Customer Service was inadequate. Product of merchandise is not worth the money. The company doesn’t back the quality of products! These are $300 slides that are separating & cracking after wearing them 4 times and they say it’s just wear & tare! Don’t waste your money!

I purchased a crossbody bag while vacationing in Tampa Florida, I decided it was literally too small for me after placing my personal items in bag, once I arrived back home in Atlanta, I tried returning the bag to the lenox location, mind you Im in their system as a customer because Ive purchased multiple bags, shoes, sunglasses etc, I was treated like a criminal, the girl stopped me at the front counter and examined the bag which was neatly packaged with receipt, I asked her was there something wrong and she took the bag to the back of store and left me standing, I felt disrespected and the so called manager brought bag back to me and said it was used because there was some dust inside, he escorted me out the door and said to return it to Tampa. How embarrassed and disappointed I felt and the corporate office will hear of this and trust and know this bag will be returned with a full refund when I get finished

The customer service at this location was poor at best. The woman at the counter was not welcoming at all.

This store is a new favorite of mine. I was not two familiar with the brand so I spent a few weeks checking them out. Each time I entered I was greeted immediately and the salesman took me to a section he thought I would enjoy. LEON was great! He was attentive and remembered our previous interaction. This made the experience 10 times better. I purchased two items at a great price. The quality and sizes were perfect. I am beyond pleased. When shopping for purses make an informed decision based on things that matter to you. A purse doesnt have to be $1000 for the quality to be superb. MCM is a great investment and this location is my favorite place to shop at. I drove 2.5 hours just to get the customer service experience at this location. Thanks LEON!!

Awesome store to find latest MCM fashion in bags, shoes, and sunglasses. Joe is always extremely helpful as are the other staff members. If you find yourself at Lennox Square stop in and look around, you should find something to accent your wardrobe.

This past Saturday August 17th I brought a backpack from the mcm store in Lenox Square for the first time and I must say the service in this store is incredible and workers are very friendly and are eager to help you find what you are looking for. This was my very first time buying something from a high end designer store in Lenox Square and they made my experince memorable. I will definitely come back to this store in the future and make another purchase whether its a backpack, wallet, belt and etc.

Whatever you do, do not waste your time purchasing one of these plastic MCM bags and if you do, definitely do not purchase it from this store. They do not stand by their product AT ALL and basically once you purchase from here, you are stuck with the defective plastic purse forever. Honestly you are better off purchasing a Michael Kors, Dooney & Bourke or Brahmin. My suggestion is that you splurge $500 more and just purchase a LV that will last forever. I have two LVs, 1 is 2 years old and the other is almost 15 years old and I have never had one problem with either. After carrying my $700 MCM bag for two days, it was defective. I tried to return it to the store for a new one and was told that since it had a small stain that I easily could have wiped out with a baby wipe, I could not exchange it and they would have to send it off for repairs. This was stupid to say the least. They could not sell the bag either way so why make me wait 3 weeks for a bag that, at this point, I do not want and regret purchasing anyway. I initially wanted this bag for weeks and finally received it as my Anniversary gift and now I love my old - out-dated Coach bag more (and I dont even think they sell Coach anymore). I have never been so disappointed in a purchase before. Initially they were going to exchange my defective bag for a new bag (I think I was given someones return anyway), then the curly head salesperson looked inside and saw the small stain from my eyeliner pencil and thats when it all went downhill. I no longer have the same love or admiration for this bag and will not feel comfortable carrying it. I will always feel as if its going to fall apart. Dont buy this plastic bag, buy real leather and real quality and most importantly, buy from a store whose staff will stand by their product- plastic, defective and all.

The manager is extremely rude, the manager came from the back and he didn’t even say hello I don’t know how a person like this can be the manager of this store, do not spend your money here the products are not worth it and they refuse to exchange its low quality garbage. Spend your money elsewhere
