Ali and Vedat spent a few hours with us flipping through dozens of rugs -- Turkish, Persian, Oriental, modern designers like Ralph Lauren - to find 5 beautiful ones to take home. The experience was fun and the conversation was enjoyable. We will be going back and referring friends.

Recently purchased a new couch sectional from lovesac for our den. We wanted to get a new rug for the den to complement the new couch. So to Atlanta we go. We visited a total of 3 stores for ideas and a rug. We got ideas from the 1st 2. We searched for rug showrooms on google and found Designer Rug Warehouse and decided to go look. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the owner. We told him we were looking for an 8x10 rug and showed a sample of the couch material. We looked at several rugs and decided on an abstract multicolored rug. The price was right and we have a new rug. Thanks for your help and advice

We had such a great experience with Ali and his staff. They were so helpful and took so much time to work with us. We took a certain rug home to try and werent happy with the size so we used their one day policy and brought it back, along with pictures of the space with the rug in it. Ali helped us find a better size rug that still meshed with the space and color scheme we were going for. He took so much time, working within our personal style and budget to help us select the correct one. Contrary to another review here which said he was belittling or condescending about rug selection--he just is an expert and also wants to make sure you get the quality and style you are going for. I could really tell he cared about his customers and their experience. I cant recommend Ali and his business enough. Thanks again!Also, the selection was far better than any Ive seen in Atlanta and had so many contemporary styles to choose from which I really appreciated as Im not a fan of the way traditional rugs look. My husband and I recently purchased a vintage oriental rug from Dilara at DRW and we had a fantastic experience! She spent hours with us over two visits to go through so many rugs (new, old, all very high quality) and let us test a few at home. We couldnt be happier with our experience. We followed all of the other positive reviews and were not disappointed. The people who helped us were very nice with no pressure. The store is grouped into different sections according to brand and budget. They import a lot of rugs themselves, and these were all of very nice quality and more attractively priced than the branded stuff they also had in the store. Great selection of runners and spot rugs. Some very nice furniture and wall hangings in the store also.I liked that everything was priced clearly; a lot of rug stores dont put a price on anything and only tell you the price when you ask--and youll notice they almost never look it up before they tell you.Were also very happy with the pad they sold us, which they cut to size, even though they charge way too much for it--but everyone charges way too much for the pad; its where they make back some of the discount they give you on the rug; just the way it works in the rug biz. This pad was better, IMO, than the pre-sized, pre-packaged ones they sell at the department store, which are also expensive for what you get. If you need a pad (recommended), just go ahead and get it from these guys; its not worth driving all over town to find a bargain on the pad.We love the rug we purchased. Very nice quality.Dont be thrown off by the out-of-the-way location--its worth the drive if youre shopping for a good rug at a good price.

Bought two rugs from the owner, costing over 3500 dollars for the pair. Was assured I was getting a good deal from the owner. Got home, rug began falling apart and fabric from it began falling off. The owner assured me it was natural, and to vacuum the rug and wait. After waiting, the rug has now been stained and I am stuck with a rug that is falling apart. I feel hustled, and you will too if you trust your money to this thieving rug baron. Spend money elsewhere. I was not given a receipt because I paid cash, and apparently this is standard operating procedure.

I was in DRW in December 2014, and I really appreciated the service given by Thomas. He helped my family learn about the best rug options for more than an hour. He was very attentive and knowledgable. In addition, he is a rug designer himself. In short, he knows and loves rugs. The store has lots of rug styles and a wide range of prices, from super-affordable to super-fancy.

Excellent Value, Product Knowledge Customer Services and SelectionBuying expensive rugs was a new experience for my wife and I, we spent a ton of time researching everything we could find on rugs from $500 to $5,000. We finally chose to go by Designer Rug Warehouse (DRW).It was late on a Sunday but the owner Ali Inal took his time and we did not feel rushed at all. He also had his workers pulling rugs down, moving them from one side of the large facility from one side to another.Ali was very knowledgeable and explained the whole rug making processes letting us see and feel the difference. Ali even took the time to show us different padding options and explained the pros and cons of each.When we got the rug home we thought it was perfect. Additionally we are working with a designer and she thought we got a very good quality rug for the $2,000 purchase and suggested that it was a “good investment”.About two weeks later our cat coughed up a fur ball, we were very upset because blotting was not working. We called DRW late one night and left a message. We received a call back early the next day and the store manager gave us some recommendations.Highly recommend DRW for anyone looking for a rug at any price.

Great experience at DRW. Ive shopped around in Buckhead and Miami Circle, and the prices at DRW are much better. Nice too that there is not a commission-based sales structure at DRW: makes the experience of looking at rugs more pleasant and less defensive. So far, Ive bought 2 lovely Kazaks from DRW, and I will shop there again.
