Charles was very helpful. I found two shoes that were on sale for my daughters in less than 15 minutes. Never had such great customer service until now!!! I am a happy customer that will be back. Quiana was also a pleasure to speak with and assured me that failing to provide customer service from their employees will result in a write up. The young lady that worked with me was great at assisting to make my order during my visit. I wish that attendants around would have all found the motivation to assist when needed for I saw a lot of people watching before I stated what I was there for and took action to not waste time waiting for them.

The young man here is doing the best he can. He has great customer service however its 5:30 on a Saturday and there is noone else here to assist customers. Not acceptable. I did find what i was looking for at a good price.
