Fast shipping wig was just like the picture! I LOVE IT!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I placed my order December 3 and still haven’t received it. No one is willing to give me a refund. Don’t order from here. Don’t even waste your money!

I ordered hair from this company. Then I called to cancel and couldnt get through. I then went online and canceled my order. They still charged me and sent me the hair. Then they have the nerve to send me emails telling me about discounts. I still have hair here in a bag I never used. I dont want the discount. Id rather have my $50. I wouldnt recommend this place.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered hair 8/8. It was shipped 8/10 and it’s been saying in transit since then! NEVER AGAIN! Use wigtypes or Sam’s beauty if you actually want and need your hair within the next 2-5 days!! LESSON WELL LEARNED!!!

Ive bought many things here, and they ship fast which was primarily why I did, but Im not going to do it again after today. I went to buy a specific hair piece from them, was at checkout when I realized I hadnt logged in. I went back to log in and at the checkout box they increased the price by a few dollars. I went back into the page and it was still listed as the other price. I went into a private browser to checkout somewhere I wasnt logged in and the price difference was several dollars for the same exact item to the same location. Now Im wondering how many times I was over charged for the same items just because I was a member. I ended up buying my hair piece from somewhere else.

Scammers! Made my order over a week ago. Even though they gave me a tracking number in an email that states its shipped, once i track the package it states package hasnt arrived at usps facility.Labels for shipment keep getting cancelled. Like whats the deal i actually ordered things i needed! And have yet to hear from them via email or text!Never buy from this company.

This is the only website I trust to order wigs from. Most of their wigs are silk and I love that. I wouldve given them 5 stars but one of the wig I ordered sheds way too much. The shipping is fast. They also take long to restock their products. Overall you wont regret buying from this company

Wow, I am really impressed with the customer service I received with elevate styles. I have been buying wigs online for years from many places including ES but recently I was in a bind and needed to order and receive items quickly bc I was traveling, I made a note politely asking if they could ship out as soon as possible... I have never received any wigs so fast in my life. They shipped next day. They were delivered that next day. Thats 2 days yall! Not only did I not pay extra for shipping but my shipping was free because I spent the minimum for free shipping! Wigs were beautiful just what I ordered, packaged nicely. AND they were priced almost half of what the beauty supply store was charging for the same wigs ! I think I found my online shop for wigs from now on. Thank-you!

I’ve been using Elevated Styles for a while. In fact, I refuse to order from other online hair stores. I’m kinda a loyalist when comes to where I shop, specifically when I receive great customer service. You’ll find that with ES- great customer service, great products and fast delivery.

Thank goodness for Elevate Styles. The color of the wigs are on point. The showing of the wigs have gotten better where they show the inside of the wigs as well. It would be great if the pictured model could show each color as it would look on a live person, when you click on that color/style that would be awesome. Customer service is probably the best Ive ever had anywhere. Ordered my unit on a Friday. I believe I ordered too late because usually the orders ship the same day. I didnt order until 4PM so they probably didnt make the cut and they already shipped orders out.I only got the flat rate shipping and was going out of town on Wed. I really wanted these wigs before I went out of town. I didnt know what else to do but try and contact customer service during their business hours and see what could be done. Luckily they hadnt shipped my order out, so I had time to intercept and see if I could get my shipping method changed.Sent an email at 10 and received a reply back within minutes. I was told that they can change the shipping method and would find the lowest price for me to get the next day air option. 30 seconds later I get another reply from customer service with the shipping options and price. I confirmed the price for next day air and then was told to call a number to give my card info over the phone. I called and the customer service rep immediately answered the phone, knew who I was and I what I needed done. No waiting, no games. The rep explained how he found the cheapest option for me by eliminating the box and just shipping the hair in a plastic airtight bag.Not even a minute later, received an email confirming the shipment method change and the price that was paid. Also a message confirming my shipping address. I mean, there was no stone left unturned. This companys customer service goes above and beyond to help with any request that you have. The response time is super fast. Especially if you send them an email with your order number in the subject line. This is the customer service that makes you want to buy over and over and over again from this company. Keep it up, Elevate Styles!

Will not order again. First & last time. Recieved a wig that had obviously been used. Thick Gel Flakes & Someone Elses hair. I didnt even take it fully out the box. Took pictures. Reported it 30 minutes from delivery time and was given zero help. Also treated as if Id done something wrong. Attitude from customer service. Which seemed to be the same two people.

If I could I would give this company and costumer service zero stars. On a personal note I had an awful experience inside a salon causing my hair to be completely fried off, now I am pretty much completely bald! I have very close friends who have ordered from this company with no complaints, I was very excited to receive my very own and very first wig! With that being said I ordered three wigs I thought were going to absolutely beautiful, in fact I was disgusted with my purchased. One wig looked completely different from the photos on the sight and another had complete tracks falling out of the wig cap itself! Upon my return I had an awful experience speaking with Eddie Rodriguez about my return he refused to help me or allow me to speak to anyone else in customer service.In all I highly recommend checking out Rockstar or Gothica Wigs. I ordered several wigs from this/these companies and I am 110% satisfied with the wigs and customer service!

Been doing business w this Company for a few months. When I couldnt find hair I usually buy I contacted customer service who directed me to where I could find hair on the site. I purchased it and it was wrong hair. Sent it back and was charged arestocking fee despite me contacting customer service and asking the fee be waived since i was given the wrong info by them that caused me to purchase wrong hair.I will never do business w Elevate Styles again!!! I will NEVER and I repeat NEVER order from this site again! I placed an order almost 10 days ago and I never received it. I called today to find out what was the hold up and was told that my order needed a signature (from someone in their office… not from me) which I couldn’t understand because the order was only $30 and I paid through my Paypal account plus the payment came out of my account the second I finished my order. I was never contacted by phone or email to be made aware of this problem. I asked why wasn’t I informed about the problem and I was told they didn’t know there was a problem! The customer service was horrible and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told “the manager is not going to speak to you, if you have a complaint you can email them!!! So do you want your money back or the product?” I asked if I went ahead and just kept the order would I be accommodated with express shipping because I’ve already waited 10 days they told me NO the shipping would take another 7-10 business days. Needless to say I asked for a refund and I will be happy to spend my money elsewhere.
