I was referred to Lola Tech Solutions by another computer repair retailer for my iPhone issues. My phone was exposed to salt water and died. We discussed the game plan ahead of time, they had all my phone hardware options onsite and walked me through their diagnostic process.I had an urgent situation that required access to my phone in order to retrieve information. I authorized them to fix my phone at all costs, even though we all knew it may have been dead.They replaced my screen, which got me access to my phone. Unfortunately, my phone would only stay on for a few minutes at a time, wouldn’t charge and the speakers didn’t work. If I decided to get a new/different phone, they offered to refund me most of what I had paid them. This was regardless of me getting a replacement phone from them.The next day, (today) my phone healed itself…somehow. I’m feeling lucky and grateful that my phone is working again, they alleviated my stress with their flexibility, professionalism and responsiveness. The owner even contacted me on his day off to follow up on my issue.Kudos to this small business doing great work and doing good for others. Look no further for your solutions.Cheers

Lola Tech Solutions did an amazing, quality, fast and affordable repair of my iPhone. They were one of the few, if not only, repair shops open on Memorial Day. I came by boat with a badly corroded power connection which the quickly replaced and my phone now works and charges like new.This was incredibly important to me as the yacht I’m delivering had no radio or charts... critical! Bad customer service ! Give you the runaround and try to make money out of the customers. Had an issue and kept being pass from person to person. 6 months and still table is not fixed and I’m having an issue to even get a refund.

Came in no appointment and they took me right away!!! My screen was completely broke wouldn’t even light up and they fixed it brand new!!! Shattered the screen on my phone, called Lola tech, told me price on the phone and estimated time of repair, he had it done earlier and phone works like it’s new, even provided me a new screen protector free of charge. All I have to say is wow. I found out about this business when I was homeless. It was raining and I had nowhere to shelter myself. Instead of looking at me with any judgement Rich gave me something to dry off with and actually gave me his sandwich outta his lunch... that was about 3 years ago... today, I still am completely loyal to his store....call me bias, but not only do I have that amazing history with him and the business, the customer service is amazing and super fast. I have a iPhone 11 Pro Max, I came there in the morning and he didn’t have my screen. The guy tried his hardest to get me a screen and he got it.
