I started searching for the new, at that time 2020 mid-engine Corvette, none available, decided on 2021, none available, i reached out to Kerbeck, I had purchased a new 2000 from them by ordering and having delivered, I was very fortunate to have Dave Salvatore respond to my email query. As a side note, Dave Salvatore is what I would say is the epitome of the master at working with customers, understanding what they are trying to say and he simply exceeds all expectations. Oh, I digress.Dave said he could get me a 2021, over the course of a couple weeks, I put down a deposit, he explained to me the process involved, no surprises, the car order was activated, I watched through Daves daily updates on the order statuss on their web site, followed my order number through the build process, and the car is at the Kerbeck dealership, will finish up its new car service today, April 30, 2021, and will be ready for the carrier to pick up and deliver it to my home in Idaho.Dave is the one you want to visit with, talk to, communicate with, he is the one you want to be your representative, in my humble opinion.I was pleased with my experience back in 2000 when I ordered the new corvette then, and extremely pleased and satisfied with my current experience.Im 76, and have been around the proverbial block a few times, this has been the best one.Otto
Easiest vehicle purchase I ever had. Absolutely painless. I had never made a long-distance car purchase before. Dave and Dane did a great job of getting my order placed and handled all of the little details. They would either call or email when there were things that required my attention. The Kerbeck on-line order tracker is a nice feature to let me check on the status of my order. I will definitely use them again for future purchases
Ron Michael was my salesman and he was absolutely fantastic. I ordered my Corvette all the way back in July 2020, and Ron was very professional and beyond helpful. I found my vehicle delivery on 3/6/21 at Kerbeck to be a very satisfying and smooth experience. I dont have a great deal of new car purchases. We keep our cars for extended years usually. Consequently, I think I would recommend Kerbeck to people I know asking about a new vehicle. I think your staff does a good job with all that has gotten in the way of the normal flow of things. I feel fortunate to have your dealership 45 minutes away and the advantage you provide to folks who want to buy C8 Corvettes.
Our Leased car had to be toed to Kerbeck because it kept stalling. It was under warranty but the dealer said they didnt have any loaner cars so we had to rent a car. We went to the dealer after two days and were told that it was being checked out and got a loaner car. On the fourth day we were told that the car was ready, they replaced an oxygen sensor. We picked up our car and it was fine but we were still stuck with a rental car bill for $460.00 and still had to pay the Lease. It made me wonder what good is a warranty if I have to rent a vehicle while my car is being repaired under warranty. If this is the best GM can do I will look elsewhere next time.

After buying a brand new Tahoe at another dealership, I was left at the shore with a blown engine. I called this dealership to inquire regarding service and was met with a snarky receptionist that wouldn’t transfer me (“she could help me by answering questions and scheduling appointments”) to the service department and seemed to know everything and explained they couldn’t help me. Would not recommend!
Procedure to deliver vehicle excellent. Process of paperwork smooth and fault free.Car was prepped nicely but landscape subcontractor was blowing leaves and dirt around the parking area and debris was contacting surface of my vehicle. This was as I was completing my pickup.

This purchase was all done online and via text/email. I never visited the dealership.My biggest and only issue is that once the purchase was completed and the vehicle is being transported to me thru a courtesy delivery, no one at the dealership is aware of where the vehicle is in the process or when I will see delivery. No one is following up on it either. I still have not received the vehicle and I have no idea whatsoever when I will.
Even though my new car was not ready for delivery the first time I arrived from out of state the service department found the problem and corrected it... Since then, my car has produced another trouble light on the instrument panel that I will need to rectify shortly... Besides all of the product trouble, the sales and service staff seem to be working diligently to correct the product problems.

Overall, the buying experience was positive, but being required to agree as to condition of the car 15 days before I get a chance to look at it is over the line! I also am not happy about the premature activation of Sirius and Onstar, as I will lose half of the Onstar trial as well as 2 weeks of the complimentary Sirius included trial. I was referred to Kerbeck by a close family friend and business associate. I had already heard great things, but never imagined I would travel over two hours to purchase a vehicle (I live in North Jersey). Well, I must tell you that they made every accommodation to work my deal in its entirety via phone and email, but kept it all extremely personal all the same! My salesperson, Samuel Kelley was beyond friendly, funny, and super knowledgeable! He mad me feel as if we were lifelong buddies! I will never buy another car from Kerbeck. My lease was up on my GM truck. I was told by Sammy to come in the day after Christmas he could give us a great deal because I was over mileage. When we came in he said they didn’t get the money he thought to buy my truck to come back when the lease was up, December 31. I did, he said he can get me in Buick suv with no money down but would not role the miles in. That I can negotiate with GM financial when I get my over mileage letter. He lied to my face to get me into another car! Sammy said he tells his customers do it all the time and he has done it himself. Yup GM financial had a program in March of 2020 to negotiate mileage but it ended and was not available any longer in December 2020 when I turned my leased truck in. I have spent hours and hours with GM financial on the phone, only to tell me I owe $4000 and the dealer should have known that special was over. They are sorry the dealer lied to me. I have every GM financial supervisors name and date I spoke with them. All telling me the dealer should have know that GM financial special to negotiate mileage is OVER, they will absolutely NOT negotiate the mileage, only put me on a one year payment plan. I have a car that I don’t want and hate! As for no money down! I put $4000 since I have to pay the mileage. I will never ever buy a car from Kerbeck and have no problem telling my friends and family what they did to me to sell a car. They should be shamed of what they did.
I dealt with Randy Bayard and his sales associate Nick. They were excellent to work with and gave me a great deal on a Buick GX within my strict budget. The process of configuring my vehicle after the extended period following my initial deposit was smooth through several order configuation changes (including changing from a coupe to an HTC). Paul Zwick sent me photos of the first Red Mist cars that you received so that I could be sure that I had made the right choice. When I picked up the car on January 30, Paul thoroughly reviewed with me the various features of the car. Michael Fawcett spent a great deal of time providing some very useful information regarding maintenance and vehicle protection issues, and we reminisced about past cars that we have owned and loved (in some cases).I dont know whether another Corvette is in my future, but if it is, I wil return to Kerbeck to purchase it.
They stressed me out telling me I needs new tires on front when I only had vehicle less than 2 years. It was straightened out that I didn’t but employees should make sure they r giving out the right information.

I was in for a basic oil change on my Corvette and was surprised how inexpensive it was. I pay the same amount to get the oil done on my Camry which is shocking. I had to buy an extra air filter to make up for the difference on my Chevy points so I didnt lose them.
Even though lou calabrese is out on sick leave he still helped me lease a new buick encore for my wife with dedicated salesmen like lou its always a pleasure doing business with kerbeck,not to mention dave long the salesman lou called to take care of my wife and i dave was very helpful in showing my wife the car and taking for a test drive again my thanks to lou,dave and kerbeck

Your service team is neither friendly, nor polite, and I should not have had to call to determine the status of my vehicle at the end of the day. Someone should have called me to let me know it was ready, and allowed me more notice to make arrangements to get there.Since collecting my car, I have received no follow-up phone call, and no call to let me know that my replacement keys (for which I paid) are in and ready to be programmed for my use.

I was not happy with the service dept leaving plastic on the seats in the vehicle and dark grease stains on the doors of vehicle, should have said something, but was in a rush. I felt they could offered to give my Husband a courtesy ride after they advised him that they would had to keep the vehicle for awhile. Instead he had to find his own way.
Have tried calling for 3 weeks to get in touch with someone for corvette sales (and apparently only 1 guys handles this), have left multiple messages and no returned phone calls. I understand people get busy, but not 3 weeks cant return phone call busy. Will give another dealer my business instead

This is my second review as I left sn extremely lengthy one a few months ago. Well yesterday I picked up my 2020 Corvette taking delivery from Sam Kelly. This is my fifth Kerbeck Corvette and my experience as always was nothing but pleasurable. Even in this miserable pandemic Sam was there bright and early had my car ready and went above and beyond showing me how to use functions and explaining the cars features. Even when I came last February to build a car he spent a lot of time and a lot of insight in my car came out spectacular. I have also been dealing with Rich Pepe and Dave Salvatori since 2005. This is my second car from Sam Kelly. He goes above and beyond even if it his day off and I leave a message he calls back even when he is not working if I shoot him a text he always answers right back he takes the time to explain things even after you have picked up your car. I seriously don’t know how people find buying a new car stressful I look forward to every 3 to 4 years coming and seeing Sam and getting a new Corvette Sam and the rest of the staff are there all the time when you need something they don’t just blow you off after you purchased your car they are not only salesman they are like friends
Got an email says test drive a car and get a $25 gift card and the person I went with got the card and the salesman told me I couldnt get one only one per household. I told the salesman I dont live with that person and then he told me one per car. I told he must be an idiot and left I guess they want to sell a car that day

My salesman A. Amoni dropped the ball in a few instances. Once the remote sale was complete he did not follow up well. The car was transported missing one key and the floor mats. He accused the transporter of stealing them and had a VERY disrespectful attitude towards me and the trucker calling us both liars and yelling at us both on the phone. He was very unprofessional. I paid way over sticker for this carand I am a repeat customer and have never been spoken so disrespectfully by anyone in my life. I MAY buy again from Kerbeck but not from A. Amoni. His General manager was made aware of this and has received a transcript of the recorded call where the salesman called me and the trucker lairs! All Amoni needed to do was make sure the car had mats and both keys before the transporter picked it up! Amoni was very unprofessional once they had my funds.
