I visited the Nimble Needle yesterday. I was like a child who had just entered a candy shop. I had to look at all the beautiful canvases and threads before deciding what I wanted. The owner was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions. Its definitely worth a two hour trip. I cant wait to return.

Great shop! Went there as a first timer and they were so friendly and helpful! They helped me pick an canvas and thread and get all situated. They also have beginners classes that teach you all kinds of fancy stitches! Will definitely be returning!

Excellent store for needlepoint threads, canvases and more. You can purchase unusual needlepoint items as well as take classes from beginner to advanced stitcher. The store has a bevy of professional finishers who are quite creative in turning completed needlepoint into beautiful home decorating items.

I love The Nimble Needle. They have a fantastic array of canvases, great threads, lots of inspiring samples and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have always felt welcome there.
