Good selection and reasonable prices

I shop often in this store and I am always treated like a star. The staff is so very helpful and patient. Nothing is too.much trouble. The Selection of jewelry is great. They offer beautiful sterling silver pieces to gold, diamonds, gemstones. They have a jeweler on premises who will do repairs and even create a new piece for you or transform an old piece into something beautiful. I would recommend this store to anyone. The prices are unbeatable. The wonderful owner, Sara is someone who will make sure you get what you want. You will be happy you took the time to visit tho store. There is never any pressure to buy.

Sara and Nancy took their time to find me the ring of my dreams!! I must have tried on 50 rings, one more fabulous than the next. I returned to bring my watches in for repair and a broken necklace chain. The repairs were quick and my items returned looking better than before! Very pleased and now a repeat customer!

A very lovely lady owns this store and treats you wonderfully. I came into the store in the summer looking for a wedding ring and Sarah spent so much time with me. I found so many pretty things. My sons birthday was in September and I came in to have a watch fitted for him that I bought somewhere else and while we were there I purchased a second watch for him. The pin came out and I went back to the store today, Sarah gladly took care of the problem and while she was doing that I picked out and purchased a beautiful watch for me. Forget the department stores and their fake sales prices. Palace Diamonds has a great selection, very reasonable prices and the most attentive customer service.

If your looking for a REAL jeweler. Here is where you need to go. He took a large mans bulky pinky ring and remolded it into a perfect ring for my female hand. The best part is the ring looks almost exactly like it did when I gave it to him.Please note. This ring is my 80 year old fathers and he has blessed me with giving it to me!! Now I can see my fathers memory everyday on a ring that once was big and bulky. Now it sits sparkling on my ring finger. I am so please. This ring means the world to me.Everyone who works there is so kind and pleasant and not pushy.5 stars from me!!!

My husband and I went here on Oct 3rd of this year and were truly amazed with the service we recieved. Sarah is wonderful, she gave us a lot of her time while helping us on our hunt for an engagement ring being I needed a new one. Noone is pushy there or just trying to sell you everything like most jewelery stores do. At Palace Diamonds they only wanted to see us happy and know that we could count on them for value and at a reasonable price. Great place to shop for diamonds. Sara is very knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all.We found what we were looking for and had it custom mounted in 2 days.

No issues with buying items there but I will not return after having them handle the free resizing of a ring.First was told it will take a few daysCame back over a week later oh, the guy that resizes rings is on vacation and his house had a gas leak. Come back tomorrowBack at lunchtime the next day sorry he comes in at 2:00pm. Call me.Call the number and I get an error message about the number not being available.Come in at 3:00pm and sorry, he hasnt started the rings yet. I thought because he HAD THEM AT HIS HOUSE they were being worked on.Asked them to turn over the rings, sorry. Not okay with being told all work is done in house and later finding out that means in the guys house.
