I ordered a serre wand directly from the Nuru Guru website and all I have received was a receipt saying I ordered the product. I havent received an mail with the shipping information in it or tracking number. I have a phone number and address for the business, but no one answered the phone or returned my messages. I showed up at the address that was listed online and no one was there during operating hours. I have been ROBBED of my money and received no product. Nuru Guru does bad business.
