Unparalleled knowledge and excellence! Ive outfitted two homes in Atlanta and would not think of using anyone else for my A/V / Home Automation work. Cooper Etheridge provided guidance and consultation on both of my projects and is excellent. His command of the industry developments and advances meant I always knew I was getting the most current insights and recommendations. The install team, regardless of who shows up, is great. This company was extremely helpful when their competitors were not. They answered all of my questions, reviewed technical information with me and ensured that I got the best bang for my buck. They were very patient with me and very thorough in reviewing my room dimensions, seating configuration and level of lighting. I probably spent about 30 minutes in a chat with one of their sales people and received a much higher level of service than I did with some of their competitors. They made me feel appreciated as a customer and comfortable spending $25,000+ on my home theater setup. I have nothing but praise for this company and would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

I am first time customer of GHT and found them to be outstanding. The design/sales person I worked with, Cooper Etheridge, was terrific. He was responsive, patient in explaining things, looked for various solutions that worked within my budget and visited my home to inspect the space before finalizing the equipment that would work best. The installers, Jason and Tim, were also outstanding. The were prompt and clean, took the time to explain everything and ensured my system was working perfectly and harmoniously. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a home theater.

We initially engage GHT to do our family room television after we completely redesigned our fireplace to a more modern mantle less look. The completely hid all wires for cable and surround sound. The work was professionally done, they arrived on time every day during the process and we eventually upgraded to the Control4 system to allow us to expand to a smart home when we were ready. We loved what they did in the family room that we contacted them again about a month later to completely do smart home throughout. I was against so much automation and integration because of fear of privacy but after doing some additional research and talking to Philippe we were completely convinced. He answered all of our questions, and addressed all concerns. They gave us complete access to our home through integration of all televisions including WiFi, lights, lamps, sonas speaker throughout the entire house. Our internet is fast and secure, including in the lower terrace/basement area which previously had a weak signal. Two of my personal favorite automation features are access to the garage and the programmed control settings for each of our family members. I can click on one button to control everything I want activated when I come in from work or when I’m leaving the house. No more running around from room to room trying to figure out what TVs or lights were left on. I can now access all this securely from my control4 system and app. GHT truly exceeded our expectations.

Want to get rid of all those remotes? Look no further than the experts at Georgia Home Theater. We had bits and pieces of an out-of-date system and Philipe R. came to the rescue. He was very patient and careful to understand our needs and expectations before recommending an update. I couldnt be more thrilled with our system. And, as if it couldnt get any better . . . the icing on the cake is the addition of our custom remote shades. Brilliant!!
