If I could give no stars I would. Please be leery of doing business with these people. I was victim of a bank account theft and my debt to this company was lost in the mix and went unchecked for a few months. When I made contact with them, letting them know I had full intention of making things right and paying, I was scoffed at because what I could afford in an attempted to get my account on track wasnt enough to make a difference --> what their rep told me.....and rather than working with me on a payment plan in an effort to help, their solution was sending me to debt lawyer. The only solace I have in that is knowing that the lawyers will now be getting 70% of my payments and these jerks will only get 30%.

I submitted a payment (verified) to pay off the remaining balance a week before due date. Then my payment were declined - days after due date, and got an email and phone call asking me to reply about this situation. This end up showing I have some balance left over on my account, which was posted to the credit score AFTER it could not get the money out of the account. I submitted the payment again but I dont know if that will go through. I thought they were suspicious at first, and now I can confirm these guys do not stay up to date and do not reply to you after an email. Stay away from this place if you dont want your credit screwed up.

Complete scam. Company has no legal right to do business in GA or any other state as they were dissolved by the NV and GA Secretary of State. Avoid like the plague. If they try to collect debt, report them to the CFPB and in court for their lack of legal ability to file anything. Criminal fraud.

POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WROTE LETTER AFTER LETTER, CALL AFTER CALL IN REGARDS TO MY ACCOUNT. PEOPLE ARE RUDE!
