Absolutely great selection of items at more than reasonable prices. The staff is helpful and kind and everything is fresh. The store recently moved upstairs but its still just as organized as its previous location.

I bought a lot of things with dango at the store today, and there was mold in Dango. And they doesn’t give us receipt too.

Cute store full of a good variety of Asian foods. It’s a little crowded and prices are higher than the Asian supermarket but it’s convenient.

Love the new, expanded, permanent neighborhood gem of an Asian market space below Wagaya, offering midtown Atlantans and the Georgia Tech community an easier way to access a fantastic selection of Japanese, Korean, Chinese and other Asian snacks, candies, noodles, sauces, and other grocery items that you’d previously need to drive up to Buford Highway/ Doraville / Duluth / Chamblee for. This is in addition to the amazing selection of sake and craft beers. Some of my favs are kasugai gummies, entire shelf of rice porridge flavors from Bonjuk, which I’d not seen at any other markets around town, ddukboki, duru duru dumplings, Yeo’s lychee and Hey-Song guava juice drinks, chestnut IPA, hitachino yuzu lager, bamboo shoots in chili oil, sashimi grade tuna and salmon, and bread from White Wind Mill bakery. Convenient stop when picking up takeout from Wagaya (or sister restaurant Chirori next door). To find the market, head down the stairs between Chirori and Wagaya, and the market will be directly below Wagaya on your right hand side. There is free parking on this lower level as well.

Its convenient! Within walking distance of gatech to satisfy Asian cravings without having to go all the way to hmart. They have a small selection but its a little bit of everything. You can get anything from packaged ramen to fresh vegetables here, and they have a great sake collection as well. I can easily get all the ingredients for a few meals here, as well as some tasty authentic Japanese snacks.

Anyone that has seen my review of Wagaya - Westside is well aware of my adoration for this restaurant and now I have discovered they have a little grocery store downstairs! This tiny store has so much packed into it and proved that big things come in small packages. You can find items at amazing prices that I have not been able to find anywhere else such as Wednesday Cat beer. You can also get items that Wagaya makes such as their Onigiri to snack on later - and theyre just as good quality as upstairs.

Awesome Japanese and Korean import grocery store below the restaurant of the same name. I felt at home having lived overseas for a few years. Not only do they have imported foods and drinks, but also freshly made and packaged Japanese food to go. Worth checking out!

Great little place that has not just Japanese items but some other Asian goods that’s not found in the area. This place provides a quick and easy place to grab your needed Asian items and don’t have to drive too far to find an actual Asian grocery store. We come here specifically to find Japanese items like quality miso paste and other hard to find items in the large Asian stores that tend to be more geared towards Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese items. Definitely coming back to try more of the sweets/treats. Don’t forget to hit up the fresh baked pastries and very tasty onigiris.

I’m visiting family in ATL and was having trouble finding harissa doe my dinner recipe. I sadly did not find it here, but what I did find is a precious boutique Asian grocery. From what I could tell on Google Maps, there doesn’t seem to be a comprehensive Asian market toward the center of Atlanta (I guess real estate for that size would be expensive), but this place was a great stand-in and is very glamorous feeling. Due to its size, it looks like they only have maybe one brand or variety of each item, but the depth of what they had available was great — from candy, to gluten free soy sauce, to beers and wines, to sushi grade fish. If I lived in the area, I would definitely frequent this place.

Cute Asian grocery store, in midtown! Currently inside chirori but basically next to wagaya bedside. A good mix of various Asian ingredients (Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese). Specific inventory depends on what they can get in. Try the onigiri and sandwiches at lunch time!

They recently moved into shared space with Chirori, but still had a great selection of a ton of novelty japanese items. I mostly looked at the sweets, but they had cooking ingredients, instant noodles, drinks (beer, tea, soda), etc. The staff was also super friendly.

It’s open now, I went aug 25th. Good small grocery store with essential Asian items, including Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean items. Has ready made ramen broths, freshly made warm Katsus, fresh onigiri, and small selection of Japanese pastries! Great that it’s in midtown and I don’t have to go down to Buford highway for Asian food items.

A really nice selection of mostly Japanese and Korean groceries. They also have a growing selection of fresh food coming from Wagaya upstairs, including very low priced onigiri and sandwiches! The staff were also very helpful and when asked spent some time recommending drinks that I might like.
