Quiet and quaint in the middle of a hustle and a bustle. Lovely product selection.

I purchased an item that was missing a part. The original price was $29 and was on the sale rack for $24.98. It was not marked defective. Something like that should be brought to the customers attention before purchasing. That is very disappointing because we love the products here. We have spent about $275 in the last 30 days and base future purchases off of customer service as much as products. Therefore, we wont be back.

Today we were walking around the market taking in all the shops and restaurants for the first time. After grabbing a drink at a vendor just outside this store, we walked in. I was really excited because we don’t have this company at home and I look for them in the Atlanta area. No more than 20 feet inside the door, my husband pulled his mask down to take a quick sip of the drink in his hand (a minimum of 10 feet away from any other humans besides myself). A blonde lady working the register yelled at him over multiple customers in line very loudly to “pull his mask up, no exceptions” and everyone turned to look. It was incredibly embarrassing and belittling. We understand everyone is doing their best and trying to navigate tricky times, but yelling at a customer, especially when there was ZERO signage on the entrance, when it comes to drinks, was a little unnecessary. We promptly turned and left the store. Though we’ve had amazing customer service at other locations of this company, I would never be apt to walk in this one again when we revisit this area.

I always visit the store when I go to ponce city market. The store carries items which are unique and make great gifts.Rodney was very helpful and welcoming.

I had the most wonderful experience today. There is a piece of art at Sugarboo at Ponce Ive been eyeing for over a year. Ive been going back and forth and finally went in and decided I wanted to get it for myself as my first big adult art purchase. - its awesome its called legends I think - check it out. Carly helped me, and she went above and beyond to make sure my experience was seamless. I truly felt like getting me what I wanted was her number one priority. She was so warm and I could tell she wanted to give every customer the best experience. I went into countless stores at Ponce where I wasnt even greeted or ever spoken to - it makes such a difference when you feel cared about as a customer.Not to mention I love all their stuff!! They will forever be my go to for gifts from now on.

This place is awesome!! Their customer service is top notch. I purchased a 365 jar yesterday at the Ponce location and unfortunately very shortly after the bottom of my bag gave out / ripped and the entire jar shattered to pieces on the floor. I called and Alyssa immediately took my name and number and told me to come back tomorrow (since they were already closed) and she would assist me with replacing the item. She even followed up with me the next day via phone! I could not get to the Ponce location in time before leaving for the holidays and ran over to the Battery. Alyssa and the girl working at the battery got on the phone and worked it out and I was able to get the replacement. Seriously the most pleasant and easy experience in spite of the circumstance. I will definitely be giving them my business in the future :)

Enjoyed this store and the various unique items. One particular staff member (Rodney) provided really great customer service. He was very attentive and made me and my mothers shopping experience a pleasant one!

This place is amazing! You could spend so much time in here looking at adorable whimsical things. Minus a star because when we were there, the staff wasnt very friendly. Barely acknowledged us and said like two words total at checkout.

Really cute store, especially if youre after gifts. I got a lovely planter and keyring that I hadnt seen anywhere else. staff are friendly and helpful.

My wife and I visited Ponce City Market yesterday and we were dropped off right beside Sugarboo so we decided to go in. It was a great decision. Beautiful selection of home decor and we were greeted by Robert, who provided phenomenal customer service!!
