Tried to place a custom pallet order over the phone and via email a week ago. Amy never got back to me with a quote, let alone a response. For some reason my inquiry was not important to this company. Going elsewhere.

My experience with J&J proved to be very misleading, unreliable, and costly to my business. Not to mention their demeanor toward customers make the DMV look like a Ritz Carlton. There are plenty of pallet companies in Atlanta and anyone not looking for a headache should take their business elsewhere.

I find they pay a fair price and are friendly.
