This place was the pits...4 workers and NONE of them acknowledged us when we walked in or for the 15 minutes we waited while they helped the person in front of us. Out of literally everything as well, no hot fudge, no caramel, no gold ribbon ice cream, no brownies, etc. To top it all off.. guy in a wife beater and shorts walks behind the counter and starts preparing orders??? I guess he’s a manager or owner or something idk! Just weird

All we wanted was some ice cream but everything change after we walk in. This place is disgusting, all the tables were filthy, the floor was dirty full of things plus we had to tell a worker that there was a cockroach on the floor so she can clean it up. I dont understand how can a small place be so dirty with 3 people working there and it was not even busy. Sorry to say but I would never come back to this place.

Ordered one scoop of chocolate chip, it was absolutely the worst ice cream, i have ever had. Its not even chocolate chip. It tastes like, freezer burnt cookies and cream. Waited over 15 mins for garbage. Never going back here

Health hazard area. As a local long time business owner in the Atlantic beach area, Id rather take my chances with the Pandemic than the food droppings, filth on the floor inside and outside and the bathrooms of this wanna be ice cream store. Entire place should be shut down, retooled and disinfected. Staff lacks any training and customer service and greeting customers has NEVER been introduced here. Go to Dairy Queen up on A1A in Jacksonville Beach before placing your family in danger here. Staff also needs to be retrained on customer service, no texting while working and leave the hormones at home before setting up a hook up while customers are listening in.

The icecream was great, but I didnt expect the cinnamon waffle cones. Not my cup of tea.

Only 20 flavors available and mostly just odd ones! One of mine (cherry) had huge ice crystals in it. Disinterested employees. Fast service. Clean place. I will go elsewhere for ice cream.

Waited at the drive through for 10 minutes! They close at 10 and I came in at 9:10, so they had plenty of time before close. Nobody answered and Nobody answered the phone either.

We ordered via uber eats and needed to make sure one of our items was non-dairy cookie dough (wasnt listed on uber eats). Alayna was super helpful over the phone and getting our order right!

The staff were wonderful! She read through the entire ice cream flavor list and even gave us special toppings not offered yet to the public for summer. Quick and pleasant. Staff were all wearing masks and gloves!

Came at 8:45pm knowing they close at 9 thinking I had plenty of time until close to only get ice cream. And they told me they couldn’t because they were in the process of closing I pushed saying they were still supposed to be open. Because they were and he said fine and though I was literally the only customer came and took my order and took over 5 minutes until I said something to tell me they got my order and then. Waited another 6 minutes in the drive thru with nothing it came off as though they were trying to wait until they closed to send me away. Customer service was terrible. Literally only wanted ice cream that takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. And not to mention they got every ice cream flavor wrong. First time since moving here going to this location. Going to cold stone next time. Not coming here again. Been moving into my New apartment all day and only wanted decent sweets.

I would rate my experience as a zero if I could How does an ice cream shop not have fudge, or for the most part, no toppings other than peanut butter sauce and caramel? Of 31 flavors i say there were about 8, and some of them appeared melted. What got me most was the staff dont care attitude. Dont waste your time. Theres plenty of ice cream shops in the area. This one just sucks.

My family and I have always loved Baskin-Robbins. We are extremely Disappointed however, now that Baskin-Robbins never has the bubble gum ice cream with the bubble gum in it. . That is why weve been going there for years was just specifically for this ice cream and now it seems like it is never in stock.

Maps says open till 10, this one closes at 9:00. We walked in at 8:50, were ignored until 9:01 and then told we had to leave, they were closing. We knew something was going on because half of the ice cream had been pulled from the case already.

Im here, 9:37 pm is closed. I see the cashier and she hid it seems that had closed because there wanted to serve no one.

Had a very limited selection of flavors available (mostly nut flavors), no hot fudge and other toppings, and some ice cream even appeared to be melting! Very disappointing experience. You should expect consistency from the Baskin Robbins brand at a minimum.

Heres an idea, update your hours so people dont drive to your shop to find it closed because people are too lazy to update the social posts or website.

Basking Robbins Rocky Road and Mint Chocolate Chip - The BEST!

Was unable to order through drive though due to broken headsets. Tried to go inside and they decided to close early but sit inside and watch as we tried to open the door instead of doing their jobs and staying open.

Got There at 9pm nobody answer wait in the drive thru for 10minutes nobody help me it said is open until 10pm They need to change the time if this is not accurate.

We arrived to the store at 9:55 on a Saturday evening. Didnt realize they closed at 10:00. Door was unlocked. A worker came out from the back, and proceeded to shame us for coming in so late. Would not have taken the time to post this review if she had simply come out and apologized that they were already closed.

The lady was in such a hurry to ask us what we wanted and she didnt even know how to make a sundae. Very disappointed

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had at a Baskin Robbins. The lady behind the counter didnt know what ice cream they had.... Really. And she didnt know what a bovarian cream donut was and apparently didnt know what a half dozen of donut holes was.... OMG and their selection was piss poor and even on top of all that they dont have mint or Rocky road or lemon ice cream. And they also had no waffle bowls and was just all around a piss poor performance on Baskin Robbins.... I will not be back to this piss poor location. Plus they are hiring ... Not surprised!!

Absolute garbage. I came here Friday and the two employees seemed visibly inconvenienced that they had to serve us. I came here Saturday at 9:45 (closes at 10:00) and it was long since closed. It wasnt even like they were in the process of shutting down, it appeared to have been closed for hours.

We went at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. They were very busy, the two girls really hustled and were very professional. We bought both Ice Cream and Doughnuts, they were good. Overall I thought this was a solid Duncan Dounuts.

No toppings for sundaes. Told they werent ready. This was 7:30 PM. Maybe think outside the box and heat some in the microwave . Went to another location.

Very disappointing when you order a powerhouse breakfast sandwich with no meat and low and behold open the sandwich and it has meat on it. Trash cans inside overflowing and restroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days.

So had a huge craving for ice cream and googled places near me that stayed open, of course Baskin Robbins says 24/7. So I hurried over and all the lights were still on. Seemingly open. I went through the drive-thru and sat there for a few minutes with no greeting, I was like No way did their website lie in this day and age when people rely so heavily on the internet. Of course no response so I drove off and called the store and this girl answered and I asked what time did they close and she said 10pm so I brought up the fact that they should change the hours of operation on their website..then she very rudely replied saying ITS TEN O CLOCK! and hung up on me...RUDE.

Never seem to have enough staff. And this time, most of the ice cream was melted and refrozen. Definitely changed my mind.
