HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.KEPT ME WAITING IN MY CAR FROM 8PM TO 8.45PM..WHEN I WENT INSIDE TO CHECK I SEE ALL EMPLOYEES HAVE LEFT FOR THE DAY WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. WOULD NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN IN MY LIFE. VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.

I have ordered groceries from Walmart more than one time and a couple of times I have had really bad experiences and let it slide but that’s time really did it for me! I ordered groceries and paid the extra $10.00 for express delivery in two hours or less, three hours later I’m still waiting on my groceries so on the fourth hour I contacted the Walmart groceries delivery department and all they said was that there driver’s were busy with other customers!!! Is that something to tell a customer who’s groceries is four hours late?! They didn’t even offer a refund for the express delivery for me!! They intact didn’t offer anything for my inconvenience!! I had to request a refund and then they tell me that my money will be refunded in three business days????? I paid the money upfront why can’t they refund me upfront??? I have had it with Walmart and won’t be shopping with them again!!! I’ll pay more before I shop at Walmart again! I don’t normally leave reviews but this one is definitely called for!! Beware of Walmart!!!!

They are the worst. They left out multiple items and stated that they would deliver them, they never showed back up. This has happened twice. I will not be using them again.

They forgot my eggs. And they have been giving me messed up stuff lately. Like grocery products that are suppose to be vacuum sealed will be punctured or leaky. Jacked up fruit. Once they even had the wrong product in the box of turkey patties. I like the convenience but at the end of the day its just not worth it if I have to return products that they messed up.

I loved the convenience of having groceries delivered to me but not video recording me without my permission. I felt very uncomfortable. I look up & see me in the delivery driver’s phone. 😩

A very efficient and safe way to shop. Consistently friendly and attentive staff.
