Kyle was excellent. They didnt have a show in my size but we ended up coming with another pair that even my husband was satisfied with. Will return soon.

My wife and I was in the store today and the ladies working there was not very friendly nor helpful to her. Im glad that my wife finally agreed with me and decided not to purchase the shoes and left. I do not believe in spending my hard earn money where I receive bad customer service.

I went into this store today excited for my husband to purchase me a pair of pumps for our anniversary after speaking with Kayle on the phone a couple days prior.... unfortunately he was not working today but the 2 young ladies working in the store was not very friendly well not to me.. I was in the store for about 30 minutes and notice how their customer service changed from being bad to being very friendly and helpful when whites entered the store ..I guess you have to look a certain way or be a certain color to get good customers service from them.. I feel as the 2 ladies are races to their on kind...My husband dint want me to get the shoes from the store bc of the unfair treatment but I was on the verge of proving that our money was good as everyone else but when he went to the car to get his wallet I decided he was right so I left and we went to Saks and their customers service was excellent #ishouldofwaitedonkayle.

Love this store! Weve been to the Atlanta store twice now and had a wonderful experience both times. Kyle is wonderful! Very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Hes helped us find the perfect pair every time :)

There’s no mask mandate in Georgia so I being told to wear one is already off putting. Fine I’ll wear it even though the workers didn’t have on mask. These items aren’t cheap and being told to go to another store to get a mask is ridiculous. If you’re going to enforce something for your own reason then provide a mask. Luckily theres a internet I’ll order them online. Buy a box of mask for your customers don’t send them to another store.

I always end up in here at least once a month due to the great customer and the different styles they have to offer!

After visiting this store multiple times and getting my wifes shoes and bag. We decided to go back together. I ended up buying a pair for me (CITYCROC see pics below). Monty got my size right the first time and was awesome to work with. He also helped my wife with the perfect purse. He was not pushy and let us make our own decisions. This guy was AWESOME !!! He will be my go-to-guy every time I shop here from now on.....The store is awesome too..Good selection. Monty keep up the great customer service. The store associates are horrible here. They stay behind the desk and refuse to help or when they do they roll their eyes when getting any sizes. 2 women, and one male have helped me in the past, and they’ve all had attitudes.

It’s so unfortunate that the individuals who work at this high end establishment lack customer service and argues with their customers. I was in the establishment today and watch a worker argue with a customer because she was upset she had no assistance. I left because I was so disgusted with how they treated the customer. Very distasteful and will not be returning.

Kyle was very nice and attentive with helping my husband and I pick out an anniversary shoe. My husband was indecisive, and he did his best with helping him choose the perfect shoe. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!

I tried to shop in the store today was told I couldnt bring my dog into the store I replied that it was a service dog we are from Florida so I had him in a warmer. The door guy went to the checkout person and came back said we had to wait. When we walked away the doorman let 2 other people into the store and not one person had exited the store. So I went and bought 2 pairs of shoes from Jimmy Choo loved the staff at Jimmy Choo. Will never step foot into the other store again!

Sorry Ashley wasnt there. Female associate seemed annoyed when doing a fitting. When explained how tight they were she sais length is all that matters

Monty Willis is one of the best Sales associates i have delt with. I went in to look for something for my wife. He was very honest and upfront about what styles i should look at. His reccomendations are A1. He has a customer that will only shop with him for life.

Not the experience Ive had at other locations. the associates appeared to be Naive of their guest in the store. No one greeted me nor asked me if I needed any assistance at all. The associates dress code was very sloppy look like most just crawl straight from bed. What a disappointment at a luxury brand high in store ! 😕

Terrible customer service- makes me want to spend my money literally anywhere else. I was dead set on buying a pair of shoes when I walked in and I walked out empty handed because I was so turned off by the sales associates attitudes. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Jimmy Choo.

Horrible customer service. I was in the store ready to buy a pair but the sales associate was so bothered every time I asked him a question; it was a very unpleasant experience. Decided to go next door to Jimmy Choo and spend my money there instead.

Poor service. They lost a big sale because they made us feel not welcomed. And we are talking about a Louboutin store and not Walmart (nothing against Walmart). You pay a lot of money for those shoes. I’ve been in this store in Dubai and that was totally different experience! and we made trip from Knoxville to Atlanta to actually buy shoes from the store and have a full experience but ended up purchasing them online because of the service they provided to us. I felt pre-judged.

This was my first time visiting the store and I did not feel like it was the best experience. The guy that helped me was not very helpful. I saw another review on here about him being rude and unhelpful and I can definitely say I also experienced this as well. He did not offer to show me a selection or how he could help me or nothing. In fact, he acted as if I was bothering him. I left and did not buy anything because I will not spend my money somewhere that makes me feel unwanted, nope no thanks. Learn to treat EVERY customer with dignity who cares if its a high end store or not, you dont treat customers this way...POOR customer service and overall experience

Got my first pair of Louboutin’s as a birthday gift! The boutique is very nice and had a great presentation. Jordan was the staff member that greeted me and immediately asked if I needed assistance. She helped me with my selection (nude Iriza’s) and was very kind and knowledgeable. When you go, ask for Jordan!

Young snobbish adults (kids) working here who cast judgements on who is important enough to wait on. Tried shoes but not correct size. Salesgirl was supposed to call when in stock. That was 6 months ago. Bought online at Bergdoff Goodman 4 months ago. I guess she went to her next career move working team lead at McDonald’s.

Nice sales person. Security and doorman need mission in basic sales to customer relations 101. A part of shopping there ood the getelman as a professional extra treat opens the door for you. I guess our gym shoes and sweats made us appear to be non serious shoppers. Your loss our gain from no foot pain in this 2 hr shoes!

The store is great but there is this gay black dude that work there who is extremely offensive to me and my husband every time we go there. I love my gay community but there is no love from him. This man treats my husband and I like we don’t belong there. This has happen 3 times and every time, we leave there purchasing 2 or more shoes.It’s so bad am scared to ask for the shoe in my size. He will whisper insults to the other co-workers about me and we could clearly hear him. For such a great establishment, it’s rather unfortunate to have someone who discriminate customers because they don’t look like someone who can purchase an expense heels. Meanwhile in the same store are other customers being treated right.

Upon entering I was expecting my experience to be similar to other high end brands I purchased from ex. Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Goyard, and Fendi. I was sadly mistaken until Kyle came out the back to help with my gift. The five stars are for Kyle and Kyle’s service only. Friendly staff, very attentive. Last week was my first visit to the boutique to scope out the sale and purchase the New Simple. I was a little apprehensive because of the rude customer service in the shoe department at Neiman Marcus at Lenox when I went to try on CL shoes. I assumed the same for the boutique. That wasnt the case at all; I was greeted immediately by smiling faces and helped by Sunny. She was very patient and attentive. I didnt have to lift a finger to unpack my shoes, which I wouldve been happy to do. The store didnt have my size in the shoe I wanted so she had the boutique in Chicago ship me a pair. They arrived in 2 days but the quality wasnt to my satisfaction. I returned to the store a few days later, greeted again by smiling faces and was helped by Monty. He was super attentive and didnt seemed turned off by my complaint. The manager was so approachable and helpfu as well. He talked in detail about the design and craftsmanship of the shoe but also offered to ship me out a new pair. Monty walked me through my second purchase, again very patient and extremely helpful. I am so happy each of my purchases and extremely satisfied with the staff at the boutique. I wont buy a CL shoe from any other place but the Atlanta boutique. Stop in to meet the staff, you wont be disappointed. The best customer service I have had in a long time.
