Im so satisfied with costumer services and the quality of the shoes, my new favorite place to shop.

Great quality shoes and nice service. Not much selection for mens casual shoes though. Multiple colors of same style (soft 7 sneaker) Was hoping for more variety.

Today around 4 oclock I visited their place in Lenox mall. I am wanted to explain why I am disappointed in terms of customer service. I love Ecco shoes and I wanted to try a pair of shoes. The girl brought a different color because they did not have the size, which is okay. I requested the same color but another number because i also wanted to see the color. She went back. She returned with couple boxes, and started to help another customer even though I was there first. Then she told me that they do not have single use socks, while she was holding a pair of used socks. She offered me to wear that to try the shoes on!! How? Why should i do that? How can you reuse a sock that someone else wore? it is like wearing another persons underwear. Common sense please!

I like to shop here for shoes that while still casual are a bit more dressy than sneakers. The styles here are unique, and the sales staff are both knowlegable and helpful. Ecco shoes arent usually my daily drivers, but they are comfortable enough to be worn all week without even a hint of discomfort.

This store is small but carries enough models to fit most everyone. The sales people were very nice, informative without being pushy. Ive worn Ecco shoes for about 10 years this was the first time and I was not able to find a good fit for my odd pizza shaped feet. That means narrow heel and wide toes. Eccos are made extremely well and last a long time. Im disappointed right now.

Very poor customer service at the Lenox Square Atlanta Ecco shoe store.

I love Ecco shoes, but the staff I encountered there several weeks ago had no interest whatsoever in waiting on me. A few years ago I bought a pair of expensive boots there and found the salesman incredibly attentive and helpful. What changed? Feels like this attitude is pervasive at Lennox Square now.

Worst customer service ever, snippy attitude like theyre somebody when theyre actually not. Would recommend to tried the shoes in store and buy it online.
