Only use as a LAST RESORT... the experiences described in these reviews are not anecdotal. Hitech is one of the only shops selling/servicing Chinese scooters ITP and they know it. Only buy from here if know how to work on it yourself or know someone who can. If you must go, prepare to be treated like garbage for wanting to pay for a service

Old lady got smart when inquiring about fixing my scooter. She acted annoyed like she didnt want business. Not a problem. I wont and suggest the rest of you all to stay away.

Good mechanic fixed my moped pronto. I think the price was kinda to steep for the new belt i needed but hey my moped is up and running again.

I dont like leaving bad reviews on people but Ive given this shop my business on a regular basis and the mechanics do a great job. They get my scooter up and going quick; The problem with this business is the Female owner, shes not very personable. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and I just decided to believe her behavior was because she was having a bad day. But on multiple occasions and phone calls she has been rude especially with the last phone call ended up with her hanging up on me. Thats not good business and thats not how you treat your customers!!!

Very horrible n rude service would seem racial e service tech is great guy...the owners r very thrude.. Drove 35miles to reach them after speaking to them n she turned me around at door without even hearing that we jus spoke....go elsewhere.. They do this bc they r one of two Chinese shops....try n e one else...70miles for no service inwhich she invited me to come....don b treated unfairly....n e n all KINGS N QUEENS...GO ELSEWHERE

This place is ridiculous!!! Everytime I take my 50cc scooter for repairs always have to bring back. And they try to charge me again for the same repairs. The owner doesnt have people customer service skills. Very arrogant. I highly suggest you take your scooter somewhere else

Very fast with fixing my problem. Lady in the front is nice and the mechanics are experienced and friendly. Right in my back yard very convenient and i called and they actully stayed open later than normal time til i came and fixed my problem.

Called literally just to ask if they had a wheel and tire in stock and the lady was super rude and hung up on me when she told me that she didn’t have the wheel and asked if she had the tire. Hard to find good shops these days and if your looking for one, this isn’t it keep looking

If I could rate a zero I would another example of a foreign business owner in a black neighborhood with a nasty attitude. The place was dark and dank and the presumed owner was rude and unfriendly, I would not recommend anyone to frequent this establishment.

Had a good experience there!!!!! They sold me a tire and put it on the rim for me. The guy in the front was hilarious, he was entertaining while I was waiting.

The owner of this store (SAM) needs to understand that people do not have to spend money with him. I say this because he talks to people like your doing him a favor. His service guys are hard workers who i am sure are underpaid.

The worst place ever! Terrible customer service. Refused to repair scooter owner screaming at customers and employees. Let my scooter sit for 4 days without giving a estimate after saying they would have it completed on the 4th day. Trash company. Never again. I wouldnt buy a skateboard from them. They have huge chains on the door like a prison.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Owner and his wife are very rude! They will sell you a scooter but when it needs maintenance done they show a whole different side of them. I brought my bike in for repair and was told it should be done in 3-4 days, ended up being over a month and when I call to Check on the status of my bike they give me attitude and the run around!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Terrible customer service from owner take your bike else where

I visited the store on the 22 and 23 of September. The sign was on open with a large chain around THE DOOR, no one in sight, when ask to be helped finally thought a metal door very unspoilt and after seeing part they act like your gonna rob them. When I asked for a receipt it was wrote on a piece of scrap paper. I rather wait 2weeks to buy online. That really gets to me when companies Move to YOUR neighborhood want your money but do not respect you.please move and GO TO CHUCH .

ZERO Customer service. Rude charged for a service I didn’t ask for. No updates on plan for repairs. On hold several times when called shop for updates. I would not recommend anyone to take their scooter there!!!
