If I could give zero stars I would. we started doing business with Universal at the height of lumber prices increasing. I visited their plant and met Jose which was helpful and very nice. He gave me a great price for pallets and said lets start doing business. everything was great at first with a small language barrier there. Then the company stopped bringing us pallets. After emailing multiple times with no response, I decided to take business elsewhere.We also were returning our bad pallets to them with some just missing 1 runner board for repair. After 2.5 truckloads of cores returned to them with no credit they said all were unrepairable. Little did they know I had taken photos of the bad pallets I returned to them. So after they ripped me off, I had to go elsewhere. be weary of this company.

Had a great experience with this company. I am a broker and after all the companies denied me because of my short time experience universal Pallets were there to help great customer service even on weekends great prices! I strongly recommend them.

Excellent quality pallets! They were very friendly and very accommodating. I needed a large order of pallets and they were able to get me exactly what I needed, in a very timely manner. I will be using this company from now on. I would not hesitate to recommend them!! Excellent job!

I used them the first time they were good. The second time for a somewhat larger order nothing but problems. Unreliable delivery (3 days of false ETAs, lack of communication, pallet condition was horrible and falling apart.

Very good service fair price Jose seems like a nice young man.
