Delivery service is always on time.

They missed the delivery date, but after being contacted the branch manager did deliver machine in his personal vehicle.

Everything went really well

Alex and his team took our order in the middle of Christmas week and filled it quickly and efficiently. His assistant, David, was most personable when he delivered and set up our order.

I have used another vendor in the past due to cost however, recently I have found that United Rentals has become very competitive. The customer service has also been great which is lagging with other vendors.
