehouse, customer care, and professional and quick in house measuring and install, everyone we interacted with was excellent. Our countertops in our home with granite, and in our new home with quartz look fantastic and the installer took the time to level and make sure you couldnt feel the seems for a smooth finish.We highly recommend GA Granite for all stone work, good prices, and quick and professional care.

Buyer beware. I highly recommend you be part of the slab selection process. The slab installed in our home should never have been installed. After some arguing and back and forth resulting in me sending a very clear picture of the crack in the granite, the owner agreed to send out an installation crew. They were very good at their job, but could only do so much. One team member did mention replacing one piece, but this would have resulted in the rest of the kitchen being from a totally different slab, which was not ideal. We opted to just accept our situation and just share our experience. I honestly believe we did not even get the color we selected. The service after the install was very disappointing to say the least. The process before the install was great. It’s what we have to live with that is driving my rating.

The salesperson and company are outstanding and provided the perfect recommendations and options. Installation went extremely smoothly. Barbara in particular was so accommodating, knowledgeable, and a genuine pleasure to work with. She and the company will be my go-to for all my granite needs.

This company made the whole process a breeze, their turn around is great and I love my new kitchen! I am now going back to do my bathrooms. Would definitely recommend

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Their team showed up and drilled holes into the tops without verifying what faucets we were using. They ASSUMED we were using the old faucets. Our team was on site and they didnt have the common sense to ask how they should cut the holes. When I called to see what could be done to fix this, and I was pretty much told they wouldnt do anything. Wouldnt recommend these people to my worst enemy.

Amazing experience I had with this company. The owner was very involved in the whole process. The sales agent, Barbara was very polite and informative. The install crew was very professional and great skill set they all carry to install the granite contertops. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for custom granite projects.

Do Not Use These People. Highly unprofessional. Granite was cut wrong and they did nothing about it to fix it.

Im completely pleased with these guys! Very responsive service, great price, friendly, and my new countertops were carefully and beautifully installed. They answered all my questions (since this was my first time doing a project like this), ordered a custom material at my request, and double checked everything to make sure it was perfect during installation.

Good service, surprised and happy. The place isnt show room stunning, or make you feel good awesome, but the work, price and completed job will make you smile for years. We did a $70,000 kitchen and these guys black stone counters sealed the deal. Very pleased.

Horrible company with one problem after another. I ordered my countertops 2 months ago for the whole house. I’m not even getting into that story, or why a 21 day turn around time became 60+ days. But alas, finally, today was installation day. They arrived and started work, after ripping out all the countertops in the house, and trying to install the bathroom countertops, they realized that two bathroom countertops would not work with the sinks I purchased. So now I’m left like this, with no countertops. No sink. No faucet. I ordered my countertops 2 months ago! For two months I have waited for the countertops to arrive in The US and be cut for my house. They had the sinks in their warehouse the whole time, the template was drawn two months ago as well. So please tell me why they figured out the sinks and faucet won’t fit AFTER ripping out the old countertops and placing the new ill fitting countertops in? That should have been addressed the day the template guy came out to measure and take the sinks. So rather than getting my countertops installed, both sinks and countertops went back to the warehouse and I am left like this, without two working bathrooms for an unforeseen amount of time, waiting, still waiting. Unacceptable. This whole project has been a disaster. And the manager on the phone told me today, “This is normal.” No, this is the 4th house I have renovated from top to bottom in 5 years, and I assure you, this is NOT normal.
