This place is awesome. I called ahead and they had my order ready within the hour. TWP is one of the best stains on the market, but having to constantly stir for several minutes about every 20-30min makes the product very inefficient to apply. I wish they carried my preferred product Ready Seal. I would also prefer different store hours to better accommodate construction working times. The customer service, staff knowledge, and inventory highly outweigh the cons. Ann, the lady at the front desk is also amazing.

Placed an order for two gallons of Zero Rust in two different colors. Received two gallons of Zero Rust in the same color. Contacted customer service and they were very professional and helpful. They are sending me the other color and a return label for the extra gallon. Could NOT ask for more. VERY polite.

I have purchased from this vendor a couple of times. The last time they made a mistake in the order. When I brought it to their attention they said I needed to pay to send the product back then they would ship me the correct product. I told them this is unfair, then they said that is their policy. I continued to disagree with the policy, then they said if I take it to FedEx, let them inspect it, then they would pay to ship it back. Once they received the product back and examined it, then they would send the correct product but no until they had thoroughly inspected the wrong product. They were never apologetic or owned up to the mistake, just poor customer service skills making me feel like I did something wrong.

Fast shipping, very well packed, and exactly what I ordered. Their price beat everywhere else and their shipping cost was reasonable.
