I got put on hold for more than 20minutes with a competitor, called up Anchor and got a $600 order processed quickly and efficiently while -still- on hold at the other place. Needless to say, Anchor got my business.

I bought a pressure washer wand extender (6 to 12) and the coupling would not fit my existing pressure washer. They re-worked the hose and connectors so I can easily switch between the new extended wand and the small one that came with my pressure washer. They did the whole thing in 10 minutes and it works great. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Love this place! They have all kind of adapters for fire hoses nozzles and weird bulkhead fittings that no one else has. Right around the corner from us. Thanks guys!
