Great company to work for. I am chief engineer at ny location. Working in atlanta for the week with corporate engineer team. Getting a new line started and great training with all involved.
Since day one this company at has been terrible. Let’s start with the salesman that “sold” me the service. He failed to tell me that I had agreed to several years of service with this company. I only learned that when I tried to cancel my service and they wanted to billMe thousands of dollars.Fast forward to April- COVID is in full swing and my business is shut down. I request the first of April to place my account on hold. At first they refused and I had to argue and argue to get them to finally put the account on hold. This happened on 4/7. I paid the account to a zero balance - minus the invoice dated 4/14. I have spoken to them time and time again and the refuse to remove the invoice. Now the are staying the the invoice is from the week before- the day we placed the account t on hold.This company has been difficult and rude since day one. Not to mention the the quality of the linens has done nothing but go downhill. They are wrinkled and often too short. When I complained about them being too Short they began giving me double size sheet instead of single.This company is terrible for their customer service as well as the linens. Keep looking for a better company.

This service used to be very good, but, now not so much. The top and bottoms of the sheets are very wrinkled, and the sheets are very short. They started to give us longer ones in a cream color, which were very nice, but, now theyre mixed in with the older shorter white sheets. Making the creamed color sheets appear dingy....

They dont even follow there own values they care only about there money and growth they say is associates first but everything is first and then is associates.
