A few months ago, we were shopping for a new reception desk and some side chairs for our office. We were looking for a very nice reception desk for our showroom . Colin worked with us and showed us various options, both used and new. Colin was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We decided on a very large custom desk with 2 large pieces of tinted glass. As it turns out, both pieces of glass were broke before arriving to our office. Colin called me to advise what happened and explained that they would be replacing the glass. Ramon, one of the owners also contacted me to reinsure that the situation would be handled. They worked with the manufacture and had them remake the glass. The lead time was long, but, both Ramon and Colin called me each week to give me an update on the progress. The new glass arrived and was installed last week. Our reception area looks fantastic and I cannot thank Colin, Ramon and the Atlanta Office Liquidator team enough. Their service was top notch and we will buy all of our future office furnishings from them moving forward.
Seems like their inventory is kind of low. Right now prices are up to $200 higher for Herman Millers compared to a few months ago. The owner wants to maximize sales so not much wiggle room for haggling. The only big benefit compared to other options like Craigslist or OfferUp is that they will use Genuine parts to replace broken parts. It doesn’t hurt to call and ask about inventory but as of late July it’s slim pickings.
I purchased a used Herman Miller Aeron for almost half the price and Im satisfied with the purchase. I think AOL is a must visit if you are planning on buying any home-office furniture. I believe it was Colin who helped me and he was friendly and courteous. One thing to note is their return policy. They dont do returns and will only address repairs if the item was purchased in the last 1 week or 15 days.
Donnie and team have been great! They gave us loaner desks for 6 weeks until the ones we ordered arrived. The service and response time is amazing! Highly recommend!

I came in looking for a couple office chairs, gave Donny my price range and he showed us a half-dozen options. He explained all the adjustments on each and the differences between a few chairs. Checkout was easy. Prices were good.
Purchased an item from this business through another online marketplace. I purchased a used Aeron for around $600. Upon placing the order I requested a cancelation before the order was fulfilled and shipped (the cancellation request was sent within hours of purchase. What I got back was a We can cancel but only if we retain nearly 1/3 of the original purchase price. After reaching out to the marketplace for clarity on this policy, what I was told was that the fees explained to me were baseless and had my order entirely cancelled and refunded. Now I see that this business is no longer on the marketplace. Keep away from these shady practices.

I just left this place and was considering buying a herman miller which range from $ 400 to $600. I sat in a few of the chairs they had and there were issues with all of them. One chair had an arm that was loose, another chair had an arm that was suppose to be adjustable and wasnt, and on another chair the back rest tension wouldn’t adjust. In addition, they were all 8-12 years old and they only come with a 30 day warranty. I left without a chair because they refused to come down on the price. Its unreasonable to sell a chair that is 8-12 years old for $400 - $600 and only offer a 30 day warranty. You are better off waiting for the chair you want to go on sale.
These guys did a fantastic job. I have been in the industry for 30 years and seen it all. They were on time, detailed, and followed the plans exactly as they were laid out. Hector and his team are the BEST!
I have been working with Dana F. for about 4 years. We just recently open up a 53,000 SF trade school and he provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. I dont normally take the time to leave reviews but in this case, it is well worth my time based on the fact that they just SAVED my company THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! Not only did we save a lot of money but also, the customer service was incredible. We were treated like royalty while visiting their very impressive showrooms and had sales guys who seemed to genuinely care that we got what we were looking for at a great price. Incredible selection, highest quality furniture in excellent condition. Better brands than Office Depot etc, at a fraction of the cost. I cant imagine going anywhere else for office furniture, theres just no reason.

Ive been needing a new desk for a while and had heard a lot of great things about Atlanta Office Liquidators. I decided to take the trip down to their shop and boy was I impressed! They had every kind of desk imaginable. I needed a desk with enough room to hold a computer as well as a few other office supplies. I was helped by a kind gentleman who showed me numerous models and explained what was different about each one. I saw a particular desk that I had seen online, but this one was half the price! It was an attractive desk that came with a keyboard slide and a few other nice features. It had plenty of work space and even had drawers for storage. I bought the desk and have been very happy with it.

I have known Steve Hensley for 15 plus years, as he helped furnish offices for my brother and, later, myself, when I established my own law practice. Steve has given me great deals on new and used furniture, called me when the type of file cabinets I needed came in, and repaired anything that needed it (I bought used furniture, but he would make it look almost new).When I heard Steve moved on to Atlanta Office Liquidators, Inc., I contacted him about a desk. I sent a photo of a damaged desk that I was looking to replace. Then, I went to the site, and spoke with someone working there (Steve was on vacation but emailed me a couple times even when on vacation) who told me that they could, perhaps, repair the desk that I had. The desk now looks almost new after the furniture whiz came to my office to repair it at a very reasonable price.I would highly recommend Steve Hensley to address any of your furniture needs. If there is a problem after delivery, he will rectify it.
Went to the office furniture Atlanta Office Liquidators where they sell new and used pieces. Saw a used desk that I liked and the associate was completely rude to me.First, he though it’s ok talk to me Da and Net pretending he is answering and having conversations in Russian. Called me names and compared my name with other Russian names. Very annoying btw. I spoke English to him and there was no need to answer in language that he, obviously, didn’t know.Second, he was very rude and loud. He has lack of communication skills and very impatient.Third, he gives me prices based on my look ( what car I drove and my judging by purse I caired, and was not ashamed to mention it ) that seem overpriced for used desks. In particular, there was one desk that was sitting up side down. He told me that it was $400, and then when I asked to put it the right way he picked in the drower and saw the brand of this desk. When I finished looking around I came back to that desk and asked again about the price ( just to be sure ), and the price flew up $200 in 5 min. Then he tells me that with me driving the Mercedes and wearing Kate Spaid purse I can afford this desk ( now $ 200 higher ). I tried negotiate the price to a reasonable but he went more and more rude!!! All this time he was touching me here and there to “ watch my step “ type of deal which I can manage myself!!!! When I was talking to him he decided to leave leaving me in that wearhouse by myself, which I found very rude knowing that I didnt finish talking with him.I told him that he lies and changes the price on me based on my look etc. When I asked him why he acts like that he just left screaming loudly ... He became nasty and personal saying that watch these Russians. That I am typical Russian chick. He was loud and obnoxious, so everyone else were looking at me. So I left.So I left almost in tears. This was unfair attitude from his side and very unprofessional!!! I find these comments very disrespectful and discriminative against people of other nationalities and race.The place maybe had some interesting pieces of furniture, but this stuff member was very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working with customers. New customers BE AWARE of this kind of behavior!!!!

I would NOT recommend this establishment. Being a Facility Manager for almost a decade, I have utilized many furniture vendors. We purchased 4 fire-proof cabinets from AOLI sight unseen. I was assured the cabinets were in like-new condition and they had plenty to select from. I told them to bring me the 4 best. One didnt have any brackets and one was FULL of confidential bank loan documents which included all the pertinent information you dont want anyone to have access to. I phoned them immediately and alerted them to the situation and they assured me they would take care of. I have since called/e-mailed them no less than 6 times in 5 months and they still have not rectified either issue. ADDENDUM: After posting I received a call from the owner apologizing. He came out personally and met with me and rectified the issues.

Let me start by saying I have never written a review before in my life, but I felt this needed to be done.A friend highly recommended National Office Liquidators, so I went. The sales person was wonderful, very helpful. When asked the date needed, I said not for about another weekish, because they had to assemble one.. Before I left, I asked what lead time do you need for assembly? This lady, not the sales person, said one hour. Well, over the wkend, my delivery time frame changed. So, Monday morning at 9am, I called and the same lady answered the phone. I explained my delivery time was moved up and needed to pick up the desk today, Monday around 10ish. She said, we need more time to assemble the desk. Remember, she was the one that told me they only needed and hour. Well, this was about an hour and a half before I would be there. So, I inquired why, when you said Friday only an hour was needed. Her reply, we had a large order come in.This was one desk, 4ft long by 20 inches wide. One desk that size would have taken maybe 30 mins, and I am being generous, since they put these together all the time. So, the next day, Tuesday, I show up and the desk still is not assembled. I inquired how long it would take and the same lady said, about three hours.So, if you are in no hurry for your furniture, great price. But, do not dare change your lead time. Because, you will get a desk in a box that you have to assemble.

Jamaine helped me through 24 different email exchanges about all of the questions and concerns I had in several different furniture options.And to be honest, I am probably one of the smaller companies they have dealt with, but they treated me like I had a million dollar order.
