This company goes above & beyond to get your door working with excellent results. I have used them for years and replaced my door and lift master with them. The service is excellent with the owner being a great guy. Kyle was my technician today and was very professional and fast!

Was pressure washing my driveway and closed the door to keep water our of garage. The garage door can down half way and stopped with a loud bang. The door itself was lopsided. Released the door manually thinking I could get it going. Noticed the rollers on the side were not in line and the pulley wire jumped off and jammed the door. Called AAA Overhead Door. Jamie arrived within 20 minutes. The door was fixed and operating perfectly. He also adjusted the garage door spring, which could have been to loose and caused the door pulley wire jumping. His professional ability saved my day as one car in the garage at the time. He also said that you should have your garage door serviced or checked out at least every two years. Good plan to have look over your door to make sure it continues to operate safely. Thank you, Jamie, you made my day.

Had AAA replace springs a few years ago and they have a lifetime warranty did a fantastic job and very reliable service. Christmas of 2018 got a WiFi garage door opener and AAA was very prompt and did a fantastic job on install. My daughter just bought her first home yesterday and I called AAA today1/11/2020 (Saturday) and they scheduled her for 1/13/2020 (Monday) once again AAA (Mark) has come through for us and will do an install . I called for a seal replacement and they came the same day. I asked the roller life and the tech stated I had a year or 2 left on them but I decided since they were here to go ahead and replace with lifetime rollers which are made for stronger wind speeds. I was having some issues with the door periodically not closing with the remote so the tech adjusted that also. AAA installed the door on 2005 and still looks brand new and just needed a pm. They are so professional and the tech that came knew the answer to every question I asked. Fully trained on door functions and pricing. So he didnt have to call anyone for answers - a well trained decision maker. 100% satisfaction!! A GREAT experience.

My garage door opener broke suddenly I thought no problem..After calling 7 different companies listed from Angies list as well as from Homeadvisor I realized having the garage door opener replaced wasnt as simple as I thought. I called other companies only to be greeted with comments of being to busy or prices that seemed unheard of. Or worse, that voice that sounds as if they werent interested. I finally called AAA Overhead door and the person answering sounded considerably different and happy for my call. I think his name was Mark. I told him what I wanted and he spoke very much of wanting to earn my business. He had someone available the next day. Duke called before coming and arrived in a company marked truck. He was beyond exceptional with his friendly personality and willingness to explain everything that he was doing. I think he went above and beyond! I cant begin to explain how awful the owner of this company is with his business ethics and presumably everything else. His employees were kind but he is an unethical, abrasive, dishonest con artist. I have never left a negative review in my life, but my experience with this man called to justice my moral compass and Im compelled to warn others of his practices. Theres no point in detailing the specifics of the situation but I will just mention dented door and FULL price service call for what was supposed to be included ... What prospective customers need to know is that the words he uses before he collects your money will likely not match his words after he has your money. The guarantee is a joke. The so called quality of his doors are a joke. My co worker warned me that grapevine has it he isnt a straight shooter but the company was local and the prices seemed fair (I should have done my homework) so I gave them a chance. As I said, the employees are kind and very genuine, but the owner is swine (and a drunk... at least both times I met with him he smelled like a distillery). If your needs are simple and nothing goes wrong, you *might * have a decent experience... Might... But I certainly wouldnt risk it. Additionally, the owner crossed harassment boundaries with me which were straight out of a sexual harassment video. Unreal. Do yourself a favor ladies (and gents... Anyone with garage door needs, truly) and call absolutely ANYONE else. I would hate to see any of you conned, harassed or mistreated like he treated us.

AAA Overhead is THE BEST ANY WHERE around. They are professional, thorough, inexpensive and quick. I had them put a garage door in several of my houses and told others about them and they call back and get the job done. I have only had to call two times in 10 YEARS. Yes, thats right 10 years same door, no new parts and just standard maintenance. I will ALWAYS use AAA Overhead for any new doors and repairs, even though I have not had to have any repairs when AAA puts the door in to begin with. If you have an existing door, they return your phone call and are fixing your door usually the same day. BEYOND OUTSTANDING, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!

Fantastic service!!! My old door was stuck open, and Mark moved me ahead of other jobs to secure my house. And he was the best price. He communicated every step of the way (they gave me a courtesy call when they arrived at my house, who does that?). The end product looked and worked like a dream, very professional installation (and its so quiet!). If you want good quality work, this is your guy. Highly recommended!!

WOW!! What great service. Duke called to see if he could come a few minutes early. Since I was home it was no problem. Duke assessed the problem and replaced the torsion spring as it had broken. He also replaced the end bearings that were worn out after 31 years of use. Duke replaced some nuts that had fallen off some of the hinges and tighten up the rest of them. He also checked out the unit itself and the drive chain. Very friendly, professional and courteous. I highly recommend AAA Overhead Door. I spent 25 years working in customer service and this is an exceptional company. Duke was outstanding and explained everything that he did, WOW!!

No one likes having to call the garage door repair company but its much easier to swallow when its AAA Overhead door. I had some issues with our super heavy garage door and they gave me same day service even though I called them at about 3:30pm. By 5:30 they had come and gone, and pronounced it an easy fix, was charged for only the cost of the service call. They ALSO oiled and lubed the parts, and looked it all over and stated it was all in good working order. They had to come again two days later (not their fault!) and again, it was an easy fix, which they did, cheerfully and without up selling. I very much appreciate their responsiveness, their good record-keeping (Id asked them to go back into the archives to see what services had been performed on my garage door in the past), their knowledgeable, capable, and polite technician Duke, and their honesty. I recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door servicing!

Called them with a garage door issue. They scheduled us for the very next morning. Joe arrived, was very polite and professional. Issue was addressed with no attempt to sell any further services (very uncommon, anymore). We highly recommend this company.

Very disappointing experience! First they tried to charge me for a service call and when all that was needed was a tune-up, they wanted to charge the full price for the tune-up AND the service call! That equates to $155 for 15 minutes of service, oil and lubricant. The original call was for the door not working. The tech indicated it was just jammed. I suggested it might be the capacitor. Nope, he said just jammed. Well it wasnt jammed, it was the capacitor and its now not working. I videod the door sent it to my accountant husband and even he knew it was a capacitor. I was told by the AAA overhead door operator who took my original call the charge would only be $65 and this would be deducted from the total bill for parts. After the tune-up, the tech finally agreed that I only had to pay $89.99 for the tune up. Beware how they charge you and ensure you have a tech who knows what hes doing, this one surely did not. It would be cheaper to buy a new motor from Amazon, watching a YouTube installation video and buying a can of lubricant than having these folks out again.

After reading all of the great reviews, I had high expectations and Duke exceeded them all. I had a broken torsion spring and he came to fix it the same day, arrived on time, had the problem fixed fast and fixed a few other issues with my garage door system along the way. Service was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and personable. Excellent Job, Highly recommend!!!

The techs were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They removed the old opener and replaced with a new quiet Lift-master belt-driven opener in under an hour. I recently had an investor home for sale that required a repaired garage door as part of the sale. Although the door was fixed perfectly, the inspector could not figure out that the door could not be opened manually while still attached to the automatic door opener.
