Fabian and his crew installed 3 new Green Giant Arborvitaes today. The trees were 10-12 feet tall. The crew installed them exactly where I wanted them. They then covered the area in pine straw. Before leaving they cleaned up my entire back yard. I cant stop smiling. The work was done to perfection! I am so appreciative of their hard work. My account manager Anthony was on site as well. Anthony is a joy to work with. He is responsive, flexible and hard-working. I am so happy to have this team taking care of my yard!

Jeremy called before our appointment and was on time. He was friendly and professional. He assessed our situation and quickly referred us to his team leader as it was not going to be a quick-fix and was more complicated than expected - with no charge for the visit - as it was just a troubleshoot - which I appreciated, since we did end up fixing the system with Oasis.Brian (super helpful, friendly and professional) came promptly a few days later, did some digging and assessed that we didnt need a whole new irrigation system and it was repairable. He gave me a reasonable cost to fix and within a week, he came out and fixed the system.Super happy with the service we received. Will definitely be using them for our future irrigation needs.

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They have a base charge but that covered all they did other than parts and the price for those were very competitive and reasonable. Fixed much more than I had them come out for.

We had an appointment this morning with Carlos and Ricky from Oasis Landscapes & Irrigation. They adjusted our sprinkler system to maximize coverage and they added a new sprinkler head. As always, they were on time and friendly, and they completed the job quickly and for a very reasonable price. We have worked with Carlos for around 3 years now (and with Ricky too for a few months now) for irrigation repairs and adjustments, and we cant recommend Carlos and Ricky enough. Carlos recently recommended and installed a new controller that allows me to operate the system from anywhere with my phone rather than the dated control panel, and it works great. Carlos and Ricky also handle landscape lighting repairs and maintenance for Oasis, and weve taken advantage of that many times over the years as well, with the same great results! As an aside, we also use Oasis for landscape work, drainage solutions and routine lawn maintenance, and weve been very happy with those services as well!

Came to my home to walk through a project and said they would have an estimate for me within a week and never beard from them again. Would recommend them.

Carlos & Richy were fantastic. They trouble-shot a severe leak, replaced corroded valves and broken sprinkler heads, and replaced a malfunctioning controller. They were on time, communicated effectively, and provided a high quality outcome. I will likely save over $150 per month in wasted water consumption just by their successfully finding and fixing the leak. I will recommend Oasis just based on how well they represented themselves on behalf of the company.

Unfortunately, there isn’t anything positive we can say about Oasis at this time. In our experience, the business practices of Oasis have **so far** been completely unacceptable.This started back in March, when Hector from Oasis come out for an initial visit. We were all in agreement on the final project, pending some shrub selections. We received a quote in a few days and after a few clarifications, we agreed to move forward. This was early April. We then received an invoice for a down payment. Obviously, it’s never ideal to have to pay in advance for any service, but given that plant materials were involved, we were fine making the initial payment.It’s now May 12 at the time of this writing, and Oasis still has not shown up to perform any work, despite providing us with a start date that has since passed.We understand it’s a busy time for all, especially landscaping companies. But that doesn’t excuse not showing up, not responding, not providing updates, etc. Schedules didn’t affect their billing system or collections. Weather is no excuse either. There has been plenty of good weather over the last several weeks.I’ll adjust this review accordingly if the work for which we hired – and partially paid – Oasis is performed. But we’re close to the end of our rope here. Either way, I’ll provide a follow-up. Stay tuned.

Great landscaping company and crew 11 that did my backyard drainage project. Crew 11 (Hugo, Jose, and Rene) did an excellent job in installing the needed dry creek bed, pine straw, mulch, fill dirt, and ivy plant. Clean up was also excellent with all done in a timely matter.The only negative is that at times emails and telephone messages were not answered in a timely matter. Also, calling the customer when the crew was to be late did not occur. They need to work on these points.

My wife and I are mobility challenged due to serious health issues and are not able to bend over and turn on the irrigation water valve. We needed a damaged sprinkler line repaired in our front yard. Carlos was our service technician. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem instantly. He repaired the sprinkler line and checked all of the sprinkler heads to make sure they were working. He was friendly, professional and efficient. Very thorough evaluation of our existing irrigation system. They identified and fixed a leak that we had. We had a specific question about changing the configuration of our system and Erik gave us detailed information on what we could expect on a future project. It was our first experience with Oasis and were very pleased with the work that Erik and Juan did for us.

Jorge and his crew came and did an exceptional job on our yard this morning. We had a handful of companies bail on us in the past, and they we above and beyond what was expected. They cut our jungle of a yard, edged every border of grass, trimmed some of our trees, collected debris from every path, and even sprayed down our cars that got some debris on it. Couldnt recommend Oasis Landscaping more. Looking forward to having them maintain our yard for years to come.

I wish I could give zero stars. I had an appointment on Aug 5 of 2020 with Steve Adams from Oasis. I took the time from my work schedule to walk the front yard with him, listing everything I wanted to do. He took measurements. I wanted some trees removed. The rest included a retaining wall, new pathway, lots of new plants, water irrigation system, new lighting, and finally new sod. Steve assured me he would get a quote to me by August 14th.After the 14th passed and no word from Steve, I called Oasis. The woman who answers the phone is extremely pleasant and nice. She sent me to Steves voice mail. I left a message. I heard nothing. I called a few weeks later and left another message.Steve finally called back. Steve explained that he had been on vacation. He then said he would not be getting me a quote for tree removal until I commit to it. He said that the tree service they used often get calls for just quotes and then no return business from it. None the less, he would get the me quote for the rest of the work by the next day.That was in August. It is now December. I have heard nothing from Steve Adams or Oasis.Guess they dont need any new business.

Called and set up an appointment to get a quote for an irrigation system, after no one showed up for over an hour I called and my appointment was supposedly lost in there system. Rescheduled another appointment, Ross came out and we discussed what I was looking for. Ross said I should hear back in a few days after the memorial day weekend with with a quote. I followed up by email and sent Ross some details that I said I would. No word from Ross or anyone else at Oasis for a week. Followed up a couple more times, and no reply.

This crew (Rene, Hugo, and Jovany) did a fantastic job of installing a dry creek bed and water retaining wall with a french drain on my property. They were meticulous with their attention to detail and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. They remained on the job until the work was done. The price was fair for the work done. I would definitely highly recommend Oasis for any landscaping needs.

Wow! I was thoroughly impressed with the drainage project that Oasis did for me. Steve Adams worked with me on design, Tricia kept me posted as to schedule, etc. and Rene and his Field Crew (Crew 11...Hugo Enrique & Sabino) did a fantastic job. Very punctual, worked steadily, took great care not to damage my lawn, did a lot of hand digging under existing irrigation pipes and gave me an end result that was exactly what I wanted. Hired Oasis to troubleshoot and fix a leak in my irrigation system. They sent Erik and Juan, who knew exactly what they were doing. They found and fixed the leak, and also fixed a couple of other minor complaints with my system. They were efficient, courteous, and even took the time to advise me on winter shutdown procedures. Great job by these guys, and a good experience all around. Will definitely contact them again in event of further difficulty.

First the pros: good ideas, works towards figuring out options and variations. we had a yard project at our home and i spent lot of time following up about when the project will start, the details around it. Once the project starts we had to maintain all details on where things are and keep following up more. Different people come on different days and start with no coordination between them. it was frustrating. in the end they give a small discount for all the missteps but i would have preferred to pay in full and get a diligent and pain free project. it was disappointing that once the project is finished there was no quality check from anyone senior in the company, no courtesy call to check how it went, and we are left with a product that is not upto the quality (many areas of our lawn were not leveled and we did not get the flat nice look that we wanted. Overall disappointing outcome.

We engaged Oasis last year for our HOA community and have been very satisfied with the results obtained from their weekly maintenance and attention to detail. Sam and the crew are always pleasant and cooperative and continue to improve our community.

Amazing Work! We had our neighborhood common area turned into a park and they did an absolutely amazing job! Rod, Fabian and Alberto are the best! The job was gigantic with all of the neighborhood watching and saying what a great job they did. We were all very pleased with the work and would hire them again in a second for more work.

Eric was amazing and so helpful! He completed work on our irrigation system so we could adequately and efficiently care for our current and future plants. He was patient and guided us through all his steps and even showed us how to program our irrigation system. He was such a pleasure to work with and if we need more work done we will ask for him.
