James, thank you for the excellent advice abs service! Now that I understand you all sell manufacturers refilled cartridges (for about 1/2 price) I’ll be seeing you for a loooong time!

I have been buying ink from here for a few months now. They always have my type of ink in stock and when I had a cartridge go bad, they replaced it no questions asked. Incredible customer service! 10/10 would recommend you buy your ink here.

Very knowledgeable staff.They always go above and beyond my expectations, with technical advice on the printer(s) and devices being used.Prompt delivery and responsiveness if you call for a drop off. Staff have offered to help troubleshoot my printer, to help clean and service my printer on site.I recommend them, without hesitation.

Refilled cartridges available for a lot less money than the original manufacturer cartridges. I had trouble getting the cartridges to work for my printer and visited this place a total of three times. Everyone who worked with me was very helpful in resolving my issues. I set aside my lunch hour today to visit the local CW near the office -- the one on Cobb Parkway in Marietta. I get there and see a sign they have moved. I go to that shopping center and see no CW signage. I call and am told the store is open bu the landlord hasnt changed the sign. Someone should have made sure that as soon as CW was paying rent their sign was up. Failing that you should have made some large temporary signs people looking for you can see. Staples, OfficeMax and Office Depot make it very easy to find their stores and they love getting business.

The staff in this store is terrific. It was a bit confusing when they moved, but they are in a much easier place to park, and its just around the corner! Wouldnt buy my toner/ink anywhere else!

Excellent Service. . We work at Impression Bridal Kennesaw Georgia, Our printer was acting up and they took their time to come over and fix our printer no charge. And they have great prices. Please use this company you will not be dissappointed. This location is in Kennesaw Georgia.
